3 bedroom/2 bath home located on a large semiprivate lot will give you the peace and solitude you are looking for and you can bring your four-legged friend along for company. The main floor is completed with two bedrooms. The master, with a king bed and private bathroom with shower. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed. The lower level is a private, large room with two queen beds and plenty of room to spread out and relax. Furnished in a cozy country theme to make you feel at home with a large DVD library and free Wi-Fi! You’ll also love the 2 covered decks with gas grills perfect for enjoying the peace and quiet and spectacular views of the Never Summer Mountains. Hiking trail right in the back yard! A secluded location with the convenience of being a short drive from town where you will find restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Also, just a short drive to Rocky Mountain National Park.

*This home does have some views of the burn scar from the East Troublesome Fire in October 2020. The view from the front of the home was not impacted*

Please note this home has a Ring Home Security Camera on the front of the home and a security camera facing the backyard for safety purposes. We are extremely respectful of our guest's privacy and assure there are no security recording devices inside the home.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made prior to 30 days of your arrival date for stays of 6 nights or less will incur a $50 cancellation fee and forfeit the non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations of reservations of 7 nights or more, prior to 30 days before your arrival date incur a $200 cancellation fee and forfeit the non-refundable booking fee. For cancellations within 30 days of arrival date the entire amount is non-refundable for all reservations.

Winter Arrival:
Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains! Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that chain and traction laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you a comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refund related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.
