Séjour familial reposant
Résidence agréable proche de la mer et de toutes commodités, le store électrique est vraiment un plus car la terrasse est bien ensoleillée. Le bémol est la salle d'eau car étroite. La villa est bien équipée tout le nécessaire y est pour passer de bons moments.

This is a perfect property in a perfect location...within the town centre and just a block from the beach. Apartment is well equipped with new appliances, pool area is well maintained, and the gated entrance gives added security. The only drawback is its lack of AC...keeping windows open at night can bring in a lot of street noise. Recommended.

Tres bon sejour
La maison est tres belle et agreable a vivre, elle correspond en tout point au descriptif et aux photos. Elle est plus grande qu'il n'y parait grace a sa loggia/veranda. Il est possible de rentrer 2 lit bb ds la plus grande chambre en poussant le lit contre le mur. La terrasse cloturé est un plus et la residence plutot calme (juillet). Tout est present sur place (essentiel a la cuisine/menage...) il n'y a qu'a poser les valises. Nous etions 5 adultes et 2 enfants (3 et 1 ans) et nous avons eu assez de place pour tous. La plage avec poste de secour est toute proche tout comme les boutiques, superette de vac... Je ne regrette vraiment rien et recommanderai cette villa a nos proches. Proprietaire disponible a toutes question et vraiment tres gentil. J'y retournerai sans probleme

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans une petite maison bien équipée, propre avec un petit jardin clos. Nous avons apprécié le calme de la résidence, la piscine et le tennis... La mer est à proximité. Les plages sont propres et très bien surveillées. Il y a de nombreux commerces et restaurants à proximité. Rien ne manque pour passer de bonnes vacances. La propriétaire est très disponible et très sympa.

"Le logement est petit mais agréable, le séjour-cuisine bien équipé. La résidence est calme, propre et sécurisée par un portail fermé à clefs. La plage à 5 min à pieds est très belle. Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans son ensemble. Il est tout de même important de préciser qu''il n''y a pas de radiateurs, sauf petits chauffages d''apoints portables. Au mois de mars, les nuits étaient fraîches. Les commerces à quelques pas étaient tous fermés à cette période, sauf la boulangerie et deux restaurants. Je conseille donc cette distination dans les beaux jours car le quartier doit être très animé et le chauffage pas necessaire."

"Nous venons de passer une quinzaine de jours de vacances dans une location de qualité. Tout ce qui est écrit dans l''annonce est vrai : un équipement parfait, un logement très confortable, un environnement extraordinaire (plage & commerces à proximité : génial !!!!). TOUT A ETE PARFAIT ! La propriétaire est une personne très à l''écoute, de parole et extrêmement professionnelle : le remise des clefs et les états des lieux sont sérieux. Nous serions heureux de revenir dans cette maison l''été prochain. La résidence est fermée à clef et les enfants peuvent se promener en toute sécurité. Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour !!!!"

"Le logement est conforme à la description. La salle de bain est un peu petite mais il y a tout le nécessaire. Le coin est calme et agéable, même en avril! Les commerces et la plage sont à proximité. La propriétaire est facilement joignable et très gentille. Je recommande cette location à tous ceux qui veulent passer de superbes vacances!"

"C'est une location très ...
"C'est une location très propre bien décorée, les équipements sont tous fonctionnels. Nous y avons dormi avec trois enfants de façon très confortable.Il y a une grande terrasse, une véranda dans laquelle nous avons mangé à 8 personnes, un grand salon-cuisine, une salle de bain+ wc petite mais très fonctionnelle et à l'étage 2 chambres dont une avec 1wc et un lavabo et l'autre avec un grand placard. Il est dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de photos de l'intérieur sur le site car il n'y a vraiment rien à cacher.... La maison est située en plein centre de marseillan-plage dans une résidence privée très calme. Aucun souci pour la sécurité de la voiture ; les divers restaurants, commerces et plages sont accessibles à pieds....Vraiment très contents de cette location. En plus, les propriétaires sont très sympas et ont une très bonne communication!!! Que du positif, je recommande +++++++++++++"
