A splendid villa in a fine location

Wir hatten einen ganz wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Ferien Villa. Diese ist Top ausgestattet. Alles da, was man braucht. Sehr schöner Pool. Wir waren 8 Personen. Wir würden die Immobilie jederzeit empfehlen. Ein bisschen abseits, für Jugendliche ist fußläufig abends eher wenig geboten. Aber trotzdem alles super. Auch das Meer absolut sauber. Sehr sehr nette Vermieter und Kontaktperson. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Väldigt mysigt hus som passade vår familj och vår semester. Bra läge med promenadavstånd till affären och stranden(det finns vagn att låna när man handlar). Ingen insyn så väldigt privat trädgård. Världens bästa gasol-stekbord istället för grill så det var enkelt att laga mat till alla.

Cadre idyllique accueil très sympa . Contact téléphonique avec la propriétaire très chaleureux.
Séjour en famille ou chacun peut trouver son cocon au sein de cette superbe villa . Les extérieurs piscine terrain de boules table de ping pong sont au top. Sentiments partagés par les 10 participants . Villa a conseillée fortement.

Beautiful house
The architecture of the house is beautiful typical Provence style. The kitchen was well equipped. The living room/dinning room area is small and cramped the table is large the sofa only accommodates 3 people comfortably so not adequate for a house that sleeps 10. The outdoor sitting area is very comfortable and shaded there is a big table outside for outdoor meals nice kitchen as well. The pool is very clean a bit cool, surrounded by nice comfortable lounge chairs. The yard is a bit over grown needs a bit of TLC. It is a nice area but with a bit of road noise, 10 mn walk to large grocery store 25mn to other shops, a good bakery and a market on Monday.

Perfect for family vacation.
We had a terrific time at villa Manacora. The house was perfect for two families with room to spare. We especially loved the outdoor area, with a great pool and outdoor kitchen. The proximity to the beach and Saint Maxime 10 minutes away makes it a perfect holiday getaway. I can strongly recommend it! Magnus Skoog with family.

Amazing stay
We stayed here for one week with the family. In total we were with 10 people. The place was amazing. The house was clean, no problems, the pool excellent. We had nothing to complain everything went well, from our welcome to leaving. We had a perfect stay and would love to come back!

SEJOUR INOUBLIABLE
Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans cette magnifique villa. C'est une villa très bien équipée (au niveau équipement ménager et autre, rien ne manque). Elle est bien clôturée, donc pas de danger avec des enfants. Elle est également très fonctionnelle. Tout y est pratique. Les chambres sont presque toutes équipées de salle de bain et de WC, ce qui est agréable car chaque couple peut disposer de son espace. La terrasse, la cuisine d'été, la douche extérieure avant et après la piscine qui sont indispensables dans un endroit où on vit la plupart du temps dehors, tout est parfaitement conçue. La piscine est également magnifique. Il y a largement assez de transats pour tous les occupants de la villa, ce qui n'est pas systématiquement le cas dans toutes les locations. Elle est chauffée, sans clore et à l'eau salée. Nous avons deux petits en bas âge, qui ont appris à nager dans cette piscine. le fait qu'elle soit chauffée leur a permis d'y passer beaucoup de temps, sans jamais avoir froid, Ils ont appris à nager sous l'eau sans jamais que ça ne leur pique les yeux. Enfin la villa est très bien située. On peut aller à la plage en à peine 5 mn à pied par un petit chemin agréable et sans même avoir besoin de traverser la route. Nous avons fait plusieurs locations dans la région, celle ci est de loin notre préférée. Nous espérons pouvoir y revenir l'été prochain. Dans tous les cas, nous recommanderons à nos proches et amis cette location.

Magnifique en tous points!
Tout est conforme à l'annonce, voir même mieux! Pisicne tres sécurisée, propre et chauffée à 24 => nous en avons profité chaque jour au mois d'avril!! La maison est plus que bien équipée, rien ne manque pour bébé, pour les enfants et pour les adultes. La disposition des chambres, les salles de bain/WC multiples nous ont permis de passer d'inoubliables vacances à 2 familles (4 adultes/ 4 enfants / 1 bébé) et nous n'avons meme pas utilisé l'étage! Le terrain clôt est un plus pour les petits enfants, aucun vis à vis, le lieu est tres calme, plage et commerces à quelques minutes à pied par une voie piétonne! Nous repartirons assurément et n'hésiterons pas à communiquer l'adresse à nos proches! Dur de reprendre le travail apres cette semaine de rêve...

superbes vacances !.....
Nous étions 8 adultes (famille) la villa était prévue pour 10 et je peux dire que rien ne manquait et pourtant nous en avons connu des locations. L'accueil a été parfait (on était en avance de 2 heures.... ), la maison belle et propre, l'entretien de la piscine régulier - tout était comme décrit dans l'annonce, même mieux.... En tout les cas c'est une adresse à retenir et à communiquer - Notre séjour était plutôt destiné au repos, à part St. Tropez nous n'avons rien visité (de plus nous connaissions déjà un peu l'endroit....) Je peux tout de même dire que les gens sur place sont d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle, c'est rare dans les endroits aussi touristiques. A recommander 100%

AMAZING LAKEFRONT RENTAL!!
We stayed here this summer and the property is fantastic! There are 4 good size bedrooms with queen beds that were incredibly comfortable and it was amazing to fall asleep at night listening to the sound of the waves crashing on the shore. The sunrise and sunsets were incredible and here you get the best of both worlds. The lake views are the best you can ask for and we sat outside for all of our meals on the covered porch watching the storms come through, boats go by, and people fishing. The dock is great to tie a boat up to and they have a jetski lift and floating raft to hang out on. We had campfires at night and took the boat over to the nearby sandbar where we spent full days. About a 30 min boat ride to Wolfboro and Laconia where we watched fireworks on friday night. Also they have a great card table and big screen TV upstairs where we watched movies as a family and played games. We had a Great meal at Ellacoya Barn and Grille http://www.barnandgrille.com/ which is 10 min car ride and we also ate breakfast at a small coffee shop in alton bay. One of the most relaxing and rejuvenating getaways we have had in years and you are close to enough things if you want to go out for a night or choose to eat in every night!
