Lovely

A very nice appartment with a beautiful view. The living-room is comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped. The beach is within short distance, you walk just down the hill. The owners are very nice - thanks a lot to you.

Wundervolle Aussicht plus Wohlfühlatmosphäre wie zuhause

Wir wurden von Marilena sehe lieb empfangen und es wurde trotz Sprachbarriere alles erklärt. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr sauber, super ausgestattet und gemütlich. Mit liebe zum Detail. Wir haben uns zu jederzeit wohlgefühlt. Bequeme Betten, ausreichend Küchenutensilien, Schlagläden zum Verdunkeln, Fliegengitter vor allen Fenstern (super!) Und eine gemütliche Couch. Die Aussicht vom Esstisch und von der Terrasse ist phänomenal und die Bilder können das nicht wiedergeben. Es war ruhig und ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub. Wir können es voll und ganz empfehlen!

Glückliche Tage

Trotz turbulenter Reise und nächtlicher Ankunft hat Marilena das Finden und das Reinkommen in die Wohnung sorgenfrei organisiert. Die sehr guten Matratzen ließen in tiefen Schlaf verfallen. Am Morgen ist man von dem Blick auf das weite Meer überwältigt. Die Wohnung ist überaus sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sie ist mit allem , was man braucht und vielem mehr, ausgestattet. Sie liegt ruhig und ist auch mit dem Rennrad gut zu erreichen. Wir hatten auch Kontakt zu sehr angenehmen Nachbarn, die sehr hilfsbereit waren und mit denen wir auch einiges unternehmen konnten. Wir freuen uns aufs Wiederkommen.

Tolle Unterkunft in traumhafter Umgebung

Wir haben 3 Wochen hier verbracht und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Die Wohnung ist in einem Top-Zustand und es ist wirklich alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und immer erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Die Lage der Wohnung mit dem Blick zum Meer ist wirklich schön. In der Wohnung selbst kann man sich sehr wohlfühlen. Sie ist sehr gut und hochwertig ausgestattet, was unseren Urlaub sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Eine Zeit lang hatten wir auch eine sehr liebe deutschsprachige Nachbarschaft, die uns gute Tipps für unseren Urlaub gegeben haben.

Tolles Haus mit einem wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer

Wir haben die Zeit richtig genossen und hatten schöne Tage in Costa Rei. Vom Haus hat man einen schönen Blick aufs Meer. Bis zum Strand muss man 10 min laufen. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, alles was man braucht und ein ganz tolles WiFi. Die Kommunikation mit Marilena war einwandfrei und Giampetro war immer hilfsbereit und ein toller, netter Nachbar.

Ottima esperienza

Bella casa in posizione defilata ma vicina al mare, circa 10 minuti a piedi. Bellissima la vista dalla veranda in cui è molto piacevole pranzare e cenare. Molto gentili i proprietari che ci hanno accolti con dei graditi regali quando siamo arrivati (della frutta, una bottiglia di prosecco). La casa è poi ben dotata di stoviglie e pentolame.

Panorama da favola!!

Il nostro soggiorno dell'anno scorso è stato fantastico, sia a livello di panorama che di casa.. molto pulita e molto accogliente.. Noi siamo una famiglia di 4 persone e con i proprietari ci siamo trovati subito bene, disponibilissimi nel darci delle dritte sulle spiagge da vedere, sui negozi dove fare la spesa.. Esperienza che consiglierei a tutti, visto che c'erano anche gli ombrelloni per la spiaggia... e l'alba nell'atrio vista mare spettacolare. Grazie ancora per tutto!! Da ritornare..

Wunderschöne Urlaubstage an der Costa Rei

Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit in Marilenas Unterkunft verbracht. Den großartigen Meerblick von der Terasse haben wir morgens beim Frühstück und abends genossen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findet man in ca. 5min zu Fuß, den Strand in ca. 10min zu Fuß vom Haus. Die liebenswerten und hilfsbereiten Vermieter haben uns noch mit Tipps für Restaurants versorgt, die wir dann auch gleich mehrmals besucht haben. Wir werden sicher gerne wiederkommen.

Super schön

Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Urlaub in diesem Apartment. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist wunderschön. Und in denn Apartment haben wir alles gefunden, was wir brauchten. Marilena und Sergio sind sehr nette Menschen und alles hat toll geklappt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Sahnehäubchen wäre es, wenn es noch eine zweite Liege min garten gäbe - das ist aber auch wirklich das einzige :)

Klare Empfehlung

Wir haben unseren Urlaub zu viert mit zwei Kindern in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Alles ist so wie auf den Bildern zu sehen bzw. wie in der Beschreibung. Der Ausblick und der Garten sind toll. In der Wohnung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Es war alles sauber und wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und alles hat gut geklappt. Wir würden diese Wohnung wieder mieten, wenn es sich nochmal ergibt.

Sehr schöne Lage

Sehr gut. Alles wie in der Beschreibung vorhanden. Sehr nette, hilfsbereite Ansprechpartnerin. Traumhaft schöne Aussicht auf das Meer. Würde ich jederzeit wieder mieten.

Gerne wieder!

Sehr nette Vermieterin (Marilena Tore) und hervorragende Betreuung vor Ort (Maite). Problemlose Schlüsselübergabe (Safe). Die Wohnung befindet sich im EG eines Hauses (mehrere Wohneinheiten). Es ist alles, wie auf den Fotos dokumentiert. Der Strand und die Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Fahrten mit dem Mietauto ins Landesinnere sind absolut zu empfehlen.Die Landschaft ist herrlich und die Leute sind sehr nett. Nur die Fahrweise ist leicht gewöhnungsbedürftig. vacances à Muravera

Nous avons apprécié la location qui est vraiment très bien située et où il y a tout le confort nécessaire. La propriétaire est très gentille et nous a très bien accueillis à notre arrivée. Le voisin qui parle très bien le français nous a bien aidés pour les conseils et endroits à visiter.La terrasse est vraiment très agréable avec vue sur la mer. Les commerces de première nécessité sont à pied au petit village à un quart d'heure à pied ainsi que la belle plage de Costa Rei qui est très belle. L'endroit est vraiment très calme et le jardin est magnifique bien entretenu. Cette location est vraiment à recommander sans problème +++++++

Fantastico appartamento con una vista pazzesca

Il punto forte dell‘appartamento e‘ sicuramente la bellissima veranda e un curatissimo giardino con una vista PAZZESCA sul bellissimo mare di Costa Rey che si raggiunge con una camminata di circa 10 min, cosi‘ pure i ristoranti e la piazzetta per la sera. La casa e‘ SUPER fornita con tutto il necessario per poter cucinare. Il bagno molto carino e’ stato rinnovato di recente e i proprietari forniscono per ogni persona un set completo di asciugamani. Vengono fornite anche le lenzuola. Non e’ dotata di aria condizionata ma essendo la casa un po in collina oltre che della bellavista la casa gode di una piacevole arietta. Inoltre in tutte le finestre sono presenti le zanzariere per cui si puo‘ dormire tranquillamente con le finestre aperte. Proprietari molto gentili e simpatici. Ci ritornero‘ sicuramente.

Bella casa in ottima posizione con vista e tutto il necessario

Siamo stati a Costa Rei a Luglio in questa abitazione. Molto bella e comoda. Spaziosa, arredi nuovi e c'è tutto il necessario. Anche attrezzatura per spiaggia. Parcheggio comodo riservato e posizione comoda con bella vista sul mare e piu' in alto rispetto al paese, quindi ventilata e più fresca. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili, Ottima comunicazione durante la prenotazione per qualsiasi domanda o chiarimento.

Tolles Ferienhaus in wunderschöner Landschaft

Wir waren zwei Wochen in dem Haus und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet, alles ist vorhanden für einen sorglosen Urlaub. Die Strände der Umgebung sind alle wunderschön. Der Strand in Costa Rei ist zu Fuß zu erreichen (ca. 10min Fußweg), aber ein Mietwagen ist trotzdem empfehlenswert, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Herzlichen Dank für den schönen Urlaub!

Vacanza stupenda in posto incantevole

Abbiamo alloggiato (famiglia di 3 persone) per 15 gg (ultime due settimane di luglio 2016) in questa splendida villetta a Costa Rei. L' appartamento è situato all'interno di un complesso residenziale composto da diverse villette tutte fatte allo stesso modo, con uno stile un po' orientale, che condividono soltanto il parcheggio (anche se il posto auto è esclusivo) e alcuni passaggi. L'appartamento è al piano terra. E' molto spazioso e dotato di tutte le comodità (frigo/lavatrice/microonde/phon/TV/ecc...). L'arredamento è molto curato e accogliente. La parte più sfruttata e bella per noi è stata il porticato che da in giardino, con una splendida vista mare su Costa Rei, che nel pomeriggio accende i suoi colori di azzurro intenso e alla sera luccica alla luce della luna. Praticamente si mangiava sempre lì. C'è anche un barbecue su cui cucinare ottimo pesce o carne. Il giardino è esclusivo ed è il più ben curato (ogni giorno parte l'irrigazione automatica). Può capitare ogni tanto che passi qualcuno alloggiato nelle villette limitrofe, ma la cosa non da alcun disturbo. E' presente anche una doccia esterna immersa nella vegetazione mediterranea, con acqua fredda, che è perfetta quando si torna dal mare. I proprietari (Sig.ra Marilena e Sergio) sono stati molto gentili e puntuali sia in fase di prenotazione sia al nostro arrivo: ci hanno illustrato tutto e dato consigli pratici su come muoverci, fare la spesa e quant'altro gli avessimo chiesto. La casa è in posizione leggermente rialzata rispetto al mare, e questo le consente di essere fuori dal caos vicino alle spiaggie e di godere sempre di una piacevolissima brezza. Altro vantaggio: in poco tempo (max 30 minuti) si possono raggiungere tantissime spiagge (da Capo Ferrato fino a dopo Villasimius). Noi in 15 gg abbiamo visto tantissime spiagge e non siamo mai stati nella stessa spiaggia due volte. Nel contempo, se non si vuole girare, si può raggiungere il mare anche a piedi, facendo una passeggiata di 10 minuti (senza portarsi troppa roba perchè al ritorno è in salita. Alla sera si può scendere a Costa rei (più tranquilla)per un gelato, andare a Villasimius per fare shopping oppure optare per le numerosissime sagre/manifestazioni nei dintorni (Muravera, Casitiadas, ecc..) Se dovessimo tornare in zona alloggeremo sicuramente di nuovo qui.
