Nicht so schön wie erwartet :(

Die Ferienwohnung war in Ordnung und sauber, aber für den Preis kann man mehr erwarten. Es gibt keinen Backofen oder Toaster (Brötchen aufbacken nicht möglich). Die Terrasse ist mit Möbeln ausgestattet. Lt. der eingestellten Bilder ist eine wunderschöne Aussicht vorhanden, aber nun sieht man auf eine Baustelle. Ein entspanntes Frühstück ist nicht möglich, da auf dieser Seite die Baustelle ist. Die Arbeiten haben ab 8:00 Uhr begonnen (also ausschlafen war auch nicht). Es war ständig der Baustellendreck auf der Terrasse. Noch nicht einmal bei der Ankunft ist von der Vermieterin etwas zu der Baustelle gesagt wurden. Der Ort und die Umgebung sind sehr schön.

Schöner erholsamer Urlaub im kleinen Örtchen Premantura

Schöne Ferienwohnung, einer sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieterin. Die Wohnung ist funktional eingerichtet und sauber! Der große Balkon hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ansonsten war alles so wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Leider ist der Zugang zum “Hausstrand“ etwas unübersichtlich durch einen Feldweg, aber dafür gibt es genügend schöne Buchten im Nationalpark Kamenjak zu entdecken.

Traumhafter Individualurlaub an der Adria

Premantura - ein kleiner Ort ohne Hotelburgen direkt am Naturparadies Kaminjak! Schon bei der Ankunft vermittelte uns die mediterrane Pflanzenpracht rund ums Haus und in den umliegenden Grundstücken Urlaubsfeeling, ebenso die sehr nette Vermieterin. Wir haben täglich den Blick von der Terrasse in den gepflegten Garten genossen. Besonders hat uns die ruhige Lage und die Nähe zum Strand (8 Min. zu Fuß) gefallen, aber auch, dass abends das Zentrum von Premantura mühelos fußäufig zu erreichen war. Praktisch war auch der Parkplatz unmittelbar am Haus. Wir würden dises Urlaubsquartier jederzeit wieder wählen.

Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung am Cap

Schlichtes, sauberes Appartement, mit schönem großen Balkon. Ruhige Lage direkt neben dem Kap (ca. 3 Minuten mit dem Auto). Handtücher, Bettwäsche vor Ort und sehr nette und vertrauenswürdige Vermieter. Rundum zufrieden und empfehlenswert.

Schöner Ausblick vom Balkon, ausreichend Privatsphäre, ruhig gelegen, nah zum Strand und zu Restaurants/"Stadtzentrum". Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, auch die Küche. Gerne wieder :)

Come a casa!

Appartamento in zona residenziale, a 500 metri dal piccolo centro e a 1 km dall'ingresso al parco. Spazioso, ottimo per due persone, cucina nuovissima e dotata di tutto e terrazzino comodissimo con tavolo, sedie e sdraio. La signora Sirol è stata da subito molto disponibile e gentile. Consigliatissimo!

Splendido appartamento

La struttura è splendida e ben curata sia all'interno che all'esterno. Molto pulita. Situata a 5 minuti a piedi dal piccolo centro di Premantura, dispone di uno spiazzo privato esterno per parcheggiare l'auto in tranquillità. Ideale per visitare il parco si Kamenjak e le sue favolose spiagge rocciose. La sig.ra Mira - proprietaria di casa - è molto gentile e disponibile. Non potete desiderare di meglio. torneremo sicuramente e questo alloggio sarà il nostro punto di riferimento. PS: nelle foto i balconi hanno il davanzale delimitato in barre metalliche. Probabilmente dopo una ristrutturazione, delimitano ora i balconi dei vetri trasparenti molto eleganti che danno luminosità agli alloggi (lo scrivo perché questo elemento non ci faceva riconoscere l'edificio tra le viette di Prementura).

Per una vacanza all'insegna del relax

L'alloggio è molto confortevole e ben arredato per 2 persone ma va bene anche per 4 (soggiorno-cucina spazioso, camera da letto matrimoniale, bagno e terrazza). L'ambiente è molto tranquillo. La signore Mira è molto cordiale e dà molti consigli utili. Il centro paese è a 10 min a piedi. Per il mare noi siamo andati sempre al parco Kamenjakù. mare molto bello soprattutto con mare calmo (non molto adatto per bambini piccoli)

Mare, relax e comodità!

Per chi cerca un po' di tranquillità la casa della Signora Mira è perfetta. L'appartamento molto comodo per due persone (ma anche per quattro), ben fornito e pulito, è situato in un piccolo paese vicino al parco nazionale di Kameniak, dove si possono trovare le più belle calette istriane. Collocato in una silenziosa zona residenziale è vicino al centro (10 minuti a piedi) e a diversi ristoranti. Inoltre a circa 300 m (attraversando la pineta) si accede alla spiaggia (solo scogli). Oltre a ciò è un ottimo punto per raggiungere Pula e Medulin (dove è situata una spiaggia) e altre località balneari. La signora Mira si è mostrata gentile, disponibile e molto coerente nella presentazione dell'immobile. Sicuramente da consigliare a chiunque voglia vivere una settimana in completo relax!

Appartamento situato in z...

Appartamento situato in zona prettamente residenziale e tranquilla, in un contesto di 6 unità. I proprietari, gentili e disponibili, abitano di fianco agli appartamenti. Nelle vicinanze si trovano 3 ristoranti e a pochi passi si trova il piccolo centro di Premantura. La spiaggia non è molto distante. La spiaggia all'interno del parco Kamenjak, nelle vicinanze del campeggio Stupice, è raggiungibile attraverso un sentiero boschivo a pochi passi dall'appartamento. L'appartamento è ben fornito, lenzuola, asciugami e tappeto da bagno già presenti. Presente una moka da caffè e una macchinetta per il caffè. Terrazzo molto grande con stendino per biancheria e mollette. E' possibile stendere la biancheria anche sui fili stesi sul terrazzo.
