Maison tout à fait fidèle à la description (il y a également une table de Ping pong, super pour les enfants). Très bien située proche des 44 ha. Procédure d’arrivée / sortie très bien maîtrisée.

schöne Villa mit garten

Schöne Villa an diesem tollen Ort. Schöner Außenbereich überdacht und nicht überdacht. Wohnzimmer auch sehr schön, restliche Räume nicht die modernsten aber absolut ausreichend.

A CHARMING HOUSE NEAR THE BEACH

The house is very simple but has everything that one needs. Perhaps a touch pricey for the accomodation but then it is Cap Ferret. The owner was most efficient in replying. Would recommend for laid back holiday.

Séjour idyllique.

Maison très agréable et fonctionnelle bien située entre l'océan et le bassin à recommander pour les amoureux de promenade dans la nature et ballade en vélo. Excellent accueil de Madame PARROT qui reste joignable rapidement. Nous reviendrons dans un prochain séjour.

Cozy and very tranquil stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home located in the best part of Cap Ferret. The house is located closed to the main road which takes you everywhere in Cap Ferret, we hired a car so where 5min away from all the main places. Our host Françoise was very attentive preparing the house for us and made us feel very welcome. We felt really at home in this beautiful tranquil home and would not think twice to go back if we have the opportunity to. We totally recommend this place.

Maison très calme et agréable idéalement située.

Entourée de pins et d'arbousiers, la maison est à moins de 10 mn à pied du Bassin d'Arcachon et de l'Océan. La propriétaire est particulièrement attentive au bien-être de ses hôtes et toujours joignable pour répondre aux questions. Un séjour très agréable et reposant dans un environnement naturel merveilleusement préservé.

Maison très agréable pour un séjour réussi !

La maison en plus d'être rout q fait fonctionnelle et équipée pour un séjour de plusieurs jours , est très calme, a l'abri de tous regards de la rue et surtout parfaitement située. Sa proximité a pied ou en vélo avec le bassin, la plage, les commerces rend le séjour très agréable et reposant . Enfin l'aménagement des espaces extérieurs avec deux terrasses (grande table en teck, plancha, chaises et espace plus cosy avec transat) est idéal pour les soirées d'été ! En conclusion , cette villa à largement contribué à un séjour très réussi !

"La propriete est dans un endroit tres calme a 200m d''une plage (non surveillee). La maison est tres agreable a vivre et tres tres bien equipee - nous n''avons manque de rien ! La proprietaire pense a tous les details (meme les plus petits) ce qui nous donnent vraiment l''impression d''etre les bienvenus dans cette maison. A notre arrivee, la proprietaire nous a montre la maison et nous a meme depanne car nous avions oublie de prendre des torchons avec nous. Cela a ete un vrai plaisir de sejourner au Cap Ferret et je retournerai dans cette maison sans hesitation."
