Tolle Aussicht, schlafen nur für Hitzeverträglich
Chiara und Sandro sind sehr nett und obwohl sie direkt mit im Haus wohnen sehr unauffällig. Es wäre schön zu wissen, das sie neben einem Leben. Sie haben einen Hund (rüde) der frei auf dem Grundstück spazieren darf, sollte man wissen wenn man selbst mit einem Hund anreist. Der Hund ist lieb und liegt ständig unter dem Esstisch der Terrasse der Ferienwohnung, kann man mögen oder auch nicht 😉 Die Aussicht ist wirklich top und abends kann man toll die Sterne und Sternschnuppen beobachten. Was nicht so toll ist, sind die Schlafzimmer alle im oberen Geschoss. Trotz rechtzeitig Fenster schließen und abends lüften hatten wir Nachts um 30grad und trotz aller geöffneten Fenster und Türen gab es keinerlei Abkühlung. selbst die Kinder haben kaum geschlafen. Nach 2 Tagen haben wir uns dann Ventilatoren gekauft, damit war es halbwegs erträglich. Die Matratzen sind sehr alt und von super weich bis Hart, sowie man merkt jede Feder war alles dabei. Was uns am meisten geärgert hat war die nicht vorhandene Waschmaschine die in der Ausstattung erwähnt ist, hier wurden wir auf einen Waschsalon im nächsten Dorf verwiesen. Falsche Angaben sind für mich ein absolutes nogo und daher die schlechte Bewertung. Die Fotos sind sehr alt und das Haus ist mittlerweile doch ein paar Jahre älter, was man der Einrichtung anmerkt. Auch das am Ende die Endreinigung selbstständig erfolgen soll war für uns ein Ärgernis und nicht vorher bekannt. Aufgrund der Schlafsituation kommen wir nicht wieder Auchädigen

Sehr besondere Unterkunft
Hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit zwei Familien und kleinen Kindern. Die Kinder haben den Pool geliebt und durften auf dem Grundstück spielen. Der Blick vom Pool und der Terrasse war traumhaft. Der große Baum spendete auch im Hochsommer einen angenehmen Schatten. Das Haus ist sehr besonders und individuell gestaltet. Alles ist vorhanden, was man in einem Urlaub braucht. Im Hochsommer war der Wasserdruck zeitweise etwas weniger, sodass man nicht in beiden Bädern gleichzeitig duschen konnte. Chiara und Sandro sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Phantastische Aussicht über die Toskana!
Wir haben mit 2 Familien / 9 Personen einen wunderschönen zweiwöchigen Sommerurlaub in diesem liebevoll restaurierten Bauernhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist so, wie in den Bildern aufgenommen, sauber, gepflegt und geschmackvoll gestaltet, die Einrichtung zweckmäßig. Die Betten waren bequem. Der Herd ist ganz neu, wir konnten sogar selber Brot backen. Das absolute Highlight ist die phantastische Aussicht über die Toskana, dazu der sehr schöne Pool. Die beiden Vermieter wohnen auf dem Grundstück, sind sympatisch, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war angenehm, sie für Fragen, zB Restaurantempfehlungen, in der Nähe zu haben. Wir können das Haus wärmstens empfehlen!

"La casa es espectacular....
"La casa es espectacular. Grande para 7 personas y sobra sitio. La cocina tiene chimenea. Está reformada con mucha gracia y no le falta de nada. Los dueños Chiara y Sandro se preocupan de que no falte de nada, son muy amables. El exterior piscina y barbacoa con vistas. Los niños pueden jugar libremente en el jardín. Está próximo a Volterra y relativamente cerca de los principales pueblos de la Toscana como San Gimigiano o Siena. Estuvimos muy a gusto en esa casa y repetiríamos sin dudarlo."
