About this property

We offer a charming T4 furnished recently renovated 90 m2, located in a villa but completely independent.
It is reached by a small staircase lined with flowers. It benefits from a pretty garden which allows to rest in the shade of the pines.
It has a well equipped kitchen with gas stove, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave.
The bathroom is equipped with a nice shower.
The WC is independent.
A large corridor serves 2 bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds respectively. There is a folding bed for an extra bed (a friend's visit)

The living room is very large and bright with a sofa that can be used as sleeping for one person. There is a big TV screen with sound bar.
the dining room is equipped with a large table with 6 chairs.
The large windows offer superb views of the sea and the harbor of Toulon.
Many storage spaces are available.
The terrace of 18 m2 overlooking the garden also has a breathtaking view. This is the perfect place for breakfast and appero!
The house is located 700 meters from the beaches, in a very quiet residential area, located on the heights of Saint-Mandrier.

Four beaches in Saint Mandrier 6 minutes walk from the villa.
There are many beautiful walks to discover the region: Sanary, Bandol, the medieval village of Castellet, the cable car of Mount Faron in Toulon, etc ...

Vue imprenable mer mais sans climatisation

Vue imprenable sur la baie de Toulon et de la seyne sur mer. De belles balades et l'accès à la plage sont possibles depuis l'appartement mais la température dans les chambres est difficile à supporter par ces temps de fortes chaleurs sans store ni ventilateur ni climatisation.

Très belle vue sur la mer depuis la terrasse

Location tout à fait conforme à la description. La maison se trouve sur les hauteurs de St Mandrier. Donc la vue sur la mer est très agréable. Environnement très boisé et fleuri. Très calme.

Un bien bel endroit

Au calme, avec un panorama naturel et changeant qui offre de magnifiques levers du soleil, une terrasse très agréable ; un endroit difficile à quitter tellement c'est facile de se laisser vivre ici. Les proprios sont d'une vraiment discrets et cependant très à l'écoute. Beau jardin !!

Perfect location

Wonderful flat with a sensational view in a very nice little town. The flat is very spacious and well equipped. The terrace is nice and shady in the afternoon. The harbour with its restaurants, shops and events - although the town is not very big, there are markets, concerts or other events almost every day - is very near. However, one should be good on foot as the way and stairs are pretty steep, but there are also many free parking spaces in the city area. Additionally, there are so many interesting and exciting things to do and see in the area reachable by car but also by public transport - one would need much more than two weeks. We had a great time there and could highly recommend this location.

Erholung pur in herrlicher Umgebung

Der Gesamteindruck des Objekts ist durchweg positiv. Gute Aufteilung der Räumlichkeiten, und vor allem der tolle Blick auf den Hafen vom Balkon aus. Absolute Ruhe, nur die Zikaden sangen, herrlich !

Zauberhafter Weitblick. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Erkundungsfahrten mit dem E-Bike.

Die Wohnung ist großzügig angelegt, die Terrasse mit sehr schönem Weitblick ins Mittelmeer und in die Bucht von Toulon. Der Weg vom Ort bzw. Strand ins Appartement der Villa ist steil bergauf, aber mit unseren E-Bikes gut machbar. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Den Sonnenaufgang vom Schlafzimmer aus betrachteten...

...kann man nicht in jeder FeWo. Durch die durchgehende Glasfront war es aber jeden morgen ein Genuss. Aber keine Angst: Die Bäume sind hoch genug dass man keine neugierigen Blicke zu befürchten hat. Das geschriebene gilt für das Schlafzimmer mit den zwei Einzelbetten, das Schlafzimmer mit dem Doppelbett hat nur ein kleines Fenster (für alle, die's dunkel mögen). Die Terasse hat Morgensonne, ab dem Nachmittag liegt sie im Schatten (was man bei viel Sonne schnell zu schätzen lernt). Einziger Wermutstropfen war die Außentreppe zur Wohnung, die für etwas gehbehinderte Menschen nicht so gut geeignet ist. Sehr angenehm war der Kontakt mit den Vermietern, für deren Freundlichkeit und zuvorkommen wir uns an dieser Stelle nochmals herzlich bedanken möchten. Au revoir!

Des vacances super

Nous avons passé deux semaines super à Saint Mandrier et nous nous sommes bien reposés en regardant le beau paysage, en faisant des excursions à, Aix-en-Provence, à Sanary-sur-mer, au Castellet, Nous avons bu beaucoup de rosé :-). Les locataires sont très gentils, ils nous ont invités à 'apėrtif et ils nous ont donné des conseils utiles.

Wunderschöne Aussicht

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Vor allem die Aussicht von der Terrasse war wunderschön: links die Bucht von Toulon, rechts das Mittelmeer, immer Sonne, schon beim Aufwachen. Die Wohnung war für zwei Personen sehr großzügig mit zwei Schlafzimmern, einer Küche, einem großen Wohn-Esszimmer, einem modernisierten Badezimmer inkl. Waschmaschine und einer separaten Toilette. Die Vermieter bewohnen die obere Etage des Hauses und sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Fußweg von der Wohnung hinunter zum Hafen von Saint Mandrier dauert ca. 10 Minuten, dort gibt es etliche Restaurants, kleine Läden, einen kleinen Sandstrand und die Fähre nach Toulon, die alle 20-30 Minuten ablegt, so dass man preiswert und schnell in die Stadt fahren kann. Samstags ist am Hafen von Saint Mandrier Bauernmarkt. Der Rückweg zur Ferienwohnung kann durch die Steigung schon etwas beschwerlich sein. Les Sablettes, La Seyne-sur-Mer und Sanary-sur-Mer sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen und haben uns auch gut gefallen. Wenn es sich ergibt, kommen wir gerne wieder.

prima verhouding kwaliteit-prijs. Precies als omschreven

Zeer vriendelijke en gastvrije eigenaren .Appartement voldeed aan onze verwachtingen. Exact zoals beschreven. Idem dito voor de foto's. Eigenaren wonen boven, echter hier merk je helemaal niets van.Appartement is volledig onafhankelijk. Voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn is het af te raden (eerst trapjes af, dan weer trapjes omhoog. We waren vroeg in het jaar waardoor de zon rond 15 uur niet meer op het balkon scheen. Geen probleem: op het terras in de tuin is het ook heerlijk toeven.Er zijn prachtige wandelingen te maken vanuit het appartement. Ga vooral met de boot naar Toulon (carnet met 10 tickets te koop bij vvv in Saint Mandrier voor 10 euro). Alles was naar wens ! Merci !

très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, et cela commence par l'accueil des plus charmant et sympathique des propriétaires. l'appartement est idéalement situé en hauteur de Saint-Mandrier avec une double vue sur mer dont on ne se lasse pas. Celui ci est très spacieux et fort bien agencé et très bien équipé. il y a tout pour passer un séjour parfait !!!. Encore un grand merci à nos charmants hôtes pour leur accueil.si nous avons l'occasion de revenir, ce sera avec grand plaisir.

Große Terrasse mit wunderschönen blick aufs Meer.

Wir hatten zwei Wunderschöne Wochen auf einer Halbinsel in Saint Mandrier verbracht. Eine schöner Ort um abzuschalten und die Ruhe und die Wunderschöne Landschaft zu genießen. Aber auch sehr sehr viel zu Sehen und Erkunden auf dem Land und auf dem Wasser. Viele Strände nur in Wenigen Minuten zur Erreichen, Wir Bedanken uns für die tolle Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft, ( Tipps Ausflüge ). Dankeschön und wir kommen gerne Wieder.

Prima appartement met terras (op het oosten) met een fantastisch uitzicht

Het appartement is schoon, groot, twee ruime slaapkamers, waarvan er één aan het terras is gesitueerd (zonder airco), ruime woonkamer en een voldoende ingerichte, ietwat gedateerde keuken met vaatwasser. De uiterst charmante eigenaresse woont direct boven het appartement, waarvan je totaal geen last hebt. De eigenaresse heeft ons uiterst vriendelijk ontvangen en maakte ons wegwijs in het appartement. Je komt bij het appartement via een vrij lastige trap voor als je slecht ter been bent. De eigenaresse geeft ons een uitstekende restaurant tip voor het beste restaurant van het schiereiland Le Gout Thé (absolute aanrader, niet duur met fantastisch menu en op loopafstand van het appartement). Er is een klein strandje in St Mandrier, maar op 10 min rijden is het strand van Sablette (helemaal fijn, ook zeer geschikt voor kleine kinderen). Op een 35 min rijden kom je in Bandol, wat een leuke plaats is en waar er voldoende eetgelegenheden zijn. In de Bandolstreek kun je vele wijnhuizen bezoeken, waarvan een absolute aanrader het Domaine de Begude is. Verdere stranden bij les Lecques en Cassis.

Geräumige Ferienwohnung mit großer Terasse und tollem Blick.

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen auf der Halbinsel Saint-Mandrier verbracht und die Zeit auf der schönen Terasse mit tollem Blick genossen. Von hier aus kann man viele Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen, die einiges zu bieten hat: Toulon, Hyeres, Marseille, Aix-en-Provence, St. Castellet, Sanary-sur-mer ... Vielen Dank an unsere reizende Vermieterin und ihren Mann!!!

La vue est magnifique, l'acceuil très chaleureux, au calme dans le Sud.

Tout est réuni pour passer un superbe séjour: la vue sur la mer des deux côtés, le calme, le confort et l'équipement du logement, l'accueil et la bienveillance de nos hôtes. L'appartement est bien isolé et indépendant. Des plages de sable ou de galets au choix avec plein de choses à observer dans l'eau. Un petit village plutôt calme pour le sud et à l'écart des turpitudes de la Côte même en pleine saison. Des commerces de proximité faciles d'accès. L'appartement se trouve vers le haut de la colline et vous offre une vue spendide sur la mer, son accès est tout à fait praticable et rapide, toutefois je ne le recommanderai pas à des personnes ayant des difficultés de déplacement.
