Bon séjour

Le cadre est correct, bien situé pour l'accès à la mer et au centre ville Bien pour 2 personnes WC petit, en cas de froid chauffage dans la chambre inutilisable car placé en tête de lit .

Escapade à La Chaume

Location conforme à l'annonce. A 100m de la mer pour de belles balades ressourçantes, top ! Jean-Yves est très accueillant et a coeur de partager les coins sympas de La Chaume.

Très déçu car il manquait beaucoup de précision dans l'annonce. En effet la mer n'est pas loin mais pas possibilité de marcher le long car c'est la côte sauvage rocher et galet. Important à savoir pour se rendre au bonne endroit il faut comme moi aimer marcher car pour traverser et vous rendre sur la belle plage de sable fin et avoir tous ce que vous voulez il faut traverser avec un petit bateau payant sinon il y a un pont faut compter plus de 50 minutes pour se rendre dans le centre ville si vous prenez la voiture tout est payant. Pour la literie c'est deux lits électrique pas précisé dans l'annonce ce qui peut être embêtant car je ne l'aurais pas pris mal de dos toute la semaine et en plus pas propre j'ai dû passer l'aspirateur sur les matelas pas d'alèze non plus. Prévoir de changer les coussins des chaises de la salle à manger on sent bien la feraille. Le clic clac assise pas confortable.

proche de la mer , pas besoin de voiture, environnement agréable

meublée simplement, pas de superflu, wifi fonctionnant bien, par contre le soir pas de réseau avec portable sûrement dû au temps( du 30/12 au 02/01)place pour se garer devant le logement, petite courette mais là encore pas la bonne saison, propriètaire accueillant et à disposition ,de bons conseils

semaine de vacances aux Sables D'Olonne

Le propriétaire du logement, monsieur Jean-Yves Lorieau est aussi discret qu'attentionné vis à vis de ses "invités". Contrairement à la dernière appréciation ayant eu lieu en ce même mois de juin 2022, à une grosse semaine d'intervalle, il n'y a pas tromperie sur la location. L'endroit est propre et il y a tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. Il suffit simplement d'amener des draps et des serviettes, le reste est à disposition, et il y a de quoi faire. Assurément, une bonne adresse au très bon rapport qualité/prix. L & M

Great location

Monsieur Lorieau was friendly and very welcoming. The location was great with everything within walking distance. The apartment is well equipped with Wi-Fi, microwave, cooker etc. The apartment was not clean with dust, cobwebs, hairs (possibly dogs) etc. We had to clean when we arrived. There is also a lot of unnecessary clutter in the apartment. My sister planned to sleep on the sofa bed but couldn’t as she said it was very uncomfortable. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. It was a pity about theses issues as cleaning and removal of clutter could make a big difference.
