Charmant gîte "Les Petits Prés"

Nous avons prolongé d'une semaine notre séjour dans ce beau département de la Charente Maritime, ce qui nous a permis de profiter encore du confort et du charme du gîte "Les Petits Prés" que nous recommandons vivement.Le rapport qualité / prix est plus qu'honnête.

Gite charmant et très confortable

Nous réservons régulièrement dans ce gite.L'accueil est toujours très chaleureux.Nous apprécions également la propreté, le confort, l'aménagement (les chambres ont été réaménagées et décorées avec beaucoup de gout). Nous en avons presque fait notre résidence secondaire.

The house was lovely - in a nice quiet spot just outside La Rochelle, accessible to lots of beautiful and interesting places by car. The host and his family made us very welcome, responded to questions quickly and were very helpful. The house itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, was very clean and well-presented.

Calme et repos dans un environnement très bien situé

La location est très bien, très propre et joliment décorée. L’accueil est très sympa, Bruno a pris le temps de nous accueillir et de nous donner les infos utiles. La situation est idéale pour visiter La Rochelle, l’île de ré et la Venise verte. Nous recommandons.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus liegt ruhig am Ortsrand. Die Vermieter wohnen in unmittelbarer Nähe und sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. 2 Schlafzimmer und eine Toilette sind im 1. Stock. Unten liegen ein offener Wohn-, Essbereich mit Küche und das Bad. Alles ist sauber und sehr gepflegt. Wir waren 2 Wochen dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Magnifique région, superbe découverte, le tout sous le soleil , de belles excursions...Île de Ré, Île d' Aix et Fort Boyard, ile d' Oléron, et visites plus lointaines, comme le Puy du Fou et Cognac..... Bref, des étoiles plein les yeux

Logement agréable

Belle maison dans un environnement calme, le logement est très propre et très fonctionnel. Super car les chiens sont acceptés même le Dogue Allemand. Hôte agréable et accessible. Je recommande vivement.

Vacances au calme et maison charmante

Nous avons apprécié cette charmante maison à étage et son petit jardin pendant notre sejour de 15 jours début septembre. Le confort mérite bien ses 3 etoiles, il ne manque rien, avec même quelques provisions de depannage. L'escalier est un peu raide pour des personnes âgées ou avec des problèmes de mobilité....sachant que les wc sont à l'etage. Nos hôtes sont discrets mais presents en cas de besoin..... Longeves est un petit village tranquille avec un commerce bar, restaurant, pizza, dépôts de pain et epicerie de dépannage...A proximité, 25 mn de l'île de Ré par l'autoroute et 35mn de la Rochelle.

Très agréable

Les pour : Maison charmante et très agréable. Après le rush de l’agglomération, c’est appréciable. Au calme. Mr Poitevin est une personne sympa et très arrangent. Très bien situé, national 11 double voies à côté, très pratique. Les contres : Je vous espère des vacanciers de la maison mitoyenne calmes. Ce fut le cas pour nous, nous avons juste entendu le Mr d’à côté ronfler ! Les WC à l’étage. La chaleur des chambres dues à une toiture mal isolée. Wifi pas accessible à l’étage mais nous avions la 4G. Pas de supérette dans le hameau en août.

Vacances parfaites

Nous avons passé deux semaines à Longeves en Famille et avons apprécié la maison dans laquelle on se sent bien tout de suite, la décoration est très jolie et rien ne manque pour faire la cuisine, très bon matériel ! Nous avons pu visiter la Rochelle et ses environs ainsi que l ile de Re on profite de la campagne tout en étant proches des lieux touristiques ! A noter la gentillesse du propriétaire qui est à proximité sans jamais s imposer ! Et merci encore pour le prêt de Velos nous avons adoré les promenades en campagne !
