Paradise inside and out! The elegant B314 is an elevator ride up to the third floor of the Maui Sunset, where you'll enjoy breathtaking ocean views right outside your window. The warm Hawaiian shore nestles directly against the Maui Sunset greenbelt, with beautiful landscaping, and the largest pool in Kihei. Convenient Aloha hospitality is found at the Maui Sunset poolside Activity Reservation center -- for a wide variety of activities to experience while in Hawaii. Inside this third story condo: new custom tile, marble countertops, all new appliances, new furniture, mediterranean shower tiling, and balcony lanai table setting overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The unit comes standard with local cable, wide screen T.V., stereo, phone, washer/dryer, and free wifi access. A beautiful cherry wood cabinet with built-in desk adds a touch of function for your computer/workspace. As well, our condo has a spacious 1 bedroom unit has two queen beds: 1 in the bedroom, and 1 custom built sofa sleeper to comfortably accommodate either 4 occupants or a couple for a private vacation. The bedroom has an attached bath, and the second bath is located in the main hallway near the living room. From this condo, visitors report seeing whales splashing and playing in the ocean. Fun in the Sun

The property was perfect for us. We were central to everything we wanted to do around the island. Lots of great food choices. The property was quiet and beautiful. We enjoyed the beach and the pool.

Amazing condo in Maui Sunset

B314 was an amazing place for a long stay over the holidays. Maui Sunset is a favourite and this condo was one of the best we’ve stayed in. Beautifully updated, fully stocked with everything you could need for cooking and fun on Maui, and a wonderful host! Can’t wait to come back!!

A little slice of paradise

This property is absolutely beautiful. Clean and updated. Bed is super comfortable and kitchen fully stocked. The owners have thought of everything you may need for outdoor activities. They even had discount cards for snorkel gear, and that snorkel store had amazing customer service. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks for being an excellent host!

Great place

after a small snaffu with the door code everything was terrific. Very clean, well equipped kitchen and the location was next to the ocean. There is a beach you can walk on it for miles and the pool on property is very clean. We rented a car so we could get all over the island but the condo is within walking distance to Kihei.

This is a great place to stay!

We love Maui Sunset. We love this side of the condo. Third floor is great. There's a great view, the lanai is wonderful, and everything else is just top notch. Marty went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable, safe, and enjoyable. Absolutely perfect.

This property is clean and beautiful. Great bed, bathroom and kitchen, and well supplied. Beautiful lanai and view from the lanai, with table, chairs, light and fan. Plenty of parking with beautiful grounds, pool and hot tub.

Amazing sunset

It was awesome to actually get what your promised. A clean unit with awesome views easy beach access in a great location. The unit is fully equipped with games for entertainment, to food storage bags, and ice packs to pack a lunch for your daily adventures. Not to mention no need for a car the bus stop is just a few steps outside the condo. Mahalo

A very Mele Kalikimaka on Maui

Our family had a wonderful stay at Marty’s place. The condo was clean, cozy, and comfortable. We enjoyed the artwork on the walls, breakfast/coffee on the lanai, and the pool. The front closet was well stocked with beach chairs and amenities which we used to enjoy some good beach time and sunsets. We cooked in for both Christmas Eve and Christmas. The kitchen was perfect for doing our meals for a family of 3. The grounds and common areas of Maui Sunset were well kept and a big plus. It was a short drive into Kihei for shopping and restaurants. It doesn’t get much better than this! Thanks so much for the great accommodations, Marty. We hope to visit again soon!

Perfect beach views, responsive owner, and all the amenites needed and then some

Maui Sunset condo on the beach was a perfect place and central location. Updated and very clean with all the amenities needed for a relaxing beach vacation. Owner was quick to respond to questions and made our stay wonderful. The sunrise outside of the front door was beautiful and the furnishings were high quality and were well taken care of. Plenty of beach coolers, chairs, towel etc.

We originally hail from Southern California, in a quaint rural neighborhood of Orange County called Olinda. Our family has always valued time to get away from it all, and refresh in the beautiful.

Why they chose this property

Our first trip to Hawaii was in 1979. Since then, the islands keep calling us back! We are proud to make the Maui Sunset one of our newest homes -- a home away from home, here on the beautiful island of Maui.

What makes this property unique

Each time we stay here at the Maui Sunset, it is not only visually spectacular and restful, but its amenities make it extra convenient. Whatever activities desired on the island, all are explained and arranged through some of the most congenial specialists -- right here, at our onsite pool each morning at 9am! We also appreciate the consistent quiet atmosphere our unit and its community maintains. B314 at the Maui Sunset is our little foretaste of heaven, and we try to make it the same for you! Mahalo!
