Relaxed vacation with the family

We all enjoyed the these great vacation at this calm location, the big and clean swimming pool and a lot of space inside and outside the house for the whole family. We visited Barcelona by train which was perfect for us and also we did some other sightseeing tours by car. Owner of the house is living directly as neighbor and was always reachable if needed and communication was easy and very friendly. And the sea was warm and clean and we found nice restaurants and supermarkets. All in all perfect autumn vacations with summer feeling!

Wygodny dom na pobyt z przyjaciółmi lub większą rodziną

Spędzaliśmy czas z grupą 9 przyjaciół. Dom położony w cichej, przyjemnej okolicy Wygodny, ciekawie urządzony, dużo przestrzeni. Dość dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, 3 wygodne łazienki. Spory basen o różnych głębokościach. Pozwalał nam się dodatkowo relaksiwać. Bardzo przyjazny i pomocny właściciel. Była z nami osoba, która częściowo poruszsła się na wózku, zaoferowano nam odbiór podwiezienie ze stacji kolejowej do fumu, jak wracaliśmy że zwiedzania Barcelony. Polecam.

Lovely villa. Francois was so helpful. Location great for visiting Barcelona. Canet de mar is very authentic just could do with a few more restaurants to choose from. Overall a fabulous holiday.

Fantastische villa met heerlijk zwembad

We verbleven hier een week met 7 volwassenen en een baby. Er waren meer dan genoeg slaapkamers en badkamers voor 3 stellen en een single. De heerlijke beneden slaapkamer heeft een fijne en suite badkamer. Nog een extra badkamer beneden en op de verdieping met 4 slaapkamers ook nog een badkamer. Op zolder kunnen ook nog eens 2 personen slapen. De keuken was geweldig, van alle gemakken voorzien en met ongelofelijk veel keukengerei. Wasmachine, droogrekken en een drooglijn buiten was super fijn. Heel veel zitmogelijkheden, wat veel comfort geeft met een grote groep. Buiten een fijne lounge set en een heerlijke lange tafel om met zijn allen aan te eten. Omgeving is top. Je wandelt zo een leuk parkje in en een stukje verderop is een groot wandelgebied en ook het stadje was op loopafstand met leuke restaurants. Stranden lekker dichtbij en ook ruime sortering supermarkten met alles wat je maar kunt wensen. Bovendien was daar de heel vriendelijke en zeer behulpzame eigenaar, François, die met raad en daad en leuke tips klaarstond. Al met al een absolute aanrader!

great stay

Het waren 2 mooie weken geweest in een prachtige villa met zwembad en volledige inrichting. We kwamen niks te kort in dit huis. Een ideaal huis voor een groot gezin, maar ook geschikt voor 2 gezinnen zoals de onze. De omgeving was rustig en heel veel voorzieningen zoals supermarkt, restaurant, strand en treinstation is op loopafstand. Ondanks dat de eigenaar ernaast woont, hadden we veel privacy en tegelijkertijd is hij er snel bij als er iets moet gebeuren. Er waren wat kleine ongemakjes, die heel snel werden verholpen door onze lieve gastheer. Echt TOP! We konden hem elk moment stalken met vragen en appjes en nooit was het teveel. Hij is heel erg behulpzaam en heeft ons mooie plekjes aangeraden en tips gegeven waar je goed kan eten voor een redelijke prijs. François, je bent een geweldige gastheer. Onze dank daarvoor. Groetjes en tot ziens vanuit Zoetermeer, Nederland!

Super séjour !

Merci à François pour cette semaine. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La maison était très propre et vraiment bien équipé, il ne manque rien ! La pièce de vie et la cuisine sont immenses, les chambres spacieuses et la disposition de la maison permet à plusieurs couples de garder son intimité. La maison est situé au bout d'une impasse très calme à côté d'un parc qui permet de rejoindre le centre de Canet rapidement à pied. La grande piscine entièrement sécurisé et très propre (nettoyage avant et pendant notre séjour) est un vrai plus. La plage où nous allions, situé à 5min en voiture, était peu fréquentée avec un parking accessible et une eau limpide (masque et tuba recommandé pour explorer les fonds marins). Le village est sympathique et calme avec son petit centre ville. Mention spéciale à notre hôte, François, qui avec beaucoup de discrétion, nous à envoyé chaque jour les bonnes adresses (restaurant, activité pour les enfants...etc) et prenait le temps de discuter pour nous demander si tout se passait bien. Nous avons même eu le droit aux tomates cerises du jardin (excellente!) et à un petit cadeau pour les enfants quand nous sommes partis. Nous avons tous passé un agréable séjour et nous recommandons les yeux fermés. C'est une adresse que nous garderons !

Urlaub in entspannter Atmosphäre

Wir waren im Urlaubsort meiner Kindheit und haben es sehr genossen. Es fing mit einem sehr freundlichem Empfang an. Das Haus ist geräumig und sauber. Alles notwendige ist vorhanden. Es gab sehr nette Ausflugtipps und auch gute Empfehlungen um Essen zu gehen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt nochmal wiederkommen.

Annonce non conforme à la description, il serait bien de spécifié qu'il n y a ni garage, ni cour pour rentrer les véhicules, le proprietaire habite également sur la même propriété avec un accès quasi mitoyen et une vue plongeante sur toute la location , piscine pas propre et gluante, maison également pas propre, à partir de 15h tout est à l'ombre piscine comprise.La plage est à 25 mn à pied et non 10. Des affiches partout avec silence absolu à 22h, le fils de l'hôte passant un examen nous devons donc pas faire de bruit., nous dit il.. Seules les photos de l'annonce sont attrayantes mais le reste n en ai rien.

Great villa hour drive from Barcelona

Big house with everything you need for a family holiday. The owners where great, gave us much information about everything we needed and even bought milk, water and beers for us because we came late in the evening. The town is nothing special though and it was hard to find good restaurants close by. But overall great comfy house that we recommend in short walking distance from shops, restaurants etc.

Super accueil ! Par le propriétaire qui est disponible et donne de très bon conseils . Maison au top par sa taille, le nombres de chambres et de salles de bain et de terrasses !. On a l habitude de louer des maisons entre copains et celle-ci est vraiment idéal pour 3 familles et pleins d enfants !

Una semana en Canet de Mar

Es una villa muy espaciosa y con un diseño de sus espacios interiores muy interesante. La piscina es muy amplia y hay una zona de césped donde se puede hacer ejercicio. El vecindario es muy tranquilo y resulta muy agradable escuchar los diferentes sonidos de pájaros y otras aves durante el día. Hemos disfrutado de una semana muy agradable y relajante en familia. François ha sido muy atento y se ha preocupado de que no faltara ningún detalle, lo cual es de agradecer.

Uitstekende villa!

Het was een prachtige villa met een groot zwembad, ook super kindvriendelijk. De villa was heel netjes schoon, en de kinderen vonden het een super leuk verblijf. De communicatie met de eigenaar was ook top, je kon makkelijk je vragen stellen over de villa. Het was een prachtige buurt en super gezellig! Let op! Er zijn geen koelers in de villa, dat liep ons nog een beetje tegen maar verder was het een uitstekend verblijf.

tolles Ferienhaus

Wir haben in diesem Ferienhaus eine Woche Urlaub in den Herbstferien mit unserer fünfköpfigen Familie verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, sehr gepflegt und umfassend ausgestattet. (Einziges kleines Problem: Der Fernseher bietet nur spanische Kanäle. Er hat aber einen HDMI-Eingang, so dass man auch seine eigenen Filme streamen kann. Die Internetverbindung ist dafür ausreichend schnell.) Der Außenbereich ist ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und bietet mit einem großen Tisch und einem großen Terassensofa schöne Möglichkeiten zum gemeinsamen Essen und Entspannen. Gelegenheit zur Abkühlung bietet der Pool, der in einem kleineren Bereich hinreichend tief zum Hineinspringen ist, im restlichen Bereich aber auch flach genug für kleinere Kinder ist. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Zum Strand kann man in etwa 15-20 Minuten gehen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch die Gastfreundlichkeit der Vermieters Francois. Er wohnt gleich nebenan und war jederzeit für uns ansprechbar. Er hat uns auch gute Tipps für Ausflüge, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. gegeben. Wir können das Ferienhaus für einen Familienurlaub sehr empfehlen.
