Trop de bruit voisin en location permanente
Très bonne emplacement et pièce à vivre simple et pratique pour une personne. Cependant, le voisin de droite est en location permanente et répare des vélos à n’importe quellle heure 20h…4h du matin …et mets sa musique assez fort. (Hôte prévenu j’espère qu’il réglera le problème) L’endroit est proche de la plage et le parking est assez proche de l’appartement.

Hôte très sympathique . L'endroit est très calme et agréable, sous les pins. Studio bien équipé et situé proche de la plage (environ 10 mms en vélo par pistes cyclables) . Très peu de vis à vis et petit bout de rez-de-chaussée de jardin parfait !

Ein wunderschöner fahrradfreundlicher Ort. Ein schönes Häuschen - klein aber den Ansprüchen genügend. Alles vor Ort. Fahrräder sollte man vor Ort haben. Es gibt auch zwei funktionierende ältere an der Wohnung.

Ideale per tutto!
Mini appartamento grazioso, esattamente come da descrizione, bello anche il giardino ombreggiato dai pini. Con il cane si possono fare passeggiate nella pineta circostante. Molto gradite le due biciclette in "dotazione" per arrivare in paese più velocemente che con l'auto e per esplorare i dintorni. Tutta la regione è fornita di piste ciclabili che permettono di raggiungere i paesi vicini e, per i più ardui, anche Bordeaux. Il paese anche se piccolo dispone di tutti i servizi, perfetto per il mare e le attività sportive. Il padrone di casa è molto disponibile e gentile. Insomma, una bella vacanza.

Quiétude entre les pins
Nous avons passé à 2 un très agréable séjour dans ce petit pavillon niché entre les pins. Les photos décrivent à juste titre les commodités proposées. Le tarif est très attractif avec le prêt des vélos inclus ++ ;). Le soleil (quand il y en a bien sur :)) est présent sur la terrasse du levé au couché. ++. L'accueil par le propriétaire était des plus charmant. ++

Pavillon très agréable et pratique
Je recommande fortement cette location qui est très agréable, pratique pour une famille de 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Le pavillon est confortable, bien équipé et au calme sous les pins. Bon contact avec le propriétaire. Le pavillon est bien situé à 15 min à pied du centre de Lacanau Océan et à 20 min à pied de la plage nord. Sinon possibilité de circuler à vélo ou en voiture. On a passé de très bonnes vacances.

pas d'accord avec l'appréciation de "crapulette"où elle conseille cette location aux personnes à mobilité réduite et à celles,sans voiture . Elles restent alors sur la terrasse, la mer est à 15 bonnes minutes à pied Accueil chaleureux, appartement sympa, bon rapport qualité prix. De bonnes balades à vélo et à pieds, très agréables, au milieu du calme des forêts. on y retournera peut -être P.S : le couchage du clic clac est moyen

C’est la deuxième fois que nous louons cet appartement et que se soit en été ou au printemps, nous avons encore passé un superbe séjour. L’appartement correspond bien au descriptif. Il est idéalement situé à proximité de la plage, dans la forêt, au calme dans une résidence très agréable où tous les appartements sont de plein pied. Il y a même des jeux pour les enfants. La terrasse est grande, très bien exposée, clôturée, l’appartement est très lumineux, spacieux (nous sommes un couple avec deux enfants), bien équipé, deux grands placards pour tout ranger (il manque peut être un petit lave-vaisselle).

Bel appartement dans la pinède, très propre, belle terrasse ensoleillée, fonctionnel. A 5 min de la mer, un peu à l’écart du centre ville, mais c’est mieux, c’est plus calme. Piste cyclable à côté. Accueil très agréable. Très bon rapport qualité prix. A recommander.
