Try sitting around the fire pit and catching a view of the mountains during those gorgeous early evening sunsets.

There's easy access to Hwy 111 or Hwy 210. Ideally located just two minutes from Smoke Tree Commons with restaurants, shopping, grocery/drug stores and banks. Downtown Palm Springs is less than 3.5 miles away where you will find plenty of shopping, dining and entertainment for your enjoyment. Only 2 mile from PS airport, yet not bothered by aircraft noise. This area has least amount of wind in Palm Springs making it even more desirable.

Hi and welcome;
I'm a retired Firefighter and I have to say "the beat goes on." I worked 30 years dealing with plenty of hot times and apparently I just can't stay away from that heat cause here I am in the desert.
Seriously though.... This heat can be managed much easier and enjoyed much more then what I was confronted with during my career.
Our job taught us routinely to clean up messes and put things away after the work was complete. So whether being at an emergency scene, cooking dinner at the firehouse, everything that was used is put back and ready to be able to use it again by us or the next crew coming to work the next day. These were some of the routines instilled in me from that job along with those responsibilities that are here to stay. Those same intensions are maintained with this home and I ask those who stay ere to please do the same.
This house has been redone with lots of love and sweat and yes much of that sweat from working in that desert heat. But I enjoyed the creativity of it all living the finished product makes it all worth it.
The bottom line is my wife and I love and enjoy the comforts of this home. We put it together and are offering to share it with those who can respect and understand that same kind responsibility and love to that went into this home.
So now you know a little bit about me and this home in the desert I hope you can relate a little.
