Spend your holiday on the private pool of a Catalan farmhouse surrounded by orchards 2km from sandy beaches.

Ideally situated in the calm between the stations of Argelès sur Mer and St Cyprien.

The house (120 m2 for 7 people) is equipped with air conditioning and a fireplace (wood provided) and each room gives full foot on the 3000m2 garden and panoramic views of peach orchards and olive trees.

The garden has 2 terraces, one covered, and is equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue.

Excellent séjour. Très calme tout autour, au milieu des plantations de pêches.

Maison impeccable avec un très bon niveau d'équipements et bien décorée. Grand espace abrité pour réaliser des BBQ ou utiliser une plancha gaz. Piscine superbe avec un grand espace autour pour se reposer. Le wifi est un peu limité malgré le booster Netgear (pourrait être renforcé à l'avenir). L'annonce correspond exactement aux prestations. Le propriétaire est également disponible pendant les séjours et répond à toutes questions.

Ferien mal anders

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön in einer Obstplantage gelegen. Ankunft und Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter waren trotz sprachlicher Barriere sehr gut. Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber,hatte eine bestens ausgerüstet Küche und war sehr ruhig.Die Entfernung zum Strand war mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad kein Problem,Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung gab es viele,jedoch nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl auf LOS TRETMALS und würden es jeder Zeit weiterempfehlen.Das sehr großzügige Grundstück ist für Kinder ideal, den Pool zum Erfrischen zwischendurch haben wir auch sehr genossen.

Lovely gite, lovely garden, lovely pool.

Down narrow lanes, but that makes it peaceful. Spacious property, very French (no kettle!), in a lovely garden on a fruit farm. Ask the owner for information when he welcomes you - he won't bother you otherwise. Be aware that he asks you to clean up at the end or pay EUR50.

Nous avons visité cette maison 2 fois pendant les vacances d'été. Les propretaires sont vraiment res sypa. Malgré le fait que leur maison est sur le terrain, ils sont tres discrets et respectent le "privacy" des locateurs. la maison et la piscine sont tres belles. Malgré l'approximité du Argeles il est tres calme dans cetee endtroit. Nous etions tres heureux la bas. La plage est pas tres loin et ils sont des bisiclettes pour y aller.

Endroit très accueillant,bien propre et très bien équipé.Les propriétaires qui habitent à 200m sont très sympathiques et serviables, ils viennent entretenir le jardin et la piscine en toute discrétion. La description de la location reflète la réalité.Le mas est à la fois proche des plages,commerces et activités, mais en même temps à l'abri du tumulte de la foule durant la haute saison.Tout simplement un petit coin de paradis!
