Séjour très agréable

C'est notre cinquième séjour à Playa Del Ingles, mais notre premier dans cette réseidence. Merci Ari et Tomas pour votre acceuil et votre accompagnement durant ce séjour. Tout était parfait pour nous au niveau de la résidence (calme et bien tenue) et de l'appartement, excepté deux petites choses: - la piscine ne bénéfifie pas de suffisemment d'heures d'ensoleillement à cette période de l'année (novembre) - le Wifi capricieux et très lent voir perdu à certaines heures de la journée. Heureuesemnt tout est fait là-bas pour pouvoir "presque s'en passer" ;-).

el piso en general se amolda a lo descrito en el anuncio.bastante positivo el aire acondicionado ya que hay días que hace bastante calor y las camas bastante confortables. por la zona destacar las interminables escaleras qué hay que bajar y luego subir para llegar a la zona de playa y ocio de la costa, ya que se encuentra en una zona elevada. buena zona para aparcar gratuitamente al lado del apartamento si se quiere conocer en coche la isla. en general unas vacaciones agradables y buena atención del propietario y el administrador de fincas tomas que nos atendió al llegar.

Ferienwohnung in günstiger Lage von Playa del Ingles

Die Angaben im Inserat stimmen mit dden Gegebenheiten überein. Eine gute, ausreichende Küchenausstattung ist vorhanden. Ebenso gute Betten, ebenerdige Dusche.

Sejour reposant

Nous avons pu profités de cet appartement bien agencé avec son balcon sans vis à vis, sa piscine, bien situé, galerie de commerce à 100m, plage de sable blanc à 5 mn à pied, Bar restaurant ……. Surtout pas de problème de stationnement, dans la rue oui mais devant la porte Gestionnaire réactif, à l'heure pour entrée et sortie, je conseillerai ce site

Holiday makers be aware

Having been overcharged the owner agreed to refund. However later retracted leaving me out of pocket for two days I never had. The apartment was ok overlooking the back of another block with no sun on the balcony. The hot water heater was not sufficientl for two showers. I won’t be going back.

Das Appartement ist von der Größe perfekt für 2 Personen. Ruhige aber dennoch sehr zentrale Lage. Es könnten mal ein paar neue Handtücher angeschafft werden, ebenso Teller und Tassen

modern und sauber

Endlich mal ein modernes Apartment mit Überangebot an Ausstattung. Sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet. An alles wurde gedacht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Gepflegtes Appartment

Sehr zentral gelegen denoch ruhig und nicht weit vom Strand. Bäcker, Schlachter 2 Supermärkte,Restaurants gleich um die Ecke. Sehr gute Betreuung durch den Verwalter.

Bonne location près de l'animation et des plages

Nous avons passé une bonne semainedans cette location,tout s'est très bien déroulé,le propriétaire vous répond très rapidement,les transactions s'effectuent parfaitement pour l'accueil,et le départ. C'est une tièrce personne qui nous a reçus,état des lieux très rapide. Les points positifs:L'appartement est dans une petite résidence très calme,avec une petite piscine déserte pour les résidents. Il est situé entre la plage et ses restos et les centres commerciaux,le youmbo center. L'appartement est très bien équipé,presse fruits,cafetière,bouilloire... Les points négatifs: L'appartement mériterait une rénovation,literie ,couettes et draps vieillots,salle de bain ancienne,lave linge également Il manque une base de produits pour l'arrivée(sel,poivre,huile ,vinaigre,éponge,sopalin,sacs poubelles,produit vaisselle)Tout à acheter Le balcon n'est jamais au soleil,car un étage au dessus et le soir,nous n'avions pas très chaud La chambre donne sur la rue parfois bruyante(cris,portières des voitures) Par contre,il y avait toujours une place pour se garer dans la rue et le loyer est très correct Pas grand chose à faire pour améliorer!

Vacanza stupenda.

L'appartamento rispecchia esattamente le foto dell'annuncio. Al nostro arrivo era pulito, in ordine e non mancava niente. Il proprietario è simpatico e disponibile. L'appartamento è in una posizione molto comoda per raggiungere tutti i servizi e la zona è piena di shopping center. Consigliamo l'appartamento prevalentemente a coppie sia giovani che meno giovani. Bellissima vacanza, ci torneremmo molto volentieri!!!!.

Van 26-7 t/m 4-8 appartem...

Van 26-7 t/m 4-8 appartement gehuurd. Aankomst bij het appartement voelden wij ons gelijk thuis, appartement was conform beschrijving (WiFi, Airco enz). Strand, centrum, bushalte, supermarkten waren op loop afstand. Zwembad bij het appartement werd wekelijks schoongemaakt en we hebben van het zwembad genoten. Ik raad het appartement iedereen aan. Als er problemen waren kon je de heer Tomas Mena gerust bellen en hij zorgde ervoor dat het geregeld werd. Tomas en zijn vrouw zijn hele aardige mensen.

"We spend 10 days in june...

"We spend 10 days in june in this wonderfull appartement. When we arrived the appartment was very clean, complete and according the pictures and description. It was very quiet because the complex was almost empty. It it situated near a small and very quiet backroad. The balcony is in the shade and in the evening you can listen from it to the live easy listening music of the opposite RIU hotel which stops around 23:00. The appartment complex, garden and swimming pool are in very good condition and clean. The complex is locked by a gate so it feels very safe. The walk to the beach is around 7 minutes for which you need to climb down the stairs to arrive at sea level. This was the first time we booked directly an appartment but we will fure sure do it again!"
