Séjour très agréable, résidence calme proche du centre de Pontaillac et de la plage.

Nous connaissions très bien la région , donc nous avons profité des plages et re- visité nos villages préférés : Talmont, Mornac sur Seudre, La Palmyre, Royan,St Palais. La Transat en Solitaire faisait étape à Royan, nous avons admiré de près les magnifiques voiliers.

Appartement au premier etage

Les vacances se sont bien passees, mais nous avons reçu des remarques desobligeantes de la part de la proprietaire apres coup, jusqu,a dire. qu,il aurait ete poli de preciser que nous etions 4 , mais si nous avons loué c,est justement parce qu,il l,appartement etait prevu pour 4 personnes , qu,apres notre depart il restait quelques miettes, alors que nous avions fait le menage complet de l,apparetement , elle souligne notre desinvolture, apres de tels propos , nous ne retournerons certainement pas chez cette personne visiblement, excessivement pointilleuse . L,annonce manque de precision .

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l'appartement est très bien situé et tout le confort possible pour des vacances en famille (un couple et un enfant) Très bon accueil à l'arrivée et très bonne communication Nous reviendrons sûrement dans le coin

Petit appartement

Très bon accueil. Appartement bien situé, pas très loin de la mer. Il manquerait des placards pour ranger nos affaires (valises, vêtements...) . Et un petit coup de " fraîcheur" serait le bienvenu, surtout pour la salle de bain.

Un excellent séjour

Appartement idéalement situé proche des plages, du sentier côtier et du centre ville, très bien équipé et agencé, belle terrasse de laquelle il y a une superbe vue sur la mer. Rien à redire, nous y reviendrons.

L'appartement est propre et bien équipé. Il est bien situé, dans un quartier tranquille mais néanmoins proche des commerces et animations. La place de parking est appréciable.

La location est conforme à l'annonce. L'appartement dans la petite résidence est très propre et fonctionnel, la déco sobre et sympa ; la literie est ferme. Il est bien situé, avec vue sur la mer et commerces à proximité (boulangerie, tarterie, pizzeria, rôtisserie, glacier, buraliste, restaurants, banques...) ; les plages même les plus proches sont surveillées. Visite du zoo de la PALMYRE. Location à recommander sans hésitation. Merci à la propriétaire.

location a recommander!

La location est très bien située, au calme, pas loin des plages. On est proche de Royan, La Palmyre, et l’accès au chemin qui longe la côte est à 100M. On peut se déplacer à vélo ou à pied pour des personnes qui, comme moi, n'ont pas de voiture. Il y a aussi un service de bus qui dessert toutes la cote. L'appartement est très bien agencé et très fonctionnel. il y a tout ce dont on a besoin (même les petits objets très utiles et qu'on ne pense pas forcément à apporter en vacances). Il y a un balcon plein sud avec vue sur le phare de Cordouan, une chambre séparée. tout est propre et lumineux. c'est une location à recommander!
