Large 4 bedroom, 3 bath home available for rent in the quiet, family-friendly, Cottages at Sierra Verde community. Each bedroom is furnished with King or Queen sized bed, with wall-mounted television in two of the bedrooms. The main floor includes one bedroom, one full bath, and a dining room with a large solid wood table adjacent to a beautiful kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The living room includes a sofa, loveseat, and large flat screen TV with a blu-ray DVD player, and a conveniently located HDMI hookup for using your own device. Cable television and wifi are included. The second floor has 3 bedrooms including the master bedroom with adjacent master bath, and an additional full bath located between the other 2 bedrooms.

Dishes, utensils, linens, and towels are provided for use. There is also a selection of pantry items for preparing home cooked meals. Upstairs is a separate laundry room with an iron, ironing board and laundry supplies. Located off the living room is an attached private outdoor patio with casual seating for 5, as well as an outdoor gas grill.

Renters have access to a community pool & hot tub with conveniently located outdoor showers. A community playground is also located near the house. Children are welcome, and there is no minimum age limit for renters.
Nearby activities include golfing, hiking, and tennis. The house is located VERY close to the Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers Spring Training facilities. Not much farther away are the Seattle Mariners and San Diego Padres spring training facilities.

Surprise stay

Wonderful property which was near our Sioux City neighbor's winter home in Surprise. Our group enjoyed hiking, pickleball, golf, and MLB spring training games.

Warm Up in Arizona

This was a siblings and spouses trip to see some AZ sights and watch Oregon State Beavers baseball. This house had everything we needed, lfreewayhighways/stadiums.

Home away from Home

Spent a long weekend here with three of my cousins to visit an elderly relative who lives in Wickenburg, Arizona. The host was pleasant to work with, and quick to respond to all of our questions. The house is everything the description says, and more. We were pleasantly surprised by how well stocked the kitchen was, even though we couldn’t stay long enough to Fully enjoy it. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms, spacious, and the house was spotless. I would not hesitate to go back!

Slice of Heaven

Wonderful stay. This house felt like home. I felt spoiled with the upstairs large bedroom, which I deemed my suite. The home is thoughtfully stocked and decorated. It was such a pleasure staying there. I wish we could have stayed longer! I hope to stay again!

Our Mini-Reunion

My four buddies and I get together once a year for a mini-class reunion. We all graduated high school in 1974. This year, I had the honor of hosting. This home where my friends stayed met our expectations very well. Although we didn't do much other than gather there in the mornings and evenings before going out, the home was comfortable and easy to access. Thanks for hosting and helping make our mini-reunion a success.

Spring Training

Bucket list came true with a girl trip to Surprise AZ, to watch the Texas Rangers at Spring Training. Larry’s place was perfect. We loved the house, location and all of the surrounding area. House is super close to the Texas Ranger’s & Kansas City Royals field. House is stock with things that come in handy, like pool toys and ice chest. Kitchen is also stock with helpful item. We took a couple of day trips when not watching baseball and looked forward to getting back to Larry’s place to relax.

Perfect for our needs

We were 3 adult siblings visiting elderly parents. Location was ideal however needed the GPS to find the place in a large complex with lots of turns. VERY close to grocery store. Kitchen had everything we needed. The only issue is maybe finding street parking if you get home late but it wasn’t too bad. Larry was extremely accommodating and a pleasure to deal with.

Great townhome

Our only complaint about our stay was the parking. We had an expedition that couldn't fit in the garage and sometimes finding street parking was a struggle. We didn't love having our car where we couldn't keep an eye on it. The house was perfect for our family and well stocked. Kids loved the pool toys and the pool. Beds were nice and comfy.

A very short stay...

but we enjoyed our time at this property. Finding the correct house was a bit tricky but we had been driving over 14 hours so I'm guessing that didn't help the process! The beds were comfy, kitchen had everything we needed, and the patio area was very cute.

Don't be surprised by this gem

Had a great time in Surprise for family trip for son's spring break and spring training. Property is as advertised and reflects the images provided in listing. Location is great in NW Phoenix metro area and less than 1 mile to Rangers and Royals stadium. Many restaurants within a few miles and quiet neighborhood. Only noisy when planes from Luke AFB fly near, but that is only occasionally and love seeing our Air Force fighters flying! Playgrounds and pool were perfect for 5 year old son. Property owner was very responsive when contacted before and during stay. Would definately stay again at this residence in the future.

Space and privacy

Our group of friends enjoyed a wonderful stay at this spacious, well stocked house. It offered privacy in a quiet neighborhood with a lovely pool and hot tub nearby. (We had it to ourselves most of the time!) The kitchen had every utensil, dish, and cookware we needed. The owners know how to give the royal treatment to their renters. Parking was not a problem and we felt the cars were safe on the street. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Month in Arizona

We enjoyed a great month in this cottage. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and the house had all the amenities we needed. Comfortable Master bedroom upstairs, and loved having the laundry room upstairs also Used the pool and hot tub a few times…. Very nice. Thank you, Larry.

Amazing experience.

Loved this house. We will never stay in a motel again. This gave us all the room we needed to visit our grandchildren and have them stay with us as well. Convenience of a full kitchen, dining, bedrooms and multiple bathrooms was great.

Vermonters Vacation

The property was very nicely furnished with a lot of extras that you don’t usually get with short term rental properties. Its’ location is close to great restaurants, shopping, baseball and gambling facilities. The community pool was wonderful as well.

Awesome rental!

We loved everything about our rental. The home was in great shape, the A/C was super cold, there were lots of nice "extras" around the house (such as food in the fridge), the neighborhood was quiet and safe, the beds were comfy... I could go on and on, but you get the point. I would rent this again in a heartbeat.

Magnificent Stay

I was expecting a single family home when I booked my stay. It's more like a condo because it is attached to 2 other units. Nonetheless we had an excellent stay! There was more than enough space for me and my family. Easy check-in! Owners had everything we needed! They even had laundry detergent and fabric softener to use. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. My only complaint is that the bed in the master bedroom wasn't very comfortable.

Perfect home away from home!

We were in town for a baseball tourney... our family of 5, grandma and grandpa. This was perfect for us. Tons of room and amenities. The air conditioning worked great to keep us cool from the heat. The laundry in home was perfect to get those uniforms cleaned. The kitchen and home was fully stocked. The community pool is great and the next door neighbors are super sweet. Larry is a great host and we will definitely be back again. If you are coming to the Surprise area, stop looking elsewhere this is your place.

Great Place to stay

This house was perfect. Everything you would need was there. When we stayed, we where in town for a tennis tournament. All things needed to cook or grill where there. Things like chairs and coolers to use where also there just like you where at home. It made it very easy when your just flying in with a suitcase. Once again great place and good owners. Thank you
