Argeles villa renta

107m2 villa for six people, halfway between the beaches and the village, ideal for families. You can enjoy both the animation of the beach (5 min by car) and the authenticity of the small Catalan village with its markets several times a week.
The accommodation has a small garden, a large shaded terrace and a barbecue to enjoy the beautiful summer evenings.
The house is quietly located in a subdivision, at the end of a small dead end and you can park your vehicle without problem either on one of the parking spaces located in front of the house, or in the garage.
The house is equipped with an intrusion alarm.

The center of the village is a few minutes walk away and you will find a supermarket 100m from the house at the exit of the housing estate.
During the summer season on Saturday mornings and Wednesday mornings you have a local market in the center of the village.
Weekly and fortnightly rental in season from Saturday 4 p.m. to Saturday 10 a.m.

Super sejour

SchönerAufenthalt

Insgesamt ein schönes Haus mit Garten und allem, was man braucht. Leider im Sommer ohne Klimaanlage viel zu warm. Die Alarmanlage war defekt und konnte nicht genutzt werden. Das Haus hätte etwas sauberer sein können (Im Schrank stand zum Teil schmutziges, schmieriges Geschirr und der Boden war staubig. Trotz dieser Kleinigkeiten war es ein schöner Aufenthalt! Der Weg zum Strand ist zu Fuß schon eine Ecke - besonderes bei der Hitze. Mit dem Fahrrad aber kein Problem! Wir wurden super nett empfangen und die Dame war auch sehr hilfsbereit und stets verfügbar. Schade war, dass uns bei der Abreise vorgeworfen wurde, wir hätten eine Gardine kaputt gemacht - die jedoch von Anfang an fehlte. Für solche Fälle sollte man vorher vielleicht eine Art Übergabeprotokoll machen... dann ist es für beide Seiten angenehmer.

Zeer aangenaam

Een zeer toffe locatie met alles dichtbij in de buurt. De eigenaren zijn zeer aangenaam, onze aankomst en vertrek zijn vlot verlopen en bij vragen krijg je zeer snel antwoord. Alles wat je nodig hebt is beschikbaar in het huisje. We hebben een zeer goede vakantie gehad hier!

Une maison dans un quartier calme même en plein moins d'août. Elle est bien entretenue, spacieuse et l'agencement est pratique (buanderie, garage). Les propriétaires sont bienveillants, bref une location idéale pour découvrir la région.

Belle maison très bien agencer et pratique avec de très belle chambre cuisine très fonctionnel.. Bien conçu pour des enfants en bas âges car très bien clôturer.... Dans un petit lotissement très calme avec une vue sur les montagnes..... Propriétaires charmants et disponibles..... Nous avons passer un excellent séjour tout était parfait...

Excellent séjour

Situé dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. Cette villa se trouve à deux pas du centre ville et des commerces, suffisamment éloigné des dizaines de campings d'Argeles, idéale pour un séjour au calme. Pourvu de tous les équipements nécessaires, à l' exception hélas de la climatisation, qui devrait être installé pour la saison prochaine ( Pour cela 4 étoiles). Accueil parfait, propriétaire très sympathique. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Super séjour dans cette belle location propre et confortable à proximité du centre ville et des commerces comme LIDL qui est à deux minutes à pied. Description conforme à l'annonce, parking devant la maison et vraiment des vacances au calme, pas un bruit la nuit comme le jour. Seul bémol beaucoup de monde à Argelés début Aout. Nous recommanderons cette belle location et pourquoi pas revenir une nouvelle fois l'an prochain.

Complète satisfaction

Maison louée 2eme quinzaine de juillet 2011. Belle maison moderne dans un quartier tranquille, en retrait des grandes avenues, supermarché à 5 mn à pied. C'est grand, on peut même dire spacieux, très confortable, très très bien équipé à tout point de vue : cuisine (tout y est), électro-ménager (grand four, plus un micro-ondes,lave-vaisselle silencieux,grand frigo à dégivrage auto, grille-pain, cafetière électrique et j'en oublie), télé, hi-fi, barbecue extérieur, buanderie... je cherche vainement quoi reprocher, si ce n'est que la météo ne nous a pas été favorable, mais ça n'est pas la faute à la maison !!! Nous étions un couple avec 3 grands enfants (20, 18 et 15 ans) et l'espace ne nous a pas manqué, tant au rez-de-chaussée, (cuisine, living, garage, buanderie) qu'au 1er étage (3 chambres et une mezzanine) !!! Rien à voir avec les appartements style placards que l'on trouve si souvent, à la mer comme à la montagne... Satisfaction : 20/20

grande maison moderne en retrait des avenues à gr(ande circulation dans un quartier tranquille, à 5 mn à pied d'un supermarché. Equipement au-dessus de ce que l'on trouve habituellement. Cuisine plus que complète, électroménager récent haut de gamme et très-très complet, télé, hifi, grand living avec du mobilier de qualité, salle de bains et wc indépendants, buanderie , garage intérieur, barbecue extérieur. A l'étage 3 vraies chambres et une mezzanine, de quoi faire coucher notre couple et nos 3 grands ados (20,18 et 15 ans). Je cherche vainement ce qui aurait pu manquer !! C'est l'exact opposé des "cabanes à lapin" et des "appartements-placard" que l'on trouve trop souvent en bord de mer et à la montagne. Je ne voudrais pas oublier l'accueil sympathique qui nous a été réservé par les propriétaires à notre arrivée.

sejour trés agréable à Argeles village

Location trés fonctionnelle située à la fois près du centre de argeles village. A proximité des plages. emplacement trés calme à l'abri de l'agitation des allées proche de la mer néanmoins les ados éventuels peuvent en profiter pleinement. Beaucoup de choses à voir dans le coin, il faudra revenir car il reste des choses à voir ! choses importante prévoir les dé^lacements en vélo à l'intérieur d'argeles à cette époque de l'année. Accueil trés sympathique des propriétaires et du voisinage. Donc en résumé un lieu de vacances adapté à toute la famille.

MAISON DE VACANCES IDEALE

Excellente location, très propre, avec tout le confort, située dans un endroit calme, près du centre ville. Nous avons gardé l'adresse car nous y retournerons certainement.Nous y avons passé un merveilleux séjour.
