LES ARCS 1800 - 40 m² apartment Tournavelles 2 - at the foot of the slopes and in the heart of the resort

Located in the center of Arcs 1800, a few steps from the slopes, our pleasant apartment will seduce you with its comfort and ski-to-door access. It is ideally situated on the snow front, in the immediate vicinity of the chairlifts and the Transarc, as well as ski lessons, daycare and shops.

Covering an area of 40 m², it is well exposed south-west and includes 1 bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a separate dining room, 1 bathroom with bath and separate WC.

Furnished with wood paneling and pops of color, our apartment has a TV and DVD player.

On request, we can rent linen and organize a babysitting service. A maintenance kit will be provided to you upon delivery of the keys. Cleaning is included in the rental price.

Geste commercial apprécié (seul et hors vacances scolaires) et check-in souple.Cependant, les critiques pour nuisances sonores de la boîte de nuit évoquées précédemment sont parfaitement justifiées. En effet, le Carré jouxte Sherpa !Étant donné l'isolation à la montagne et la rue piétonne qui résonne, on entend systématiquement les fêtards. De même, pour le bar before 2 juste en face, avec des gens et de la musique en terrasse.Les bouchons d'oreille sont absolument requis pour une nuit éventuellement "correcte" mais sans garantie.Quant au service de conciergerie, il a été compliqué d'obtenir une alèse (jetable) et le ménage n'était vraiment pas satisfaisant à l'entrée. De plus, le Wifi est instable et la VMC de la SDB ne fonctionne pas.Enfin, l'inventaire est chronophage, ce qui est d'autant plus injustifié que la dernière mise à jour date de deux mois et demi.En conclusion, privilégiez une location de l'autre côté de l'immeuble, en front de neige.

Une superbe semaine
L'appartement est idealement situé. La salle a manger donne de l'espace. Elle nous a permis de manger avec des amis et aux etudiants de travailler sans être au milieu de tout le monde. Le soleil baigne l'appartement, c'est très agréable en rentrant de la journee de ski.

Cet appartement est spacieux, bien exposé au soleil, situé en bas du front de neige, et les propriétaires ont mis à dispositions une batterie de cuisine qui ne figure pas dans le descriptif mais qui permet de faire de bons petits plats.Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et espérons revenir l' année prochaine

Quelle déception !
Appartement lumineux , agréable , propre , bien situé par rapport aux pistes et aux commerces MAIS aussi juste devant une boîte de nuit . À partir de 2 heures du matin, plus moyen de dormir : cris , chants . Le tapage nocturne dans toute sa splendeur ! Nous n’avons jamais vécu ça lors de nos précédents séjours en montagne. Nous avons d’ailleurs écourté notre séjour en partant un jour plus tôt , nous étions épuisés. Nous n’y reviendrons plus jamais.

L'appartement est très lumineux. Il bénéfice d'une très belle vue sur les montagnes. Il est bien équipé. Le BZ permet un couchage dans le salon pour les parents. Les propriétaires et l'agence ont été très attentionnés.

L'appartement est agréabl...
L'appartement est agréable et bien situé dans la station, très proche des pistes et des commerces. L'équipement est complet et de qualité, draps prêtés, appareils à fondue, à raclette... tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. 2ème année consécutive que nous louons cet appartement et nous sommes enchantés (à part le bruit des fêtards certaines nuits). A recommander vivement.

"location de l'appartement pour la derniere semaine de 2009 location en très bon état, très bien située aux pieds des pistes. proche des commerces, dans une résidence calme. je recommande vivement cette location. "
