Welcome to Silver Lane! This luxury 5 bedroom, 4 full and two 1/2 bath home is ready for family memories year after year! With the ability to sleep 10, a separate wing for the kids, brand new furnishings, and a hot tub with incredible views, family vacations just stepped it up a notch! Located in the luxury Goldlink subdivision , Silver Lane is meant for family gatherings. (Think 8 burner wolf range when pancakes are in order!)

Step inside Silver Lane and everybody has their own space. The main floor opens into the great room with comfy leather furnishings, gas fireplace, and heater surround sound for movie night. The vaulted ceilings and the floor to ceiling windows take in the incredible Elk Mountain views and add to the feeling of spaciousness. Of course, at 5200 square feet, there is definitely plenty of space! The dining room table seats 10 and the bar area has another 3 spots, so everyone has a place. In the kitchen, there is an 8 burner wolf range along with an oversized Sub-Zero fridge for fantastic meals with the family. Just off the dining room is a screened in grilling and sitting porch for the Southern side in all of us! The master bedroom is also on this main level with a king bed, tons of windows and access to the outside decks. The master has it`s own large sitting area and master bath with jetted tub and steam shower.

Downstairs you will find a second master suite with king bed and en-suite bath that holds a surprise! Not only does this bath have a steam shower, it has a dry sauna that seats 6! Off this junior master is a sitting area with sleeper sofa and access to the back deck that holds the oversized hot tub. Positioned to take in the great views, the hot tub is also covered to be enjoyed in any type of weather. Down the hall you will find a full bath and two more bedrooms, each with a queen bed and their own style of furnishings. Continuing down the hallway, the West wing of the home houses the kids area. The large media room features a flat panel tv, leather seating, game area with a great Texas Hold Em table, and even a small fridge for drinks and snacks. There is a half bath on this level as well for convenience. Off the living room is a large bunk room with two sets of twin bunks for 4 the little ones to have their own space. Up the winding staircase from the media room is your third master suite with king bed and an en-suite bath that boasts a large shower with river rock floors and a jetted tub. In addition to the staircase, this suite also has access to the main living area via an outdoor covered walk.

Let the kids play in the large back yard while you enjoy a glass of wine on the deck taking in the views. Regardless of season, Silver Lane is stunning home you won`t want to miss!

Offering clean and safe rental homes has always been our top priority. As always there is no need to come into our offices to check in.  Since the beginning we have had contactless check in where as a guest you go directly to your home and access the property with a code.  Iron Horse has elevated and will continue to place an emphasis on our cleaning practices and policies, along with procedures such as direct check in to limit contact and provide a safe vacation environment.

Highest Standard Cleaning Procedures

All of our vacation rentals and housekeeping properties are thoroughly and professionally cleaned between each stay. Here are some of the steps we take between each visit to ensure your home will be sanitized, clean, and disinfected.
-All of our cleaning and maintenance staff wear gloves and face covers while in our properties.
-All hard surfaces and high touch areas are cleaned with household disinfectant including doorknobs, handles, toilets and faucet knobs, light switches, handrails, remote controls, lockboxes, electronics, thermostats, game areas, furniture, kitchen cabinets and refrigerators, etc.
-Private Hot tubs are ALWAYS cleaned, treated and sanitized before your stay. If there is ever a question of cleanliness our crew is instructed to completely drain and refill the tub in addition to sanitizing. Condo shared hot tubs are maintained by each individual HOA and follow current cleanliness standards.
-All bed and bath linens are laundered on site and installed with care
-Our properties include hand soap, dish soap, and other approved disinfectants for your use
-No Contact Check-Ins - there is no need to come to our office during your stay

Large Crested Butte Home
We had a wonderful time in Crested Butte and loved the access this home provided to hiking, mountain biking and exploring the many valleys near town. The home was large and accommodated our family well. The kitchen is well stocked and allowed us to cook most meals at the house. This is important in that CB is struggling to provide adequate dining options for the number of visitors. There are a few things that the homeowners need to address, however. Several nights, we were kept awake by mice in the wall between 2 basement bedrooms. Unfortunately, we had to move out of those rooms so we could get some sleep. The property management company was responsive and set traps. Ultimately we caught 3 mice. The mattresses in most bedrooms are also worn out, sink uncomfortably and need to be replaced.

July 2021 7-night Stay, Watch out for the HOA
Location: not walkable to base of ski hill, not on town shuttle loop but you can take the condo shuttle loop to connect to the town shuttle for car-less travel. That said, I assume anyone staying here will have a personal vehicle. House: Adequately large and spacious for more than 10 people, but occupancy is limited to 10 for some reason. Dishwasher is poor quality/dated and wash/dryer are very small for a 5000+SF house. Only 2 towels per bathroom (you tend to use a lot of towels is using the hot tube or sauna). Casement windows are dated and need replacement- some hinges are rotting and some windows were broken, labeled with "do not open" signs. Dry sauna is oddly located in a downstairs en suite. House Entry: Had to call Iron Horse property management on arrival as the 6-digit door code given to us via email was the door code for the door leading to the overhead garage door (which was closed)- we needed the 4-digit garage code to get into the garage. Minor detail, but we were made to feel like idiots by the Iron Horse person on the other line- that we should've studied the email or the nearly useless app more closely. HOA/neighbors: Our 9-person group must have appeared larger than reality, as we got a call on day #5 of 7 from Iron Horse asking us if our group was really 9 people- some neighborhood "detective" thought we had 13 people. I assured the Iron Horse rep that we, in fact, didn't lie to them about our occupancy. Funny, this detective didn't seem to complain about the group of twenty somethings who were karaoke-ing it up at (I assume) mommy and daddy's 2nd house until 2am on July 4th. Backyard: The back lawn is NOT as large as it looks in the pictures (since these are in the winter, and appear to include common area into the yard area) but we were able to put up a badminton net on this sloped back yard. Overall impression: This house is at the end of the street and has great views to the southwest from the upper and lower deck (lower has the hot tube). Super quiet location (except for one night of neighbors partying) which is great for a relaxing and enjoying the beautiful view. Good location for jumping into trail running or mountain biking, but mass transit hookups are more cumbersome.

Great place to escape during the Pandemic and do some remote learning/work.

Top of the Mountain!!
Complete comfort and convenience for family. From bedrooms/bathrooms/gathering areas to wine cellar to steam/sauna plus over the top kitchen that made our food prep soooooo easy this has to be the finest rental we have ever experienced over 25 years!!! Great spot for sun, ski and fun!
Our group stayed for 3 nights and loved everything about the house. There was plenty of space for the kiddos to play and we had ample space in the kitchen to enjoy some home cooked meals. We also loved the deck and AMAZING view! We were pleasantly surprised with the weather as it was 60 degrees and sunny in February and we had time to enjoy the deck and patio and backyard with some snow shoe adventures. We even saw a fox! We loved the instruction book inside the house and the toiletries available in each bathroom. We also appreciated having highchairs and cribs available in the house for our use. The house is well furnished with beautiful finishings and lends well to larger groups with a couple living spaces and plenty of rooms to spread out. The kitchen island was a favorite!

What a vacation!
Thank you so much for a wonderful experience at your beautiful home on Silver Lane. Our group had an excellent time and enjoyed the amenities at your property. My boyfriend proposed to me on the mountain and we were able to celebrate back at the house with all of our friends and family. It was so nice having a place that felt like home, and being able to relax after a long day of skiing! We are hoping after the wedding to make our stay at this beautiful property an annual event.

Perfect home for a family gathering!
What a perfect place to celebrate my grandmothers 93rd birthday. Our large family took advantage of the open kitchen/dining/living/deck area to visit in small and large groups. There was plenty of space in this beautiful home for the grandchildren to play or to find a quiet place for reflection. The views from all the rooms were awesome and the deck . . . Wow! A great location for the adventurers in the family as well.
