My daughter & I came to stay at Parrot 6A for a couple days. Such a cute and quaint place. Teri the host was easy to deal with and great as a host. Coming back from the beach one day, our air was not cooling properly. Teri had someone there within the hour and the issue was fixed. Would definitely stay here again, and recommend

Had a nice stay, commuication with Teri was nice. Sat outside on the tall chairs. The smell from the flowing tree was a bonus. Only thing, I wish the loung chair was newer, it was rusted and outdated. Otherwise a great stay and i would recommend to others..

PERFECT Summer Family Getaway

Convenience to beach excellent
Perfect for our stay, had everything needed in kitchen, and condo. You can not beat being directly across from Public access to beach- literally directly across the street, nice central location to Seaside and Rosemary particularly when you child has friends at both areas and love the slower more quiet pace here, less bustle. Communication with owner was quick and easy too. We will be coming back here. And 1 bedroom condo was very spacious. It was my son and I but for families with hound child plenty of space for pack and play and to spread out.

Great little place
A nice, small, and clean place convenient to beach & many other places. Teri had excellent communication. The unit was super clean with a nice memory foam queen bed. Beach cart provided. The only reasons not 5 stars: just 2 washcloths for 4 night stay, pay coin laundry, AND super loud footsteps from family staying above us. They had 2 small children that ran everywhere in their unit. Very annoying. We will certainly consider staying in 6A again.

It was our first time in this area, the truth is that we really liked the beach and if you also have a location so close, quiet and clean, the truth is much better. I recommend it 1000% excellent location, if I return next year I will definitely return to this property. Thank you.

Perfect Place Near Expensive Seaside, Florida
My sister and I flew to Florida for a family wedding in Seaside — a VERY expensive resort town where we couldn’t afford to stay. However, we found “Palms & Parrots” Condo just a couple miles down “the 30-A” highway (more like a 2-lane road) from Seaside. It was perfect as we’d been wisely advised by our Landlord to rent a car at ECP Airport (Panama City Internat’l Airport) and drive the 30-minutes to Seagrove Beach. Thus we had a car and could get to all wedding events quickly and easily. Wonderful Condo with a Wonderful Landlord!

Wonderful location!
My family and I had an amazing stay! The location was perfect with such easy access to the beach. It just a short walk across the street! There were plenty of restaurants and shops close by. The place was clean and the pool was perfect and never crowded. We will definitely be returning in the future!

This place was perfect for our family! Had all of the kitchen amenities and necessities, including spices, which made things extremely convenient! The pool on site was clean & not crowded. Cute wooden pathways to move easily through the property and just across the street from the ocean. 10/10 would recommend!

Teri is very nice and easy going. She goes out of her way to accommodate. The condo was fresh and clean. Bed comfortable. Pull out bed, ok, not great. The location is awesome. Your right next to convenience store that has breakfast and lunch items. The beach is a very short walk across the street. I do recommend going in the off season, it was very crowded, hard to get through traffic on 30A. Over all the beach was beautiful, the condo light, airy and clean. The property grounds gorgeous, and the pools are very nice.
