Nice and quiet neighbourhood
The house is nice and large enough for the four of us. Kitchen could use an upgrade with better and more utensils and an oven and maybe a grill, but we managed. The common area is nice and large, but be aware the pool is only open from 10-15 and 17-22. We were not aware of this beforehand. The area is peaceful and within walking distance to the beach. If you want more action it is only a 6 minute drive to city centre.

Holiday in pretty little townhouse
Overall a very nice tasteful little property which was close to amenities. The only downside is that I feel that there Should be someone there to greet you and show how To use all the amenities in the house.

Hola. Creo que es una pena que no haya aire acondicionado en el salón. Hemos pasado mucha calor. Además la casa necesita una limpieza profunda, armarios, aparatos de luz, muebles....

points positifs: La résidence est très bien. Piscine sympa, peu fréquentée. La plage est proche. Les supermarchés également, ainsi que le centre ville, le port et ses multiples activités. Clim dans les chambres. Bonne communication, malgré le fait qu'on ne parle pas la même langue, que ça soit avec le propriétaire ou l'agence chargée de gerer le bien. points négatifs: la maison est un peu vieillotte en terme d'ameublement (une chaise longue totalement rouillée s'est cassée, à force). Manque un four. Mais surtout, le couple de voisin a un chien qui aboie tous les matins pendant une vingtaine de minutes, empêchant de dormir et donc de se reposer en matinée.

Para repetir si se puede el próximo año.
El duplex es muy bonito, estaba limpio y tenía de todo en cuanto a menaje, toallas…ideal para estancias con niños ya que su terraza está a pie de jardín, donde está la piscina, desde la que puedes vigilarlos, además tiene una vallita de madera para limitar si van con niños más pequeños. Hemos estado muy bien y si podemos repetiremos el próximo año.

Buen lugar para relajarse
El bungalow es ideal para 4 personas. Está bastante bien equipado en menaje de cocina. El Jardín comunitario muy bien cuidado y la piscina viene fenomenal para refrescarte tras un día de playa. La playa está a unos 8 minutos andando. Posibilidad de visitar sitios cercanos como Javea, Benidorm, Altea....La dueña superatenta y pendiente de cualquier problema que pueda surgir.

A perfect stay in Denia
Let's keep this short, since I already told you we had a perfect stay..., hence, just some tips and tops. Tops: 1. the owners. They live in Madrid, but were instantly available by whatsapp to answer any questions, give advice, or ideas for trips. This was great!! 2. The apartment and surroundings (especially the pool area :)). These were gorgeous: clean, and very well-equipped! In addition, the two (working) airco-units and several fans made the night climate very enjoyable. Tip. The check-in process was a little cumbersome and could be much easier by just telling the guests to drive to the appartment and give instructions how to open it - rather than the current calling-which location-calling-other location-calling again-soap.

Estancia familiar confortable
Hemos estado unos días en agosto y en general la estancia ha estado muy bien. La piscina y urbanización es una gozada, justo lo que buscábamos para los niños, que pudieran entrar y salir y jugar con otros nenes. En este aspecto mi valoración es de 5 estrellas pero en lo relativo al interior hay algunos puntos a mejorar aunque en general está todo bastante bien. Parte del mobiliario necesita alguna reforma como las hamacas que no pudimos casi usar, puerta del baño rota que te dejaba encerrado o menaje de cocina como las cacerolas que necesitarían ser renovadas, ventilador del salón que no daba casi aire y alguna cosilla más. Por lo demás todo muy limpio, aire acondicionado en las habitaciones, colchones en perfecto estado y baño amplio y cuidado. Muy bien ubicado y la comunicación con Ana excelente, nos pasó recomendaciones y muy rápida contestando, siempre pendiente. Mejorando algún detalle de lo comentado y con una ventilación más potente en el salón, la casa sería de 10.

Tolles Haus in guter Lage
Das Haus war für uns, eine junge Familie mit 2 Kinder im Alter von 7 und 8 Jahren ideal. Der Pool kann von der Terrasse aus gesehen werden, sodass wir die Kinder entspannt alleine ins Wasser lassen konnten. Das Meer ist 5 Minuten entfernt. Die Altstadt von Denia ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Alternativ kann man sogar zum Hafen laufen. Alles in allem ein prima Urlaub. Wir können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen.

Excelente!!!
Todo perfecto!. Desde que descubrimos esta casa, hace cinco años, siempre buscamos una semanita para ir y relajarnos en Denia. Los dueños son estupendos y se preocupan por que la casa esté siempre perfecta, cada año incorporan cosas nuevas y mejoras. El jardín es precioso y la piscina un lujo. Este año hemos pasado una semana en Navidad y nos ha sorprendido el ambiente que hay en Denia también en invierno. Recomiendo esta casa 100%. Si vas seguro que repites. A nosotros nos encanta viajar y conocer sitios nuevos pero siempre procuramos guardarnos unos días para ir a esta casa.

Que dire sinon TOP ! Vraiment appart' nickel. Jeu de plages, transat ... Confort rien à dire. Pas de clim mais tant mieux, on a passé d'excellentes nuits grâce aux lustres ventilateurs. Je crois que la cerise sur le gâteau c'est ...le lave-vaisselle !!! belle découverte en arrivant :) A l'année prochaine c'est sûr :)

Very comfortable and cozy...
Very comfortable and cozy bungalow, great electric oven, microwave, washing machine, many toys for the children from 2 to 15), all beach equipment, wonderful garden with a swimming pool, not far from the sea and markets - there is an imperfect list of advantages of the bungalow. Oh, and the owner, who do her best to solve all you issues and answer the questions.

"No es la primera vez que acudimos a esta fantástica estancia, aunque nos sigue sorprendiendo por lo cuidada y limpia que los dueños la siguen manteniendo, su completísimo equipo, si cabe, más amplio que las veces anteriores, un entorno tranquilo y muy agradable y, sobre todo, es un sitio muy bonito que merece la pena visitar. "Désolée de ne pas mettre une bonne appréciation. Nous sommes restés quatre jours sans eau chaude. Faute à pas de chance ou mauvais entretien ?.Les murs sont très minces et on entend tout des voisins (ronflements, conversation.. ).La soit disant clim est un appareil étrange qui se trouve dans la penderie... Je n''ai su que le linge n''était plus fourni quand j''ai reçu le contrat de location.Il était trop tard pour faire marche arrière car j''avais envoyé les arrhes par virement.Mauvaise expérience à oublier.Je suis surprise car je passe régulièrement par le site et c''est la première fois que je suis déçue à ce point."

"C''est la quatrième anné...
"C''est la quatrième année que l''on passe nos vacances dans ce Bungalow, et nous ne sommes pas prêts d''arrêter : l''endroit est toujours aussi joli, très calme pour des vacances en famille, la piscine est quasimment à 30 degrés. L''appartement et la résidence sont très propres (la résidence est à taille humaine : 5 ou 6 familles maximum). On voit bien que la propriétaire est soucieuse du bien être de ses hôtes (jouets pour les enfants dans l''appartement, pièces décorées avec goût). De plus, il y a un lave vaisselle (très pratique quand on est en vacances). On allait à la plage à pieds avec nos enfants, c''était vraiment très pratique. Dans cette résidences, les vacances sont réussies à coup sûr !"
