Traumhaft und Perfekt

Wir waren mit unseren 6 erwachsenen Kindern für eine Woche auf der Finca und haben es sehr genossen und uns super erholt .Bei der Ausstattung der Finca mangelte es an nichts. Alles war sehr sauber übergeben worden . Die Lage und auch der Ausblick ist einfach eine glatte 1 .Vielen Dank von uns allen auch an Christina für das unkomplizierte und freundliche Mannagment vor Ort - Danke schön

maison spacieuse, vue magnifique. très bon accueil par Christina et bon contact avec la propriétaire. beaucoup d'escaliers. on ne se lasse pas de la vue sur une crique magnifique, avec le bruit des vagues et des cigales.

Magnifique séjour

La vue depuis la maison est juste époustouflante La maison est très agréable Le wifi fonctionne à l’étage supérieur et pas au niveau de la piscine mais ce ´n’est vraiment pas dérangeant. Cela permet de déconnecter. L’accueil est très gentil et agréable. Nous regrettons juste de ne pas être resté plus longtemps. Nous reviendrons si cela est possible.

Séjour agréable dans une magnifique maison

Nous avons passé 2 semaines très agréables. Les 5 chambres possèdent toutes une salle de bain. Les terrasses sont très agréables. La maison possède tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer de bons moments en famille et entre amis. Seuls bémols : le réseau téléphonique et le WiFi ne fonctionnent pas très bien et il faut impérativement prendre la voiture pour aller profiter des joies de la ville (5 minutes en voitures) et des plages. Mais la vue depuis la maison fait oublier tout ça.

Wonderful stay in a wonderful place

Close to all the facilities you might want, but still incredibly private, we enjoyed our stay from start to finish and have to thank Maria who helped us with the check in and check out for everything, she was wonderful. The only thing to mention is that the property has a lot of steps, so if you have people in your party that are less mobile, it might not be the property for you, but if that isn’t a concern, I don’t think you could choose much better!

A wonderfully relaxing destination

Nathalie was very helpful in her communications and Maria, gave us a lovely greeting. The Villa is very well equipped and spacious and was perfect for our family of 6 adults, and has wonderful views of the beach and stunning coastline. The gardens are beautiful with vibrant flowers and scents, and with a relaxing warm pool. We hope to return!

Stunning!

This property was amazing and the perfect spot for our vacation. We were two families from the US looking forward to a long-anticipated holiday and this property did not disappoint. The house was in a perfect location for us. We could quickly get to the restaurants and big beaches when we wanted and had everything we needed with plenty of space to have a great time without leaving. Unfortunately for me, but fortunately for the kids, the WiFi was great. I was able to get all of my work emails and messages, but it is easy to read work emails with that incredible view.

Magnifique maison avec décor époustouflant

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances en famille composée de 3 générations. Vue grandiose sur la mer, beaucoup d’espace, confort, piscine superbe. Accès à la mer difficile prévu mais une des plus belles criques d’Espagne en contrebas de la maison par chemin privé. Nous avons été très heureux de notre séjour. Je recommande aux chanceux qui pourraient réserver cette magnifique villa.

Prachtig huis met groot zwembad en privetoegang tot idyllisch strand

Je waant je in een paleis, zo mooi is het huis! Privé toegang tot moeilijk bereikbaar en dus rustig strandje! Magnifiek uitzicht! Grote ruime slaapkamers met verzorgde badkamers. Wasmachine en wasmiddel, vaatwasmachine en tabletten aanwezig. Super attente ontvangst en vlot bereikbaar contactpersoon ( in het frans ). Nadelen om wel rekening mee te houden: - amper WiFi en geen 4G. Om te bellen of te mailen moesten we soms de auto nemen en wegrijden. Voor mijn man, die op vakantie zijn werkmails moest bijhouden, was dit erg vervelend. Tienerkids konden er ook niet echt mee lachen;) - je moet voor dit huis met 4 verdiepingen goed te been zijn. Koken en op het overdekt terras eten betekent alles een verdieping omlaag sleuren. Een ijsje aan het zwembad? Vier verdiepingen omhoog naar de diepvries. Naar het strand: een 300tal steile trappen. Voor fitte mensen als wij is dit geen probleem, al werden we het soms stiekem toch een beetje beu. - geen bbq ( alleen op houtskool, en die mocht niet gebruikt worden wegens brandgevaar ), dus dat was een beetje een streep door de rekening omdat de mama bijgevolg steeds alleen binnen stond te koken terwijl de rest fijn buitenzat in de paradijselijke tuin. Tip aan de eigenaars: in de meeste huizen die we huren ligt een kaft met suggesties voor wandelingen, toeristische attracties, een kaart, de leukste strandjes, suggesties voor lekkere resto’s, waar je je vuil moet wegbrengen, waar je goed eten kan bestellen,... dit zou handig zijn geweest, want als je de streek niet kent loop je hier wel echt te zoeken. Tip2: gasbbq aan het overdekt terras;)?

Breathtaking views, excellent home equipment

The villa is suitable for one large or two families. There is private passage to the sea (for physically fit people, but our grandmother of 70 years passed it 1-2 times a day). The villa is located very privately, overlooking the sea and isolated from the views of other people or neighbours.

This is a stunningly beautiful place on earth. A paradise to relax and unplug.

We were originally going to stay in Valencia but decided instead to stay in this stunning home In Xabia. The Home and the surrounding area is an absolute paradise. WiFi did not seem to work but it turned out to be exactly what we needed to unplug and unwind. We want to return to share the experience with friends and family. The hikes around the area are some of the most beautiful we’ve seen in our travels.

Schönes und komfortabeles Feriendomizil, für die ganze Familie.

Gute Ausstattung der beiden Küchen. Nette und zuvorkommende Betreuung und Einweisung. Kleine Anregung: Ggf den Pool öfter bzw. nach Sturm/Gewitter reinigen. Gesamthaft ein wirklich empfehlenswertes Objekt, das wir gerne wieder besuchen.

Superbe séjour en famille

Nos vacances en famille ont été un réel succès et bien évidemment trop vite passées. Nous n'avons eu aucun soucis et avons facilement sécurisé pour les tout petits rapport aux différents niveaux. Le séjour est donc très faisable avec des enfants en bas âge. La vue est imprenable et la maison remarquable. Maria nous a en effet accueilli avec beaucoup de sympathie et nous la remercions de son amabilité. La villa est spacieuse et permet à chacun d'avoir son espace perso et de s'adapter pour les repas à différents espaces suivant la météo. Tous nos enfants sont ravis de ces superbes vacances passées ensemble en famille où nous avons bien "décompresse" pendant ces 15j et elles resteront inoubliables.

Fantastische, ruime villa met onbelemmerd en fenomenaal uitzicht op de Middellandse Zee. Diverse ruime terrassen met onderaan een groot terras met zwembad. Vriendelijke ontvangst, alles schoon en fris. Uitstekende faciliteiten, snel internet. Eigen doorgang naar een rustig en mooi rotsachtig strandje.

Superb. Awesome.

It doesn't get better than this. The Belgian owner is very responsive to email & is completely businesslike. His Spanish agent who greets you is charming. Maria had a large bowl of oranges & lemons from here garden awaiting us. In a conversation with my Dutch friends we thought that this villa could not be as good as the pictures. We agreed it is, in fact, better than the pictures. The villa was immaculately clean & all appliances worked well (we did not use the stereos or TV's) The internet connection is reliable & fast. Encore de très heureuses vacances!!!

Cette année encore nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances dans cette maison si bien adaptée aux grandes familles et à toutes les générations. Le cadre et le paysage sont un bonheur et une curiosité permanents et la proximité de la mer un réel avantage à tout instant de la journée. La conception, l'organisation et l'entretien exceptionnels de cette maison répondent toujours aux besoins, aux activités et au confort de chacun. Séjour inoubliable

Nous sommes absolument enchantés de nos vacances dans cette demeure magnifique dans laquelle nous avons admiré, à chaque instant, un paysage d'une beauté exceptionnelle. Toujours autant de plaisir

Second séjour dans cette villa et toujours le même plaisir. Son cadre, sa tranquillité et sa conception font de cette demeure un vrai paradis et c’est toujours aussi dur d’en repartir. Les échanges avec les propriétaires ainsi que l’accueil sur place et les renseignements de Maria sont très appréciables. location magnifique !!!!

Je suis enchanté de mon sejour dans cette belle maison, contact avec les proprietaires et avec la personne responsable sur place parfait. Prestations tout à fait à la hauteur , la maison est très confortable quasi neuve très bien équipée et dans un site extraordinaire, que demander de plus sinon d'y retourner !!!
