We the owners, along with our adorable dog and several cats, we live most of the year in a building on the same grounds, we take care of our land and we are available to help where possible.

Vacanza in relax
La casa è davvero immersa nella natura, circondata da ulivi e piante mediterranee. Abbiamo apprezzato tutto, dalla gentilezza e disponibilità della proprietaria, alla pulizia ed al silenzio assoluto nelle notti stellate. Posizione comoda per le spiagge, a 10/15 minuti di auto. Ci torneremo!

Relax tra gli ulivi
Casa bellissima, completa di tutto, comoda, pulita, nuova e ben organizzata, strategica come posizione rispetto alle spiagge e ai servizi (Costa Rei) con un plus che non ha prezzo...il cielo stellato di notte... La padrona è molto gentile e discreta, ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio. Esperienza super consigliata!

Très bon séjour. Très bon accueil . hôte disponible . Le calme de la campagne avec la proximité ( en voiture ) de nombreuses plages qui en cette période n'étaient pas bondées . Encore merci à Doris !

Un séjour entre campagne et mer
Très bon séjour chez Doris, qui a été très gentille et nous a même indiqué de bons restaurants; le logement est propre et situé à côté de belles plages de costa rei; Villasilius est a 20 min; en pleine campagne nous profitons du calme et animaux des environs; la maison est bien entretenue; un micro onde ou four micro onde rendrait le séjour parfait 😉 Nous recommandons 👍

Sehr ruhige Lage inmitten einer Olivenplantage. Zufahrt über einen ca. 1Km langen Feldweg. Um das Objekt befindet sich Schotter und eine Außendusche. Leitungswasserversorgung erfolgt über einen Brunnen, weshalb auch öfters beim Duschen Sand aus der Leitung kam. Ein Anschluß an das Abwassersystem gibt es nicht. Nur eine Sickergrube weshalb die Benutzung von Toilettenpapier nicht erwünscht ist. Falls dies doch geschieht, muß es über die Mülltonne entsorgt werden. Hier wird eher die Benutzung des Bidets empfohlen. Ameisen hat es leider auch überall, dies ligt aber an der natur nahen Lage. Essensabfälle müssen am Komposter entsorgt werden, wo einem ab und zu Mäuse und Ratten anschauen, wenn man den Deckel öffnet. Uns hat es wenig gestört.Insgesamt war alles Ok und die Vermieter sehr nett und Hilfsbereit. Bis zu unserem Strand an der nördlichen Costa Rei waren es nur 11Km zu fahren. Für frische Brötchen mußten wir nach Costa Rei, die haben wir dann immer auf dem Weg zum Strand gekauft. Insgesamt sind die Preise sehr überzogen, deshalb viel die Wahl auch auf das hier günstigere Objekt. Von uns gibt es insgesamt 3 Sterne

Tranquillità assoluta
Casa comoda e pulita immersa in un oasi di pace ideale per chi dopo aver goduto lo splendido mare della zona di Costa Rei vuole rilassarsi in mezzo alla natura. Posizione strategica che consente di accedere alle principali spiagge in pochi minuti, I proprietari,Doris e Bruno, sono persone discrete e gentilissime,un valore aggiunto per i preziosissimi consigli che ci hanno fornito. Comfortable and peaceful
We had a lovely week here. It is as described, a wonderfully peaceful spot, but not far to drive to shops and good beaches (our favourite beaches were S'Illixi and Feraxi - other beaches are reachable by paved roads but don't be put off by the short distance of rough unpaved road to get to these beaches, it's fine if you go carefully). Fine walks to be had in the Sette Fratelli Park and on Capo Ferrato and Capo Carbonara. The house was very clean and comfortable, well equipped and with insect screens on the windows. Doris and Bruno are very friendly and helpful. The resident dogs and cats are very friendly too (especially at meal-times!) but they don't come into the house. We loved the private terrace for sitting and eating out. Would certainly recommend this if you like to be away from the crowds.

Abbiamo passato una splendida vacanza da Doris e Bruno. Casa in un contesto bellissimo, tranquilla, ben arredata e pulitissima. I proprietari sono gentili, disponibili e discreti. Il contesto è ideale per trascorrere una vacanza tranquilla e rilassante, le spiagge tutte bellissime, sono a pochi km dall'alloggio. La sera tra sagre e fiere non c'è da annoiarsi. Sceglieremo questa casa vacanza anche per il prossimo anno e la consigliamo a tutti con entusiasmo. Lia e Cinzia

"La casa è ben tenuta immersa nel verde e silenziosissima , non abbiamo mai sentito i vicini. Pur godendo dei vantaggi della vita di campagna si trova in una posizione strategica per raggiungere le spiagge in Costa Rei e anche quelle nei pressi di Villa Simius. I proprietari sono disponibili e gentilissimi. Consiglierei questa casa a chi ama la pace e la tranquillità. "
