Mas restored in 2007 with a private infinity pool, with two bedrooms with double bed and a child bed on the mezzanine with a single bed and an extra bed, a bathroom and a shower room, two WCs. Very quiet, close to the hill, pleasant terraces and garden, table tennis, ideal for walking or cycling, sandy beach 1Km away, close to all shops.

Tolle Woche im authentischen provenzalischen Mas

Wir danken Ihnen Herr Rousseau, für die Woche, die wir in Ihrem schönen Haus verbringen durften! Das Haus war mit den dicken Mauern immer angenehm kühl, eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Der Pool war bei der Sommerhitze einfach wunderbar! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Location conforme en tout point au descriptif, très agréable à vivre. Denis est un hôte aux petits soins, je recommande et nous y séjournerons de nouveau avec plaisir !

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Denis und seine Frau sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es ist ein idyllisches Haus mit einem tollen Pool. Sehr zu empfehlen. Die Gegend ist wunderschön und man kann viele Städte mit kurzer Anfahrtszeit besuchen.

Maison avec piscine

Nous étions un couple avec un bébé. Nous avons beaucoup aimé ce séjour dans cette maison. La piscine est sécurisée ce qui est un plus lorsqu'on a un enfant en bas âge. Je vous recommande cette location. De plus le propriétaire est très arrangeant.

Maison vétuste vu le prix de la location. Chaleur dans la maison et surtout les chambres , celle du rdc sent le moisie ainsi que le salon obligé de laisser la maison ouverte même en absence de notre part. Route à côté de la maison , va et viens toute la journée. Literie à changer et matelas de transat sale et vieux. En bref aucun confort dans cette maison. Au vu des prestations tarif irréaliste. A éviter.

Erholsamer Urlaub in Strandnähe

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub mit unserem 2 Jährigen Sohn dort verbracht. Übergabe war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Das Haus ist ein altes Haus, dass traditionell modernisiert und eingerichtet wurde. Die Küche ist mit modernen Elektrogeräten eingerichtet und es gibt Fliegenschutz an den Schlafzimmerfenstern. Pool und Außenbereich sind super schön und Kindersicher. Zum Meer bzw. in die Stadt läuft man ca. 20 Minuten bzw. 5 min mit dem Auto.

Schöner Urlaub an der Cote d'Azur

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Denis und seiner Frau begrüßt und haben uns im gemütlichen, liebevoll eingerichteten Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und werden gerne wieder unseren Urlaub dort verbringen.

Wunderbar

Das Haus passt perfekt für einen Familienurlaub! Man kann unter sich sein, hat aber auch viele Möglichkeiten zum Bummeln, Strand und Essen in 20 min. Fussnähe-! Es ist alles sehr unkompliziert!

Ein perfekter Urlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen und entspannten Urlaub. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Pool ist toll, gut gepflegt und hat eine sehr schöne Größe. Die Kinder haben quasi darin gewohnt. Eine kindersichere Umzäunung sorgt außerdem bei Bedarf dafür, dass Kleinkinder nicht unbeaufsichtigt ans Wasser kommen. Denis und seine Frau waren großartige Gastgeber: sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und bei Fragen und Probleme immer schnell zur Stelle. (Als die Waschmaschine defekt war, sorgte Denis z. B. in Rekordzeit für Ersatz.) Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt! Gerne wieder!

Sonne, Meer und grüne Natur

Wir waren mit unseren zwei Jugendlichen Kindern in diesem wundervollem Haus zu Gast. Die Fotos und Beschreibungen sind so wie dargestellt und ließen für uns keine Wünsche offen. Der Strand und ein Laden sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt sehr schöne naturbelassene Strände in wenigen Autominuten. Der Pool ist natürlich toll (man kann nicht darun stehen). Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Viel Grün! Die Umgebung lädt zu Ausflügen ein. Vor den französischen Ferien ist es auch wirklich nicht überlaufen dort. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war ausgezeichnet und die Abwicklung ebenso. Gerne geben wir fünf Sterne, weil wir uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt haben.

Super Ferien

Wir haben schöne 2 Wochen in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Der Hahn in der Nachbarschaft gehört in den Kochtopf,er hat uns manchmal morgens geweckt.

Het is niet gemakkelijk om te betreden . De treden zijn niet gelijk buiten ( opletten bij het stappen),veel niveau verschil. Zithoek is donker. Badkamers oud . In 2de kamer geen echte kleerkast ,een 3 hoek. Afstand naar het strand was te doen 15' a 20' wandelen. Een aangenaam stand.

Very nice and spacious house

The house is very well equipped. All was present. The pool was nice. We enjoyed it a lot. The only downside was de road which was heavily used during our stay. This was maybe more than normal due to some construction activity. The host is very attentive and resolved an issue we encountered really fast.

Ein Schmuckstück

Das alte Bauernhaus ist ein Schmuckstück, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Pool mit Überlauf war toll für die Kids, der Gastgeber ist nett, nur der Strand ist 1,5km entfernt. Wir hatten einen gelungenen Urlaub.

Un nouveau rêve

Wir haben zum zweiten Mal das Haus der Familie Rousseau gebucht und haben wieder eine schöne Zeit gehabt. Das Haus bietet alles, was wir als Familie brauchen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und der Grill draußen wurde von uns fast täglich benutzt. Wir lieben den Pool und dass wir zu Fuß sind den Ort und an den Strand gehen können. Jederzeit wieder

Sommer 2021

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances dans la belle maison de vacances de la famille Rousseau. L'emplacement de la maison dans un quartier résidentiel calme est idéal pour les familles. Toutes les installations de loisirs et de shopping sont facilement accessibles. Nous avons marché presque tous les jours jusqu'à la belle plage. Les possibilités de shopping au Lavandou-Faviere et au Lavandou sont suffisamment nombreuses. La piscine, comme le montrent les photos, a été largement utilisée par nous. L'ensemble de la propriété et la maison sont très bien entretenus et conçus avec amour

Schrottauto auf dem Grundstück,es regnet durchs Dach im Wintergarten,teilweise in einem Bad keine Stehhöhe.Gesamteindruck,wenig gepflegte Anlage,Mietpreis nicht wert.
