At the west end of panama city beach, close to pier park with beautiful views up and down the beach from the largest balconies on the beach. A two bedroom condo with king-size beds in both rooms, plus a sofa-bed. A beautifully decorated condo that is a cut above the typical condo. Wireless internet and cable TV including HBO, DVD player and games for the rare afternoons that it rains. New this year is a big screen smart TV with netflix and amazon TV, and a new big screen TV in the Master Bedroom

Complex has 2 pools, hot tub, gym and tennis court.

Amazing Condo

My cousin and I stayed at the condo for a week. It was as absolutely beautiful. The condo had everything you needed. The view on the porch was amazing! I would highly recommend staying at this condo. Everything was clean inside and having a beach front to see the ocean and sunset couldn’t have been better.

Amazing Beachfront condo

We had an incredible stay at this condo right on the beach in PCB! The views from the balcony were absolutely breathtaking — perfect for morning coffee or sunset watching. The unit was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. Easy access to the beach, great location close to restaurants. Perfect for families! We’ll definitely be coming back!

Fall Break family getaway ❤️

This 2 bed, 2 bath condo on the 17th floor of Emerald Isle Beach resort was everything we hoped for and more! Two pools, hot tub and right on the beach! Two beach chairs and umbrella come with the property that are set up each morning. The owners also had some beach towels, sand toys, And two camp chairs and another umbrella in the property. We were here for a Saturday to Saturday, one week stay. Great location to shopping, eating and main road. Airport was 20 min away to pick up our late arrival and a very easy drive. The kitchen was well-stoked with basic spices, a coffee pot and single cup brewer combo. Four elevators never had us waiting for long. Plenty of rolling carts to take luggage or groceries up. We will miss those gorgeous waters and sunsets and hope to come back next fall break!

Great condo!

We are a family of 5 and enjoyed this condo more than any other. The view from the 17th floor was amazing for seeing marine life. We love the calmer west end of the beach. Beds were good and kitchen well stocked with all things needed. The owners were the best we've rented from!

Great condo and location

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. We love the West End of PCB. It's close to the things we want to do and the beach is not as crazy as the other end. The condo was nicely decorated and they had some beach toys in the closet that we didn't need we bring our own but just to let others know they are there. The hosts were great and easy to communicate with. They even checked on US during our stay which I thought was nice. The balconies at this location are always spectacular. We have rented from Emerald isle for a long time and will be back at this particular condo in the near future.

Every time we're here, first thing I do is open the balcony door & walk out to the amazing view!!

Another fantastic 2 week stay!! Joe & Patty are wonderful owners. The overall building continues to be well maintained, updated, etc. (and no elevator issues) Best balcony on the beach-enjoy all our dinners we either cook (with handy, oceanfront grills) or takeout-best way to enjoy those beautiful sunsets! Very comfortable furniture & beds with plenty of outdoor balcony furniture also. Kitchen well supplied, updated appliances.

Amazing location on the beach

Everything about the condo was exactly what was listed on the website. This is by far one of the best condo’s we’ve stayed in, in PCB. I would 100% recommended this condo to anyone and would stay here again. Also, had plenty of elevators so there was no long wait just to get an elevator. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, plenty of room, fully equipped kitchen, large smart TV’s in every room, 2 full size bathrooms, huge balcony over looking the beach along with 2 beach chairs/umbrella. Everything about here was perfect and we had a Wonderful time. The only thing I would recommend is to provide additional kitchen towels. Our stay only included 2 kitchen towels.

We were there for 7 nights. The beach was great and we were close to everything we decided to do. We had issues with the door locking but the owners gave a small refund to remedy the issues. They were VERY quick to respond with any questions.

We like this condo better than others we have stayed at on the beach. The balconies are larger and curved, there is an indoor/outdoor heated pool, the eating table is larger, there was no wall of mirror, and it was nicely furnished.

Wonderful Vacation!

My family and I are very pleased with our stay at this condo. It was one of the best places we've ever stayed at. The balcony was so roomy and the view was phenomenal. The furniture is new and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. It seemed like anything we needed was right there including items for the beach! The beach chair service was the best and we loved the heated pool and hit tub! This condo is literally right on the beach with very limited walking to access the beach. We would love to stay again!

Great hosts and location

This was the first time we have come not at Spring Break and we loved the less crowd feel. This is a gorgeous location. The unit it’s self has a full kitchen so you can prep your meals there. I even mentioned to Patty how much I loved they there were some Rubbermaid containers. Two king size beds was nice which made my 18 year old daughter feel like a queen in her own room and giant bed. We will rent here again.

I went to Panama City Beach in Florida when I was in school and I always wanted to buy a home here. When I walked out on the balcony at Emerald Isle I said 'wow' and was sold before the Realtor started talking.

What makes this property unique

The soft white sand is nicer than Cancun, and the water is clear. One can stand on the balcony and see up and down the beach for miles and miles, and there is enough room to have the whole family on the balcony.
