hilfsbereiter, sehr zuverlässiger Gastgeber; sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete, sehr saubere und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft; tolle Lage direkt am Meer; sehr gepflegte, saubere, ruhige und sichere Ferienanlage mit grossem Pool; Supermarkt und empfehlenswerte Restaurants zu Fuss in 2min erreichbar; Busstation vor der Anlage, Parkplätze vorhanden, nahe der Autobahneinfahrt, alles top, sehr empfehlenswert!

Wonderful holiday :)

Mr Santana's apartment has everything that you need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. We were two adults and the double bed that has single mattresses was one of the most comfortable either of us has slept in. The apartment was clean, bright and airy and the location meant lots of peace and quiet. There can be some apartment noise (depending on neighbours!) but on the whole we found it all very quiet and lights out by 10pm. The complex is family oriented and feels safe and secure with options to join in activities at the pool, play area etc at both the apartments and hotel Orquidea next door. We ate lunch in the on site buffet restaurant most days and the food was always fabulous (13 euros including a drink). Locally in the square ( 5 min walk) are some lovely eateries. Our particular favourite was El Bellotero - food and service just perfect! In fact every member of staff that we encountered from the entire resort was friendly and helpful. This is the perfect place for a totally relaxing holiday as everything that you would need is close by. Mr Santana has been very friendly, helpful and efficient in all of his communication both before and during our stay and we will be booking again for next year. We highly recommend a stay here - Happy Holidays :) Muchas gracias Rafael

Immaculate property with everything we needed.

Rafael was great at helping us from start to finish. Sadly, we didn't get to meet face to face, due to our flight times etc but the apartment was so easy to access and use. It is amazingly clean. I've never known white walls in a rental apartment be SO clean! Wonderful huge comfortable bed, great kitchenette (microwave and hob) with all necessary appliances. Nicely situated - away from sounds of busy pool area and yet only a minute's walk. The only tip I would offer (and this does not affect my rating) is that if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs, as there is no sound insulation between apartments. You can hear pretty much everything. Easy bus routes to the north and south. We went to Maspalomas and Las Palmas. Great transport system. Lovely restaurants nearby (the Chinese is wonderful and so welcoming). Supermarket as well. I would highly recommend this apartment. Thank you, Rafael!

Perfect vacation for our small family

The apartment was a very good size for our family of two adults and one 1,5 year old. There was a baby chair and a baby bed and some toys for her to use. She also loved that she could play outside and we loved that there was a gate to keep her within the apartment area. The pool area was perfect for children with different sections depending the childs age and abilities as well as a sun screen for the smallest. We had a great week!

Seht saubere gepflete Anlalge

Die Anlage für sich ist sehr schön, liegt direjkt am Meer, hat jedoch so gut wie Keien Strand , Wir hatten einen sehr netten und freundlichen Vermieter,der ebenfalls In der Anlage wohnt, und bei Fragen und Sorgen sofort hilfsbereit zur Stelle ist. Es waren insgesamt 4 wunderschöne Wochenn === vielen Dank ====

Muy buen apartamento y entorno. Ideal para unas vacaciones tranquilas.

Apartamento pequeño pero totalmente equipado y moderno. La urbanización con muy buena piscina y zonas comunes está en una zona tranquila de la isla. Muy cerca en coche de toda la zona sur de la isla con muy buenas playas y a 15 minutos del aeropuerto en coche. Rafael, el dueño, un 10.

Enjoy Gran Canaria

Ce fut deux mois de trés belles vacances. L'appartement est très comfortable même s'il n'est pas face à la mer et pas souvent ensoleillé. Il ne manque rien dans cet appart. Rafael nous a accueilli comme prévu et nous a remis un très beau livre de Gran Canaria avec un vin de la rêgion. Le fait d'être à même un resort nous donne beaucoup d'avantages, comme la propreté sur le terrain, serviettes de plages et droit aux activités de ceux qui louent par l'hôtel. La clientèle est presque exclusivement scandinave, beaucoup d'enfants, mais les parents s'en occupent. L'île est d'une vraie beauté à l'intérieur des terres. Très facile de se retrouver, pas besoin de GPS. Je retournerais tout de suite à cet endroit et dans cet appartement pour son calme et sa douceur d'y vivre. Merci Rafael.

"Playa El Feliz! Vacances de rêve! Je conseille vivement aussi bien aux retraités qu''aux familles. Le propriétaire Rafael est un ange comme on n''en voit plus. Il est trop sympathique et discret de peur de gêner. L''appartement est 1000 mieux en vrai que sur les photos. Mes enfants se sont amusés comme des fous avec entre autres les piscines de Playa El Feliz et Orquidea Hotel, les ballades en chevaux d''El Salobre, les sorties à Aqualand et Palmitos Park,les jeux à Holiday World, les plages d''Amadores et Anfi Del mar, les promenades à Playa Del Ingles. C''était magnifique!"

We came back to Russia af...

We came back to Russia after two beutifull weeks in this fabulous apartment in Bahia Feliz. We choose to stay here based on previous positive reviews, so our expectations were high. It turned out to be all we hoped for and a whole lot more! With the sea to one side and the mountains to the other we were surrounded by beautiful views. The apartment has all we wanted, and the owner has made sure it contains everything you could possible need and then some. Bahia Feliz also turned out to be the perfect place for us to stay. With a rented car it was no problem to make trips to the mountains, the west coast and the centre of Maspalomas. We couldn't imagine finding a better rental option anywhere in Gran Canaria. Recommended for: Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

"We appreciated the apart...

"We appreciated the apartment, it was clean, in a quiet place, near to the swimmingpool and the beach. Ideal for two adults, with children it would have been cramped, although the surroundings are very good for children. The busstop was nearby, it was easy to go to Playa del Ingles etc. The renter was friendly, and gave good and swift information by mail in advance."
