Relaxing

Owners were polite and friendly. Location is picturesque. 2 bedroom apartment that we stayed in had everything we needed. There was no laundry available, but they washed our clothes for us. No drier so be prepared tu o have your clothes air dry. Would stay here again.

Toskana in Reinkultur

Wunderschöne rustikale Ferienwohnung mit traumhaftem Blick in die Landschaft der Toskana. Die Nähe zu den Kulturstätten und den zauberhaften Wanderwegen schafft Abwechslung. Der Pool kühlt einen runter am Abend… so geht Erholung. Wer wirklich kochen will, vermisst den Ofen, eine Pfanne und Kochzubehör. Für Nudeln mit Sauce reicht die Ausstattung. Der Morgenkaffee kommt aus einer winzigen Espressomaschine für zwei… da muss man halt mehrfach ran. Das sind aber alles keine Gründe…. Es war ein toller Urlaub

Great place at a reasonable price

We stayed with Susanna for 3 nights in their 2 bedroom apartment on top and truly enjoyed the experience. Their home is centrally located in Tuscany and you can access 10 beautiful towns within one hour distance. They are working on making their place even better for future guests. Only reason we don't provide full 5 stars are a few details like mosquito screens needed in all windows and some deferred maintenance that should have been taken care of before arrival but very nice experience overall. Thank you!

bella struttura tipica toscana

Un bel tipico casolare toscano completamente ristrutturato e funzionale. l'appartamento stupendo con le travi a vista ed i mattoni del soffitto, molto curato ma allo stesso tempo essenziale. la piscina anche se piccola offre un panorama sulla vallata meravigliosa. I proprietari disponibili anche se non vi è stato necessario nessun intervento. La pulizia dell'appartamento ha peccato su alcune situazioni, ovvero alcune posate e piatti non lavati bene, lavandino un pò intasato. Consiglierei la struttura anche perchè si trova in un punto strategico alle principali città da visitare, tranquilla con un'aria pulita.

"Après un échange par mails et un accueil très chaleureux par les propriétaires des 2 gites voisins,un séjour (2 semaines en juillet) des plus agréables .Des conseils de visites très utiles de la part de Susanna qui adore sait faire partager son amour pour sa région. Tout était à la hauteur : cadre superbe, appartement confortable, piscine très bien située avec une vue imprenable. Facilité d''accès et bon point de départ pour visiter la Toscane. Possibilité au village de Tavarnelle de prendre le bus pour aller à Florence, sans s''encombrer de la voiture dans cette magnifique ville où tout se découvre à pied, et où il est difficile et coûteux de garer la voiture.A recommander!"

"L''accueil est inexistant,le logement qui nous a été attribué ne correspondait pas à nos attentes? La terrasse 5m2 était à partager avec le logement situé sur le même pallier. La piscine ovale 5x10 est à partager avec la podere d''à côté, nous nous sommes retrouvés certaines fois à 15 personnes et + autour d''une piscine prévue pour 6 personnes."

"Séjour de rêve dans un cadre idyllique ! L'accueil fut charmant et très convivial, l'appartement abslolument impeccable et la vue magnifique. L'endroit est superbe, très calme et la piscine très agréable après une rude journée de visites culturelles ! Se méfier toutefois des moustiques, plutôt voraces, mais c'est un détail au regard des richesses qu'offre cet endroit. Les gens du coin ont tous été serviables et sympathiques. A noter une excellente "cantine" au Parco Morale de Tavarnelle. Sienne et Florence ne sont guère qu'à 30-40 min de route et le paysage est incroyable. Une seule envie : y retourner !"

"Todo perfecto, las fotos no hacen justicia a la casa, es mucho mejor aún, las vistas increíbles, todo el apartemento estaba equipado con todo lo necesario. La piscina muy bien cuidada y los propietarios discretos pero muy atentos. Muy bien comunicado de Firenze y Sienna. Supermercado a 2 km escasos. Viñedos muy cerca y espectaculares puestas de sol. Lo recomiendo a todo el mundo. Perfect! A+++"

" Propre, calme, avec un...

" Propre, calme, avec une vue splendide depuis la chambre sur la campagne Toscane, nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'aménagement de plein pied, à l'étage, accessible par escalier extérieur et terrasse. Le mobilier, l'équipement et la décoration trés agréable sont en excellent état. seul bemol : le système de chauffage efficace mais un peu bruyant. Atout suplémentaire : la proximité (5-10 min) de la voie rapide Florence-Sienne constitue un excellent point de départ pour les excursions dans ces deux villes. Enfin, l'accueil chaleureux et la présence discrète des propriétaires (maison voisine) est à signaler."
