Très satisfait
La maison est très agréable grâce à la climatisation. Les enfants ont pu profiter de l'extérieur en toute sécurité. La terrasse couverte permet de profiter de l'extérieur toute la journée. La proximité de la route permet d'accéder rapidement aux grands axes et à Alghero. La propriétaire est très facilement joignable en cas de problème.

Nette Vermieterin, renovierungsbedürftiges Bad/Dusche. Ausstattung ansonsten für den Preis in Ordnung. Zufahrt mit elektronischem Tor und Parkplatz am Haus, sehr gut. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden!

Ideale sia per un soggiorno all'insegna del relax che del movimento
Residenza silenziosa e tranquilla, a pochi minuti dal centro città (supermercati, ristoranti, ecc.) e dal mare. Nel giro di pochi chilometri si raggiungono le località balneari più rinomate, sia a nord che a sud di Alghero. Il mare è bello praticamente ovunque, c'è solo l'imbarazzo della scelta tra sabbia, sassi o scogli. Per chi ama correre consiglio il percorso pedonale che si estende dal porto (compreso il giro dei bastioni) fino a Fertilia, passando attraverso la pineta o la spiaggia. In particolare alla mattina presto, soprattutto al sabato e alla domenica, si trovano parecchi runners, tanto che sembra di essere nel mezzo di una manifestazione podistica. I proprietari, molto gentili e disponibili, ci hanno dato ottimi consigli per i luoghi da visitare e per il mangiare (la pizzeria "di famiglia" è veramente ottima). In definitiva abbiamo passato una bella vacanza alla scoperta di questa terra meravigliosa, quindi consigliamo la struttura a chiunque desideri un posto tranquillo, dove poter riposare dopo una lunga giornata al mare.

En réponse à votre demande d’appréciation sur la maison d’Aghero louée du 1 au 15/9/18, nous avons différentes informations à vous faire remonter. L’accueil a été très sympatique, mais il n’y a pas eu d’état des lieux. Conclusions : Il n’y avait que quelques cuillers à moka. Nous avons dû réclamer des cuillers à café. Pas de cafetière pdt 3 jours, sauf une miniscule en état douteux et dont le volume correspondait à une « tasse française » et une autre un peu plus grande dans laquelle il n’y avait pas de filtre. Les propriétaires nous en ont fourni une autre neuve, mais également minuscule. La dernière n’est arrivée que le mardi. Pas de casserole pour faire chauffer un peu d’eau ou de lait. Il n’y a pas de micro ondes dans la maison, seulement un faitout à notre disposition. 5 verres dépareillés, 5 tasses déjeuner également dépareillés. Les moustiquaires sont toutes en mauvais état : déchirées Les volets de la pièce de vie ne ferment pas. Le mobilier de terrasse est en très mauvais état : 2 chaises sur 4 sont fendues au niveau des accoudoirs Sur les 2 bains de soleil, l’un est « rafistolé avec des clous », et le plastic est dans un tel état que les vêtements ressortent complètement blancs lorsque vous restez allongés dessus. Le bruit du voisinage, causé par la famille nombreuse des propriétaires, très souvent et même tard dans la nuit. Le bruit de la route à quelques mètres de la maison est aussi très gênant. Mais ce qui a eu raison de nos nerfs, c’est lorsque la climatisation est tombée en panne en fin de première semaine. Nous avons dû attendre jusqu’au jeudi de la 2e semaine pour que la réparation soit faite (d’ailleurs, cette climatisation ne marchait qu’en ventilation depuis notre arrivée et ne faisait pas de froid). Nous devons préciser que le soleil tapant sur la porte d’entrée non isolante, celle-ci agissait tel un radiateur dans la pièce, et il était impensable de rester dans la maison sans climatisation. De ce fait, nous devions dormir avec les fenêtres ouvertes et étions incommodés d’une part par la circulation à proximité, et les moustiques qui s’engouffraient dans les chambres puisque les moustiquaires étaient percées. Pour nous, la climatisation était un critère incontournable dans le choix de la location. En fonction de cela, nous estimons que nous sommes en droit de réclamer une indemnisation car les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur du montant du loyer. Nous comptons sur votre compréhension. "casa molto accogliente veramente carina...a pochi passi dal mare e dal centro storico....situata in un posto non molto trafficato,,,la consiglierei a tutti per passare delle ferie sia per riposarsi che per svago e divertimento.."
