Wonderful and Cozy Place
We really enjoyed our stay at Philips place. It is necessary to read his instruction to find the place since Our GPS did lead us somewhere else. But with Philips text it was easy to find :-) Bring Towels, I overread that there are not any. The fireplace is magical and the house has place for many people!

Auf den ersten Blick schön, aber…
… war alles vorhanden. Leider zeigten sich bei genauerem Hinsehen etliche und zum Teil massive Mängel: 1. in der Beschreibung steht nicht, dass Strom separat zu zahlen ist. Ich warte mal ab, was kommt. 2. in der Beschreibung steht nicht, dass Handtücher und Bettwäsche mitzubringen sind. Erfreulicherweise hatte ich zuvor sicherheitshalber nachgefragt. 3. die Terrasse aus Holz ist in einem völlig desolaten Zustand. Die Bretter sind durch mangelnde Pflege morsch, krumm und schief. Bei jedem Schritt ist zu befürchten, dass man durchbricht. 4. der Freisitz mit seiner Sitzbank ist überhaupt nicht nutzbar, da in einem noch schlechteren Zustand, als die Terrasse. 5. ein Pool ist vorhanden, darf aber nicht genutzt werden. 6. die Sonnenschutzjalousie über der Terrasse war völlig vermoost und hatte zwei riesengroße Risse. 7. die Elektroinstallationen erwecken einen wenig professionellen Eindruck. 8. in der Küche fehlen im Bereich des Spülbeckens teilweise die Silikonabdichtungen; in den E Kanten bildet sich Schimmel. 9. im Bad am Badewannenrand überall Schimmel. 10. nach dem Duschen läuft irgendwo unter der Wanne im Bereich des Fensters Wasser heraus. 11. im Obergeschoss befinden sich die Betten. Diese sind recht bequem und noch nicht durchgelegen. 12. der Balkon ist nicht nutzbar, da dort eine weitere (neue oder ältere?) Jalousie lagert. Zudem sind die Bretter dort in etwa genauso vertrauenserregend, wie auf der Terrasse. 13. dass alles vort Ort vorhanden ist (Babybett…) ist nicht

Prima verblijf in een mooie omgeving
Fijn verblijf, jammer dat het zwembad niet functioneerde en het huis en de tuin kunnen wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken. Huis is verder van alle gemakken voorzien en is sfeervol ingericht.Aanrader!

Bon équipement dans le chalet…mais les abords autour sont mal entretenus.
La « piscine » hors-sol est en piteux état, la bâche qui la couvre est remplie d’une eau sale et attire les moustiques, à la limite insalubre…..c’est dommage d’avoir cette pollution visuelle juste à côté de la terrasse. La photo qui présente cet hébergement date de 2008 apparemment….

Le chalet est bien conçu. L'équipement est parfait. Séjour reposant. Dans certains précédents commentaires on pouvait lire que l'état de propreté laissé à désirer mais nous concernant, ce n'était pas le cas. Seul quelques toiles d'araignées étaient présentes; ce qui est normal. Le chalet est en effet difficile à trouver mais en suivant les instructions du propriétaire on fini par y arriver et nous avons fait le chemin sur Google Maps. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir. Tout est fait pour que votre séjour soit un plaisir. Merci encore au propriétaire.

Nous avons passé le réveillon de nouvel an en famille dans ce chalet très cosy. Malgré le temps pluvieux nous avons pu profiter des petites balades dans la région. Séjour très agréable au feu de bois .

On a eu un peu de mal à trouver le chalet surtout dans la nuit
On a passé un bon séjour dans le chalet mais le ménage c'était pas top on a retrouvé des sous-vêtement salle derrière le lit et des capotes pas top pour l'hygiène

Gros problème de propreté
Un joli chalet mais particulièrement sale. Parquet, plinthes encrassés, objets divers (mouchoir, paquet de chewing-gum, de bonbon, fléchette, briquet... etc) sous les lits et le divan. Joints de la SDB noircis, baignoire et accessoires sales, baignoire bouchée, housse de coussins grisâtres... etc... nous avons passé du temps à nettoyer en surface mais cela reste insuffisant. Dommage, le chalet est agréable.

Lieu et chalet agréable, la rivière à proximité fait du bien aux oreilles. Il ne manque rien. Petit bémol, pression eau chaude dans la douche insuffisante, compliqué pour les cheveux longs. Le numéro du chalet n'est pas indiqué, heureusement les gens du coin nous ont aidé à trouver. Besoin d'un rafraîchissement sur l'extérieur. Mais séjour agréable.

Nice and quiet
We stayed for a week, family with 3 kids. Nice quiet surroundings, everything you need is there in the house. We collected blackberries in the garden, did some walks and went swimming and climbing in Plombieres. The Friday evening market in Gironde Val d’Aiol is nice. The house could do with some updates but it was more then enough for us. We had a great time.
