Ideally situated, the house is steps away (a 5-minute walk) from the Plage des Écureuils, a beach with a lifeguard. This house is located a neighbourhood that is very calm during the day and night. It offers the comfort of a recently-constructed building. With 110 m2 of terraces, made from exotic wood and its octagon-shaped pool, you'll enjoy relaxing there. There is a barbecue with a high capacity. I am a tourism professional, and I am happy to provide you with my knowledge and familiarity with this region, so that you can enjoy every minute of your vacation. At the Canaulais residence, I'll provide you with all of my recommendations for making your holiday a truly relaxing time.

Great Family Vacation in Lacanau-Oceán

We had a wonderful time in Lacanau-Oceán and were very happy to stay in Thierry's house. It is very spacious and a short walk to the beach. There is a very good equipped grocery store about five minutes away from the house. That was perfect. One thing that was very unfortunate (but for which Thierry is not responsible) was that we could not use the terrace outside during our stay. There was unfortunately a mosquito plague that you could not escape. There was no chance to be outside for five minutes without at least two to five mosquito bites. Accordingly, it was not even possible to ventilate in the evening because the mosquitoes immediately came into the house. It was probably just the season, but it was a shame not to be able to use the beautiful terrace and the pool! The outdoor area is really very appealing and beautifully designed. All in all we were very satisfied with our stay in Thierry's house. We can highly recommend it.

Villa mit Studio in Lacanau-Océan

Unser Urlaub war super! Die Vertretung hat den Check-In gut gemacht und brauchte uns nichts mehr zu zeigen, da es unser zweiter Besuch war. Wir waren wieder sehr zufrieden und wüdern uns freuen, wenn das Objekt weiter vermietet wird! Ein kleiner Wunsch von mir als Hobby-Köchin: ich würde mich über Kochutensilien freuen, die besser zusammen passen, insbesondere Töopfe und Deckel und die Teflonpfannen würde ich austauschen und keine Holzkochlöffel anbieten aus hygienischen Gründen. Dann könnte ich 5* Sterne geben ;). Ich habe das aber schon gewusst und alles von zuhause mitgebracht, was ich in der Küche hier beim ersten Mal vermisst hatte. Dennoch ist die Ausstattung viel besser als in anderen Ferienwohnungen, die wir besucht haben! Auch der moderige Geruch bei Regen hielt sich fast unbemerkt, weil wir die Heizung hoch stellten. Also, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

sehr gute Lage zur Stadt (mit vielen guten Restaurants) zu Fuss gemütliche 10 Min-zum Strand Süd gemütliche 14 Min.-mit dem Rad ist alles ein Klacks-zum Einkaufen,zum Bäcker und zum Bummeln oder Essengehen-das Haus hat alles, was man braucht-den 4 m-Pool haben wir stets statt Meer sausen lassen--viele Sitzgelegenheiten auch zum Zurückziehen-der Extrahausteil war sinnvoll-Sophie war allseits bereit und half uns bei Fragen oder unseren Duselichkeiten-gerne wieder

Traumhafter Urlaub

Kurz und Knapp: Ein sehr gutes Ferienhaus, mit einem netten Vermieter (per Email) und einer sehr netten Sophie die uns bei der Anreise schon erwartet hat und uns das Haus gezeigt hat. Sie gab uns auch einige Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. 2 kleine Kritikpunkte gibt es: Die Sofas und auch die Matratze des Doppelbett haben definitiv die beste Zeit hinter sich und könnten erneuert werden. Aber es hat uns den Urlaub definitiv nicht verdorben. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr zu empfehlen

Sommer Holidays

Freundlich und hilfsbereiter Kontakt (Anfrage, Übernahme und Abgabe des Hauses). Wir haben das Haus mit einer zweiten Familie genutzt. Das war sehr praktisch, da es zwei separate Wohnungen gibt. Das Zentrum von Lacanau Ocean wie auch der Strand sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Ruhige Lage mit netten Nachbarn.

belle villa canaulaise

L'ensemble maison, jardin, terrasses correspondent en tout point à la description de l'annonce. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet environnement au calme et dans la nature, tout en profitant du centre ville et des plages accessibles à pied. Nous avons également profité du site du Lion (immense pinède) et des ses plages sauvages. Nous ne pouvons que conseiller cette belle location.

Familienurlaub in Lacanau-Océan

Thierrys Haus war mehr als ausreichend für uns 5 (2 Erwachsene und 3 Jugendliche), umfangreich ausgestattet (bis hin zum Stahlschwamm für den Grill) und hat eine beeindruckende Terrasse. Glücklicherweise hatten wir vor der Reise Kontakt und somit noch rechtzeitig erfahren, dass wir die 800€ Kaution in bar bei der Übernahme vorlegen müssen (soviel Bargeld habe ich normalerweise nicht bei mir). Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Ferienhaus bei Thierry

So ein wundervoller Urlaubsort! Das Haus war genau so schön und groß wie beschrieben. Sophie war sehr sehr nett und wir konnten alles fragen. Sie ist sehr hilfsbereit. Wir konnten sogar den Pool benutzen! Das Wetter war so toll, dass wir eine fantastische Zeit hatten. Gemütliche Betten, bequeme Couch, große Küche und tolles Bad! Danke! :)

Herbstsurfen in Lacanau-Ocean

In den ersten zwei Oktoberwochen war ich mit meinem Sohn zum Surfen in Lacanau-Ocean und von den Bildern und dem offensichtlich guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis im FeWo-Inserat waren wir sofort angetan. Glücklich darüber, dass das Inserat und die Bilder nicht zu viel versprochen haben, haben wir zwei sehr angenehme und ruhige Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Es gab nichts zu beanstanden und auch die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer bzw. mit der Argentur war komplikationslos. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und fußläufig nicht weit vom Strand entfernt. Mein Sohn ist immer im Neo mit dem Board unter dem Arm und barfus bis zum Strand gelaufen. Die Wahl dieses Hauses hat auf jeden Fall dazu beigetragen, dass wir einen rundum schönen Urlaub hatten.

Immer wieder schön

Zum dritten Mal: Immer alles top. Sehr gute Ausstattung, gemütliches, gepflegtes Haus, noch zentral, aber schon unter den Kiefern, die die Gegend charakterisieren, schöner Außenbereich, für zwei Leute echter Luxus, eigentlich müsste man das Miniapartment - mit separatem Zugang - mitnutzen. Sehr gute "Betreuung" auch. Extrem erholsamer, entspannter Urlaub. Kommen wieder.

Wir waren zwei Wochen mit unseren drei Teenager - Söhnen (17, 15, 15) in diesem schönen Haus. Sowohl die Kommunikation vorher als auch die Hausübergabe mit bei Anreise waren unkompliziert und gut organisiert. Das Haus liegt ideal: Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind mit dem Rad in weniger als 5 Minuten zu erreichen, aber das Haus liegt absolut ruhig, sodass man vom Trubel gar nichts mitbekommt. Das Haus entsprach genau der Beschreibung und es war picobello sauber. Der Garten ist sehr schön und gepflegt und wir haben uns dank des tollen Wetters ausschließlich im Freien aufgehalten. Die Küche ist prima ausgestattet, es gab sogar scharfe Messer😄 Von uns volle 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Très belle maison, nous avons passé deux semaines avec nos trois fils (17,15,15). La maison était très propre et le jardin beaux et en bonne condition. La communication était aussi bien. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Merci à Thierry et Sophie

Super location !

Jolie maison semblable aux photos de l'annonce. 3 coins terrasses qui permettent une triple exposition, bien équipée avec plancha/barbecue, transats, piscine, petites herbes aromatiques à disposition, un abri en cas de vent ou pluie. Tout y est. Localisation idéale à 10min à pied de la rue principale du centre-ville. Sophie et Thierry le propriétaire sont très gentils et se montrent très accessibles et disponibles pour répondre aux besoins.

Das Haus ist ausgezeichnet gelegen, ruhig, mit viel Sonne und auch Schatten, und perfekt ausgestattet. Alles ist sauber und sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Besonders, dass es zwei getrennt und vollständig eingerichtete Domizile sind, ist sehr praktisch, wenn man mit FreundInnen dort ist. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Komfortabel und kuschlig

Unser fünfter Urlaub in Lacanau und der zweite in diesem wirklich schönen Haus. Alles bestens, Ausstattung, Hygiene. Viel Platz im Wohnzimmer und ein angenehmes Bad mit zwei Waschbecken, großzügiger Dusche und Badewanne. Besonders schön der Außenbereich. Kleiner Pool zum Abkühlen, mehrere Sitzplätze, alles schön bepflanzt und unter den Kiefern; man merkt, dass sich hier jemand kümmert. Auto und Räder kann man sicher abstellen. Wir waren nur zu zweit, das ist extrem luxuriös; das zweite Schlafzimmer und das Apartment (mit eigenem Zugang und Draußensitz) haben wir gar nicht genutzt. Falls man ein Problem hat, ist fix jemand da. In der Vor- und Nachsaison kann es sein, dass in den umliegenden Ferienhäusern mal gesägt und gehämmert wird; dafür kann der Vermieter natürlich nichts. Der Vorteil ist eben, dass man mittendrin ist: zehn Minuten zum nächsten Strand, ebenso zu allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Man hat hier mehrere Strände zur Auswahl - auch einen See -, kann gut radfahren. Zu empfehlen: die Wochenmärkte in Lacanau Océan und Lacanau Ville. In diesem Jahr waren wir spät dran: September/Oktober. Da ist es sehr beschaulich im Vergleich zum Sommer. Für uns perfekt, wir kommen wieder.

Agréable maison au calme et bien située

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette maison très fonctionnelle bien équipée très calme ces 3 terrasses permettent de profiter du soleil toute la journée très proche du centre et de la plage on peut tout faire à pieds.
