A House With A 5-Stars-View
Breathtaking view above the bay of Mont St. Michel. Very cozy and comfortable house with 3 bedrooms. You can see the sea from every angle and it’s incredible soothing for our business-stressed minds. A steep but short trip down the hill takes you to a solitary beach with emerald-green or baby-blue water, depending on the tides. Mme Laisney is a nice and welcoming host and we had a pleasant and easy conversation before and during our vacation. We will book it again for sure and can recommend it highly!

Wir freuen uns, hier eine gute Bewertung abgeben zu können! Das Objekt ist an einer spitzenmäßigen Lage mit hervorragendem Blick auf den Mont Saint Michel gelegen. Der Kontakt zu Vermieterin war ausgezeichnet. Wer Entspannung im Urlaub sucht, ist hier an einer der besten Adressen. Vielen Dank für die vergangenen Tage.

Très belle situation pour cette maison ancienne située sur la falaise de Champeaux! Les grandes baies permettent d apprécier le spectacle des marées et les changements de lumière. Vraiment magique! On peut partir de la maison pour des balades magnifiques sur le sentier du douanier.

Das Stichwort ist: Gezeiten-Urlaub:-) ein wunderbares Schauspiel, dass zu jeder Tageszeit vom Haus aus beobachtet werden kann. Wir haben hier eine Woche Urlaub verbracht. Es wartete auf uns ein herzlicher Empfang durch die Gastgeberin, Übergabe vom Haus völlig unkompliziert. Kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wie Kuchen und Cidre lagen in der Küche bereit:-) Das Haus lädt durch seine Lage zur Erholung und Achtsamkeit auf das Naturspiel auf dem Meer . Es ist still, nur das Meer erzählt seine Geschichten. Herrlich. In der Umgebung ist viel zu sehen: endlose Spaziergänge am Strand, Ausflüge ins Innenland, schöne Städchen und ihre Atmosphäre. Unserer Meinung nach bräuchte das Häuschen Renovierung, aber auch so behält es seinen Scharm und Einzigartigkeit. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Evi, Burghardt und Hund Sam

Wir haben in „Le Roc“ einen unvergesslichen Urlaub verbracht. Alles war top - das Haus, die Aussicht auf die Bucht von Mont St. Michel, die Umgebung. Die Vermieterin ist eine sehr nette, charmante und zuvorkommende Frau, die uns auch einige gute Tipps gegeben hat. Wir werden bestimmt einmal wiederkommen.

Leuk vakantiehuis met prachtig uitzicht
We hebben een heerlijke week vakantie gehad in dit leuke vakantiehuis. Het heeft een prachtig uitzicht op de baai van de mont saint Michel. Bij eb kun je op het nabij gelegen strandje waar je kunt wandelen, wadlopen en eetbare schelpen zoeken.

Merveilleux séjour sur les falaises de Champeaux
La maison est très agréable, décorée avec goût et bien équipée mais son atout indiscutable est sa vue sur toute la baie du mont St Michel, quel plaisir d’admirer le rythme des marées et un coucher de soleil sur la mer tous les soirs! Sans oublier l’accès direct à la mer et aux sentier du littoral pour de longues balades au grand air!

Großartig!
Die Villa " Le Roc" entsprach unseren Erwartungen - Die Lage und der Blick über die Bucht sind wirklich sehr schön. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist ansprechend - es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wenn das Wetter mitspielt ( wir hatten das Glück), kann man vom Haus aus fantastische Wanderungen über die Zöllnerpfade machen. Das nebenan gelegene Restaurant " La Grange de Tom " ist sehr zu empfehlen, für kleine Einkäufe "Chéz Bruno et Véro" in Champeaux. Nicht zuletzt: die Vermieterin sehr sympathisch und freundlich, wie auch alle anderen, mit denen wir Kontakt hatten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderschöne Herbsttage in der Normandie
"Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes, toll gelegenes Ferienhaus mit unglaublichem Blick auf die Bucht von Mont St. Michel. Unterhalb des Hauses geht direkt im Garten ein Zugang zur Bucht ab, die ungefähr 200 m entfernt ist. Bei Ebbe unglaublich schöne Strandspaziergänge möglich mit Pêche à pied. Vermieter sehr freundlich. Haus ist genau wie beschrieben. Restaurants der Umgebung sehr gut, vor allem Le Pont Bleu in Saint-Pair-sur-Mer (Ortsausgang Julloville), das Le Littre in Avranches (sehr schöner Ort)und natürlich das Au Marquis de Tomblaine in einer Entfernung von ca. 500 m vom Haus (nicht von der eigenwilligen Einrichtung abschrecken lassen, das Essen und der Wein sind sehr gut). Das La Grange de Tom direkt neben dem Haus hatte leider zu unserer Zeit geschlossen. "

"Nous avons passé un séjour des plus agréables. La maison est reposante, lumineuse et aménagée avec beaucoup de goût. La cerise sur le gateau : une vue imprenable sur la Baie du Mont Saint Michel. Depuis toutes les pièces de la maison vous avez une vue magnifique sur la mer. Et surtout n''hésitez pas à descendre sur la plage pour pêcher des coques... elles sont délicieuses. La région offre de multiples activités... A ne pas louper la traversée du Bec d''Andaine jusqu''au Mont Saint Michel... tout simplement magnifique!"

"The House is very beautiful. The view to the sea and the beach from the living-room and the bedroom in the under the roof is fantastic. If the trees would be cut, you had the exact fantastic view to the sea and the beach from the bedroom downstairs. But all other things were fine, the kitchen has all you need and the bathrooms are very clean. And not to forget the owner of the house are very pleasant and helpful."
