Cosy small villas

Pleasant, quiet place, everything what was needed. Nice view and close to the town. Easy connection to major towns. Owner took effort to equip with everything needed for pleasant stay.

We are really happy about our stay. The house is big (there is a place for 8 or 10 people). The beach is 3 min walk. The city is 20 min walk and you have a good pizza in 10min walk (Baia Saraceno restaurant in camping). The host is very well organized - we had everything before coming. Schöner Urlaub-tolle Lage

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr schönen, ruhigen Anlage! Die Ausstattung ist gut, insgesamt ist das Haus aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Klimaanlage in den Schlafräumen ist richtig gut, im Wohn-Esszimmer kann man gut den Wind durchziehen lassen! Es gibt zahlreiche Strände in unmittelbarer Nähe und in Palau sind viele gute Restaurants und Supermärkte! Der Vermieter kümmert sich sehr gut und ist immer über WhatsApp erreichbar!

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé 3 merveilleuses semaines dans la maison de Roberto. Elle est située dans un lotissement hyper calme, a 20 mn à pied de Palau. Nous avons énormément apprécié l'accès à la petite plage située a 3 mn à pied qui nous permettait de nous baigner puis de rentrer quand bon nous semblait. Un grand merci à Roberto pour son accueil et surtout pour son excellente communication. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Schönes Haus in Palau

Gute Ausstattung, man merkt, dass der Besitzer es auch selbst nutzt, Matratzen sind sehr gut! WohnEsszimmer hell und mit sehr schönem Blick nach La Maddalena. Insgesamt jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Duschen wenig Wasser, Fliegengitter undicht/alt. Strand in Laufentfernung zum Schnellen ins Wasser springen gut, für einen Strandtag jedoch ungeeignet. Schöne Strände aber in Auto Entfernung!

Un petit paradis

La maison est impeccablement située avec une vue sur mer à l'avant et une distribution originale qui a enchanté les enfants (10,13 et14 ans). La demeure est séparée en deux par terasse exteriéure et un joli jardin. D'un côté une chambre avec salle de bain et toilettes, salon et cuisine. De l'autre deux belles chambres avec salle de bain et toilette. On ne s'est pas marché dessus et tout le monde était content de cette semi autonomie. La terasse est spacieuse et protégée du soleil. La maison et bien équipée et elle se trouve dans une réisdence pruvée extrêmement bien entretnue et arborée avec beaucoup de goût. Quelle tranquilité. En sortant de la maison, un petit chemin vous amène à une jolie petite plage en moins de deux minutes. La vue est splendide. Il faut laisser la voiture à l'entrée de la maison sur un parking commun à 150 mètres. Cela rend la résidence très sûre, pas de risques pour les enfants avec les voitures. Concernant le logement, il est à 20 minutes à pied du centre de Palau. LE chemin est agréable et Palau est une charmante petite ville, propre, et qui a gardé une taille humaine, préservée de grands immeubles, l'architecteure est homogène. C'est très joli. Nous avons apprécié tous les sevices qu'elle propose et la possibilité de pouvoir embarquer pour l'ile de la Maddalena et Caprera. Deux autres perles de ce littoral. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et la maison de Roberto y est pour beaucoup. Enfin, Roberto est un super hôte, charmant, conciliant, toujours disponible. Il a tout fait pour satisfaire nos demandes. Un grand merci !

Schöne Villetta in perfekter Lage

Die sehr gut ausgestattete Villetta befindet sich in einer schönen und ruhigen Ferienanlage mit Meerblick. In zwei Gehminuten erreicht man den Sandstrand in einer kleinen Bucht, in zehn Minuten das Zentrum/den Hafen von Palau (mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten). Mit dem Auto gelangt man in kurzer Zeit zu den örtlichen Supermärkten und interessanten Ausflugszielen (z.B. mit der Fähre nach La Maddalena und Caprera). Die Kommunikation mit unserem mehrsprachigen Gastgeber Roberto war sehr herzlich. Er war jederzeit per Whattsapp zu erreichen und hat unsere Fragen hervorragend beantwortet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Ein süßes kleines Häuschen am Meer

Das Objekt befindet sich in einer kleinen, verkehrsberuhigten Anlage. Die Häuser sind dort alle schon etwas älter, umso grüner ist es rundherum. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, man ist aber zu Fuß in 10 Min. in Palau am Hafen. Dort ist auch ein sehr schöner Strand, kleine Geschäfte, Restaurants etc. Das Haus selbst ist toll aufgeteilt mit dem Vorder- und Hinterhaus und dem kleinen Hof dazwischen. Wir haben im Haus alles an Ausstattung vorgefunden, was man so braucht. Das Haus und das Inventar sind tw. schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé d’excellente vacances dans cette propriété qui est idéalement située. Une série de petites plages sont à 2 minutes à pied de la location par un petit passage dans les bois. Le port de Palau pour embarquer sur les iles est 3 minutes en voiture. Cette location est bien équipée, conforme à la description. Elle est très calme car nous étions quasiment seuls dans cette résidence privée en septembre, sans voisinage. Le calme sera bien sur dépendant de votre voisinage qui est très proche.

A cozy nest near Paula

Roberto’s house is exactly he listed. Only a minutes walk to nearest little beach and 20min walk to Paula town. Roberto has been solved for all our concerns - he is a great communicator! It was quite reasonable prices rental compare to other accommodations in high peak. Perfect size for three couples! We love the out side siting spaces. Thank you so much Roberto. We had a great time in Paula

Superbe séjour les pieds dans l’eau

Nous avons passé une semaine chez Roberto, avec nos enfants de 3, 5 et 9 ans. La résidence est piétonne ce qui est super avec les enfants. Des petites plages sont accessibles à pied pour le plaisir de tous, à seulement 2 min. La vue de la mer de la maison est splendide. Roberto nous a très bien accueilli.

Maison bien située, agréable à vivre avec sa double exposition et vue mer. Nombreuses plages différentes et magnifiques très proches, bien située pour embarquer sur les iles Maddalena. Le propriétaire, très gentil, est à notre écoute et très réactif.

Wunderbar!

Das Haus war super sauber, alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Mit Kleinkind sehr entspannt da man einen kleinen Innenhof mit Gras hat wo es rumtollen kann ohne permanent daneben zu stehen um aufzupassen. Morgens vor dem Haus frühstücken mit Blick zum Meer und Abends hinter dem Haus im Innenhof. Roberto war super zu erreichen und versorgt einen mit tollen Tipps. Danke nochmal Roberto!

Excellent séjour en toute simplicité !

Nous recommandons vivement cette location. Nous avons été très agréablement surpris pas la maison de Roberto, agréable à vivre, et une jolie vue sur la mer. Plusieurs petites criques se trouvent à 2 minutes à pied de la maison où il n'y a pas beaucoup de monde. La maison est idéalement située par rapport au port ce qui permet de découvrir facilement les magnifiques îles Madalenna. Roberto à toujours répondu rapidement aux messages.

Toller Urlaub!

Das Haus liegt wunderschön in einem sehr ruhigen Feriendorf. Der Blick aufs Meer vom vorderen Garten ist herrlich. Zum Meer sind es ca. 2-3 Minuten, wo es einen kleinen ebenfalls sehr ruhigen und schönen Strandabschnitt gibt. Die Außenanlagen des Hauses bzw. der ganzen Feriendorfanlage sind gärtnerisch sehr schön gepflegt und die Ruhe durch das Fahrverbot herrlich zum Entspannen. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt um diverse Strände an der Nordküste zu erkunden. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben super ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Das Haus ist gut gelegen und vom Garten hat man Aussicht auf das Meer. Die Einrichtung hat alles, was man benötigt. Der Eigentümer Roberto wohnt nicht vor Ort, beantwortet Anfragen aber schnell. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es für das untere Zimmer, das schmutzige Matrazen und Schimmel in der Dusche hatte.

Wunderbar

Das Haus liegt genau wie beschrieben, wunderschön und direkt am Meer es sind nichtmal 3 min bis zum Meer. Es ist eine kleine Siedlung, leider darf man das Auto nicht direkt vor der Haustür parken ( nur wenn man etwas schweres einladen oder ausladen muss, darf man mit dem Auto bis vor die Haustür fahren ) also muss man immer ein paar meter laufen. Was aber nicht dramatisch ist. Vom Haus aus selber hat man ein tollen Blick auf Meer und es ist reichlich grün drumrum. Das Haus war gut ausgestattet und man konnte sich sehr entspannen da die Siedlung sehr ruhig ist. Mit dem Auto ist man in 2 min im Zentrum, zu Fuß sind es etwa 10 - 15 min. Ich kann das Haus empfehlen und würde auch wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Ein sehr toller Urlaub

DiE Lage des Hauses war sehr geeignet für Ausflüge nach LA Maddalena und Palau sowie die Nordküste. Der Zugang zum Strand war nicht weit. Alles in allem war es ein toller Urlaub.

Ottima destinazione

La casa è all'interno del Villaggio Punta Nera. La posizione è molto bella: si ha una vista splendida su Capo d'Orso, l'Isola di Santo Stefano e Caprera. La villetta ha due corpi separati, uno con la sala da pranzo/cucina e stanza al piano di sotto, l'altro con due stanze da letto e il bagno. Al centro c'è un bel patio con tavolo per mangiare all'esterno e un giardinetto. Il tutto è molto piacevole. A tre minuti dalla casa c'è la spiaggetta di Punta Nera: nei giorni in cui non si ha voglia di prendere la macchina per andare in una delle tante rinomate spiagge di Palau, è possibile godersi comunque un bel mare appena sotto casa. Le regole del Villaggio di Punta Nera vietano l'uso della macchina nelle stradine interne se non per carico/scarico: ciò contribuisce a creare un piacevole atmosfera di silenzio. La casa è dotata di tutto ciò che serve per permanenza ed è sicuramente confortevole: il rapporto qualità/prezzo è sicuramente favorevole. Il centro di Palau si raggiunge a piedi in circa 15 minuti. Sicuramente da consigliare.
