Nice villa with panoramic views and air conditioning Monte Pego IH
Beautiful chalet with fantastic mountain and sea panoramic view in the Monte Pego urbanization with 1,200 m2 of mountainous land. The garden features palm trees and a variety of native plants. From the 8mx4m swimming pool, we can enjoy its wonderful views. The covered terrace has a gas barbecue and an outdoor shower. Once inside the house, we find a modern kitchen with an American bar that is equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and two-door refrigerator. The living room has Sat-tv and air conditioning with access to the terrace. The bedrooms consist of a master bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds and mosquito nets. There is a bathroom with a shower that also has a mosquito net and another bathroom with toilet and sink. The washing machine is in the basement, which we access via a metal staircase. Covered private parking. Supermarkets, bars, and restaurants are 1.8 km away.
To the beach 8 km and to Denia 12 km. Car is needed. The owner appreciates that you please do not smoke inside the property. Pets are not allowed. Internet available
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
