This modern villa sleeps 5 adults, it boasts two bedrooms (a double and a twin), a walk in shower room, kitchen with washing machine & dishwasher, and living area with a bed settee. The villa has a private 6x4 metre pool so large enough to swim or play, it can also be heated for an additional cost, the outdoor area has a bbq area and sun terrace.

Great Holiday

We stayed 5 nights at the property and enjoyed every minute. The house is spotlessly clean and very well equipped.Brilliant outside space with the sun shining all day. Great restaurants are in close proximity and there are also two large supermarkets if you prefer to cook in. Kevin the property manager was particularly helpful and gave us the benefit of his local knowledge. A great holiday and we hope to return in the future.

Short break stay

Leonie was on hand amd really responsive to my many questions in the run upto our holiday. We had the best time taking my 3 children and the private pool was a huge bonus. The location was great with 4 supermarkets all within a 5 minute walk from the property, and a bar called La Zona about a 4 minute walk. You can walk a further 5 minutes from the supermarkets and your at a strip of bars and restaurants and a few minutes walk later at a calm and open beach. The property itself was great, little amenities basket of water, chocolates and face mask was a lovely gesture. There were plenty of bath towels, hand towels and beach towels for all of us. The playstation was much welcome when the british summer westher followed us to spain and we had a thunderstorm day. My 6 year old son spent along time playing on it which helped keep him happy! Overall we were very happy and would definitely come again. Thank you

Fantastic property

Lovely place

Perfect spot for everything, bar's, restaurants and supermarkets. Excellent pool and outside space, would highly recommend and will be looking to book again.

Great bungalow

This is the second time I've stayed here with my two boy's and if it wasn't for COVID would probably have been my 3rd or 4th time - it's just so nice, fully recommended.

Limpieza nefasta

La limpieza deja mucho que desear, para lo que se cobra extra por dicho servicio La campana chorreaba grasa,resto de la casa un pasavolantes a la ligera. El sofá se cae a trozos cada vez que te sentabas la piel se despellejaba y el suelo lleno de trozos de polipiel...para cambiarlo. telarañas, y alguna cucaracha, no repetiremos.Lo único que merece la pena es la piscina.

La villa está muy bien , bien ubicada y con total privacidad . hay supermercados cerca , y la playa . Los aparatos domésticos funcionaban bien , la cocina está abierta al salón y la ducha es un poco pequeña ,el wifi va genial . Tania ha estado atenta en todo momento y contestaba rápido cualquier duda que teniamos . La piscina ni es grande ni pequeña , esta limpia e ideal para familias . La única pega que le pongo esque las camas suenan mucho y los colchones no están cómodos . Y por último, los 85 € de la limpieza, nos a parecido excesivo ya que la casa no estaba limpia al 100%

La casa era fantastica. La piscina una maravilla. Todo era exactamente como en el anuncio. Perdon: Aun mejor tv con Canales españoles, mas aire acondicionado y a más a más ventiladores de techo en las dos habitaciones. Aunque Tania ha hecho todo lo posible para que la comunicacion fuera facil , era todo en ingles. !!!Menos mal del traductor audio del mobil!!!!

Entretenida

Lo mejor de la casa ha sido la piscina climatizada ya que a pesar del frío hemos podido disfrutarla por estar el agua caliente. Lo peor es que la TV No funcionaba, tuvimos que esperar hasta sábado (desde el jueves noche) y después nos consiguieron un adaptador en inglés. Aparte de esto, el pago por la limpieza nos parece excesivo (85 €)

The villa

Despite losing the first night because of snow and Jet2 refusing us access to our flight. We arrived at villa to be met by Tania who was excellent throughout our stay. We loved the villa, its location, its proximity to amenities and supermarket s. The heated swimming pool was a fantastic addition to the holiday. Our only concern was next doors palm tree which in the winds was very precarious. Would love to return. Hopefully will in the near future.

Perfect Villa

We stayed for 10 nights and will be booking again for next summer. The villa was absolutely perfect inside and out. Supermarket under 5 minutes walk away and about 10 minutes walk to square with excellent choice of bars and restaurants. Our two sons aged 14 and 12 loved the pool and there was plenty of outside space to relax in the sun on sun loungers. Tania and Lee manage the property and provided a first class service, including airport transfers. The shower hose was faulty and Lee arrived in under an hour with a replacement. Would highly recommend this villa.

Just me and my two boys (aged 7&9) great little villa, with more outside space than required. Pool is a perfect "play pool" good size pool for 3/4 with inflatables! Enjoyed the BBQ and we all slept like babies Sure to return

Nothing more to say than what is in the summery

Lovely property and lots to do in the immediate area. Good restaurants within walking distance .Unfortunately the first 3 days were cold and very wet.Obviously no ones fault. But Could have done with a couple of fleecey blankets available in a wardrobe as we were really cold at night and pillows were lumpy. Also the cleaning fee of 85 Euro for 2 people in their 70s for one week was very expensive. We did leave it cleaner than when we got there . Would be great for families who can use the pool. Local beaches on mar minor very disappointing.

Great accommodation, everything needed for a relaxing break! Lovely outdoor areas and the heated pool was fantastic even on cool and cloudy days! Great location with everything within walking distance, Aldi, Lidl, Restaurants, street market and beach! Highly recommend the Zona bar for great home cooked English food and a friendly drink or two! Chameleon does a fantastic tapas too

We are a family from South Wales who have bought this property between us, the age range is from 0 - 92 and we all love the area.

Why they chose this property

We've discussed buying a property in Spain for years and looked at lots of different areas, this was our favourite location as we can walk to everything including the Mar Menor beaches, bars and restaurants and don't need to have a hire car. Also having a private swimming pool was a must for us.
