View of lake and mountain. Center station; grandiose panorama in altitude summer and winter sports activities at the foot of the slopes. The apartment with an area of 40M2 is located on the 2nd floor, with elevator; it has a garage box in the basement, a ski room and a balcony. In summer you can enjoy the magnificent view of the lake thanks to the garden furniture and the 2 sun loungers; the ermine lake offers a beach equipped with a nautical base, games for children and supervised swimming in July and August; its waters are calm and restful. Next to the lake is the sports center with various activities (toddler area, climbing masts, acrobatic course, labyrinth area and bowling alley ...). You can fill up with sensations thanks to the fantastic zip line. You can also enjoy many hikes, especially around Lake Pavin (4kms) and around Lake Chambon (20kms).

Très bon séjour. Appartement très bien situé et ensoleillé. Très bien agencé et très bien équipée au niveau cuisine. Seul bémol le canapé lit. Le matelas un peu léger. Peut être revoir la literie !

Appartement récent très agréable à vivre.Tout y est parfait pour une famille de 2 adultes et 2 (voire 3) enfants pour peu que dormir dans le canapé lit du salon ne rebute pas les adultes.Nous y avons passé un excellente semaine. A garder dans notre liste des très bons appartements sur suber besse.

Une superbe semaine à la montagne, au pied des pistes, avec la possibilité de tout faire sans sortir la voiture du garage souterrain. Vraiment idéal en tous points ! La vue est très chouette, sur le lac et sur les pistes. L'appartement a une surface très convenable pour une famille de 4, nous ne nous marchions pas dessus. Le confort est là. Suffisamment de rangement (dans la chambre des enfants, grand placard avec penderie et larges étagères). Si on devait trouver un bémol : on voit que l'appartement n'est plus tout jeune, la partie kitchenette et la douche ont sans doute un certain âge. Mais cela n'a rien gâché et tout s'est très bien passé. Merci pour la mise à disposition de ce logement :)

Appartement très fonctionnel, spacieux, le plus : la machine à laver le linge, vue imprenable sur les pistes et le lac des Hermines. Bon accueil, commerces à 200 mètres.
