Ruhige Lage für einen Urlaub in der Natur

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Lage zwischen Allos und Lac d'Allos, 3,5 km von Allos entfernt. Mit guten Wandermöglichkeiten direkt vom Haus oder dem Lac d'Allos. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet (Küche mit Gasherd, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und ein zweites kleines Badezimmer mit Dusche, TV, kein WiFi), es hat eine Terrasse zum Essen mit Blick auf die Berge und einen zentralen Kamin im Aufenthaltsraum. Für Familien mit Kindern unter vier Jahren könnten die Treppen ein wenig zu steil sein. Im Sommer kann es in den drei Schlafzimmern im Obergeschoss tagsüber sehr warm werden, aber das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss bleibt immer angenehm kühl. In Allos gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf (Carrefour), aber auch: Apotheke, Post, Bank, Bäckerei, Sportgeschäfte, Restaurants, Freizeitbad, Tankstelle, usw. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt mit einem angenehmen Vermieter.

tres agréables moments dans ce chalet . nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cette belle ambiance remplie de souvenirs qui rendent le chalet bien chaleureux .Loin des ambiances aseptisées de certaines locations . L'environnement est splendide .

Chaleureux et rustique

Chalet agréable. Un peu petit et à l'ancienne (lits de petite taille - Ah la France et ses matelas d'1m40 !). Confort rustique, mais il y règne une belle ambiance simple et familiale. Les salles de bains mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement. C'est propre, mais 'à vécu'. Idem pour la table extérieure. Pas de wifi et une 4G très très lente. Cela ne nous a pas dérangés du tout (le luxe et la connexion nous importent peu), mais autant le savoir. La terrasse est très agréable avec une vue sur les montagnes imprenable. La situation du chalet est au calme et sur la route du lac et des randonnées. Le contact avec le propriétaire et la personne qui nous a accueillis a été très chaleureux. Formidable rapport sympathie/prix. Idéal pour ceux qui recherchent la déconnexion et la simplicité. Nous avons randonné tous les jours et la région offre des panoramas exceptionnels.
