Completely renovated apartment for 4 people right on the beach. Located on the first floor of a two-story building. It is ideal for not having to use the car during vacation as it has supermarkets and restaurants in the surrounding area. The center of Denia is just 1 km walking distance.
The living-dining room with air conditioning overlooks a covered terrace with views of the emblematic Denia Castle. It features satellite TV, wifi with fiber optics, an open kitchen with a Nespresso coffee maker, oven, microwave, and electric stove. The apartment has two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and air conditioning, and the other with two single beds. The bathroom with shower is located in front of the rooms.
In the rear part, there is another terrace with views of the garden where the washing machine and refrigerator are located.
