You're only a 5 minute walk to the boardwalk and beach. And this holds true for landmarks like The Stone Pony, Empress Hotel and their infamous Tea Dance, Asbury Lanes and The Wonder Bar (great for Yappy Hour with your fur babies.).

Looking for great food, shopping and more? Try Cookman Avenue, also in walking distance.

Stock up on food and incidentals via an online service such as Instacart and you're set. You don't need a car at this location if you plan to enjoy Asbury Park to the fullest.

ENTERTAIN & RELAX (Ground Floor)
Living Room- kick your feet up! Chaise lounge couch and comfy down chair. 58 inch Smart TV enabled for use with free applications and/or your individual accounts on services like Netflix, Prime, AppleTV, Hulu, etc.

Dining Room- rustic dining table that accommodates 10 people when extended.

Kitchen- fully equipped for dining in including everything from pots/pans, silverware, dishes, cooking utensils, toaster, blender, microwave, dishwasher, etc.

Spill into a great patio and zen-like garden. We're sure our favorite spot will become yours as well.

Grill and dine al fresco, includes teak table and 6 chairs, Weber Grill and relaxing water fountain.
Patio is also Sonos ready with 4 Bose speakers yet during the summer you can also hear the sounds of the Stone Pony Summer Stage performances. Shows end at 10pm so early to bed? No problem.

SLEEP (2nd and 3rd Floors)
Sleeps 8 people, 4 bedrooms located on the second and third floors. Full bathroom on every floor.

Master bedroom has a delicious King bed; Smart TV, ceiling fan and AC on 2nd floor.
Guest Room #1 includes Queen bed and AC; built for a peaceful rest on 2nd floor.
Guest Room #2 includes 2 Single beds which you can convert into a King; AC and ceiling fan on 2nd floor.
Guest Room #3 is your private B&B like suite; King bed with AC and Smart TV; pedestal tub, no stand-up shower in this bathroom. On the 3rd floor.

THE BASICS
Full basement for storing personal bikes and/or beach accessories if needed.
We provide: two bikes, 8 beach chairs, 3 umbrellas, 2 coolers, beach pails/toys, beach buggy, plenty of beach towels, blankets, and sheets too.
Washer and dryer and extra full size fridge if needed.

Linens and bath towels provided. Feel free to bring your own if you prefer.

WiFi password included. Beach passes are not included.

No garage, street parking only.
