Very quiet, ideally located, far from everything and close to everything, depending on what you are looking for, our house will be your home and you will be able to appreciate the comfort and the beauty of the place.
We would like to point out that this house is not suitable for noisy festive events. Indeed, the peaceful setting of the place invites calm and respect for the neighborhood, both human and animal, the house being located in an inhabited hamlet (locality).
Original interior design ... Hammock by the pool, garden with herbs available: thyme, parsley, sage, etc. ... FREE WIFI access!
House on three floors with 5 closed bedrooms + 1 open bedroom and 2 sleeping places, 3 bathrooms, 2 showers, 4 toilets, composed of two gîtes (a large 180m² gîte on 2 floors 4 closed bedrooms 3 bathrooms 3 toilets 14 pers //) and a small gîte 50 m² 1 bedroom with 2 double beds / 1 living room / 1 shower room + wc 6 pers) for rent together with heated swimming pool with heat pump allowing a temperature of 25/26 ° C in summer . Outdoor play area: table football, pingpong, badminton, football cage, bowling green and hammock ..... Entire house living area: 250 m² including a large covered terrace for dining together on the pool side. Another terrace offers a stone barbecue and a pizza / bread oven. Large kitchen with large smeg gas piano, 3 refrigerators / freezers 2 washing machines 2 dryers. Near the Ardèche gorges and the Ardèche plateau ... Hiking trails starting from the house. Pleased to welcome you ! The rates displayed are for the rental of the two gites or the whole house!

Super maison où chacun peut avoir son coin pour jouer au ping pong, à la pétanque, au baby et où tous peuvent se retrouver autour d'une bonne table ou de la piscine dans un bel havre de paix ^^

Une propriété superbe

Un super week end passé chez Catherine. La maison est des plus belles , avec son terrain avec piscine , calme et détente. Loué pour week end entre amis , juste dommage le soir même un repas en terrasse dérange les voisins. Sinon mis a part ça c'était un excellent week end et Catherine et son mari sont des plus accueillants, compréhensifs et gentils .

Idéal pour un séjour en famille !

Le logement est très fonctionnel et très bien équipé, il ne manque rien ! Vaisselle à profusion, tout l’électroménager possible, de nombreux jeux d’extérieur pour les enfants et les grands ( ping-pong, pétanque, piscine, badminton , cage de foot…), livres…. La maison est charmante, parfaite pour se reposer et découvrir les environs. Merci encore pour cet accueil très sympathique.

Très agréable maison; accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Le seul inconvénient est la proximité de la route avec un jardin non complètement clôturé, qui peut poser problème avec des enfants en bas âge et nécessite une surveillance constante. A part cela, location très agréable pour un séjour avec des ados ou des adultes.

Amazing!!

La Perge Haute did not disappoint... Our family of 6 adults and 8 children have just returned from a weeks stay. We absolutely loved it. The house is quirky, quaint and full of character. We ALL fell in love with it immediately. It’s situated in a truly beautiful tranquil location with breathtaking views. The peace and tranquility was awesome. Catherine and her husband were excellent and offered so much help to make our stay perfect... and it was, perfect!

Excellent endroit pour un séjour

Nous avons passé à la Perge Haute un excellent séjour, calme, reposant l'endroit est parfait pour les groupes. La maison est très bien équipée, grande, très agréable, même nombreux on y trouve son confort, pratique avec ses nombreuses chambres, salles de bain et toilettes, cuisine équipée pour nombreux convives. Et cerise sur le gâteau les propriétaires sont fort accueillants.
