About this property

Charming little new Bastide with private swimming pool in Drôme Provençale

In a quiet and residential area in the countryside, overlooking a small river (dry in the summer), but a few minutes from the shops, we offer to rent for a successful holiday, this charming new Bastide.
It is part of our gites - Divided into 2 identical dwellings offering exactly the same services (decoration, tiling, paintings and furnishings)... A real little cocoon... With ground floor + first floor, it has been built in the purest Provencal style and has been designed to welcome our guests in the best conditions: in addition to a careful and contemporary decoration, you will appreciate its terrace with pergola for meals, but especially its real small private and buried swimming pool of 5x3m immediately adjacent to your terrace on the front of the house (each accommodation has its own private swimming pool. You do not share anything, nor the swimming pool). This oasis of coolness will be welcome on very hot summer days. You have your own private parking space, and your own private entrance with wrought iron gate. Everything has been designed to preserve your privacy (you can't see from one to the other of the swimming pools, or even from the first floor).
Starting point for many possible visits (Vaison la Romaine, Nyons, Venterol, museums, vineyards, rivers, etc...) but also for walks from the house or by bike. Possibility to have electric bikes or mountain bikes delivered by our partner.

House disinfected and disinfectants on site.
At 1km supermarket with everything you need (bakery, fish shop, butcher's, etc.... Departure of many walks in the nature (hiking, cycling). Possible delivery of bikes on the spot by our partner.

Magnifique Bastide !
Nous avons passé ma fille et moi, d'excellente vacances dans ce petit cocon. La piscine un pur bonheur, la maison très propre et très fonctionnelle, la propriétaire au top. Encore merci Sylvie pour votre accueil et vos petites attention.

Prima locatie direct aan pittige wandel- en fietsroutes. 2km van het centrum van Nyons. Bij aankomst werden we verrast met wat locale lekkernijen. Het huisje was fris en schoon maar is duidelijk meerdere jaren in gebruik. De Wifi werkte goed. De grote bomen rondom het tuintje beperkten de ochtend zon.

Les installations sont irréprochables. L'idée de la petite piscine juste devant le lieu de vie est vraiment lumineuse. Malheureusement, nous sommes de la vieille école et prendre possession de la maison sans les propriétaires n'est pas une pratique agréable à nôtre goût. Mais objectivement, rien a redire sur ce séjour. À bientôt et merci.

Deze typisch franse vakantiewoning is uiterst charmant en gezellig , perfect voor 4 volwassenen en twee kinderen. Het zwembad is met zijn beperkte oppervlakte toch zeer aangenaam om verkoeling te verkrijgen. En niet te vergeten , de verwelkoming door de eigenares , Sylvie , een uiterst vriendelijke en communicatieve dame .

Nettes Haus am Rande von Nyons
Nettes, sauberes, gut ausgestattetes Haus mit kleinem Pool. Das eine vorhandene und kleine Badezimmer dürfte bei der Belegung des Hauses mit mehr als 3 Personen einen Engpass bedeuten. Die Nähe zur Stadt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/Restaurants war gut. Leider führte eine Straße direkt am Haus vorbei und war morgens und abends stark frequentiert. Auch befanden sich Müllcontainer für die gesamte Nachbarschaft in unmittelbarer Nähe. Guter Standort für den Besuch umliegender Städte und Märkte. Die Vermieterin war sehr aufgeschlossen und freundlich.

Charmante maison au calme
La bastide est charmante, très bien équipée et très bien située : commerces à proximités, balades et découverte d'une région magnifique. La petite piscine est bien agréable pour se rafraîchir et les nombreuses promenades à la sortie de la maison nous ont ravis ainsi que nos chiens. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la propriétaire et nous la remercions pour les cadeaux typiques de la région offerts à notre arrivée. Nous y retournerons avec un grand plaisir.

La bastide est charmante, très bien équipée et bien située (commerces, promenade, région magnifique). La petite piscine est bien agréable pour se rafraîchir et les nombreuses promenades à la sortie de la maison nous ont ravis ainsi que notre boxer. Une location à recommander
Une location tout à fait conforme à la description sur le site, une maison, idéalement située ( à proximité de la ville de Nyons et d'un supermarché), charmante, décorée avec gout, confortable , pratique et bien agencée. Le jardin avec la terrasse et la piscine ont ravi les petits comme les grands, et même notre lévrier! Nous étions 5, 3 enfants et 2 adultes et nous n'avons pas manqué de place, Un tout grand merci à la propriétaire, charmante elle aussi, qui nous a renvoyé le doudou de notre petite fille oublié sur place.
