Single storey villa with Guest accommodation certificate (328 / AL) which gives us license to rent, modern style, ideal to enjoy a family holiday.
Situated on the seafront, with enough privacy (enclosed land), only neighbors on the left side, terrace with sea views, beautiful sunsets. Cottage and beach, situated on the Costa Vicentina.
Saltwater pool 9mx4m.
With Internet WI-FI and cable TV (ZON), Satellite TV.
Protected area, very quiet.
House with four bedrooms, a large living room, barbecue, private pool.
Around it are the most beautiful beaches of the Algarve, Clerics Montes, Arrifana and Amoreira.

Geräumiges, sehr schönes Ferienhaus in einmaliger Lage
Wir hatten mit 9 Personen ( zwei Familien mit insgesamt fünf Kindern zwischen 5 und 15) einen richtig tollen Aufenthalt. Im großzügigen Haus ist alles, was man braucht und Ana Maria ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Aussicht mit unverbautem Blick aufs Meer und die Sonnenuntergänge sind sensationell. Sehr ruhig mit schattengebenden Bäumen im Garten. Der Pool ist sauber und toll die Kinder.

Schönes Familienhaus in Toplage
Wir haben mit vier Erwachsenen und vier Teenagern eine sehr gut Zeit und genügend Platz gehabt. Der Pool ist sauber und schön tief, in 15 min ist man zu Fuß am Meer. Die Küche hat zwar alles was man braucht, leider ist die Ausstattung (wie so oft) von geringer Qualität. Toll sind Tischkicker und Billardplatte, für letztere wird eine Nutzungsgebühr erhoben. Das ist bei dem Hauspreis und der bestenfalls durchschnittlichen Qualität des Billard-Equipments unnötig. Trotzdem: klare Empfehlung, besonders für Familien.

Casa com boas condições, espaçosa, equipamentos de lazer em boas condições para usar, boa piscina. Equipamentos de cozinha bons mas, máquina da louça não lava muito bem. Internet demasiado lenta mas, desenrasca. No geral e, como avaliação global, muito bom

Great holidays
A very nice, spacious house, peace and quiet, ideal for families with children. The house is equipped with a spacious kitchen, a lot of pots, glasses, plates, cutlery, etc., 2 large refrigerators, a pool table (for a small surcharge). The property is fenced, nice neighbors. The slight disadvantage is that there is a bit of a wind blowing from the ocean, the house should undergo a slight change of wear (now it's pandemic time so it's not easy). Price-quality VERY GOOD. WE RECOMMEND (6 adults and 3 children (12, 12, 9 years old)).

Wonderful villa with a great view!
We had a great time in the villa. The location is perfect for a calm stay with a great view on the stunning sunsets. Perfect for families. Very nice saltwater pool…. Too much too list!

Hello, The house is really very nice and perfectly located. Ideal for big families or even a group. There were 9 people and there were place enough. As main improvements I think one of the bathrooms the small one need a fixing.... is very disgusting to have a shower. The floor of the shower had some holes when we stayed , there was a teppish but it was kind of bad experience to have a shower . We decided to use only one of the baths. Additionally the decoration is very old fashion. There are so menu tiny things everywhere totally unnecessary....that I suggest putting away. Best regards

"villa tres jolie et grande ,notre remerque et plutot sur les equipements electroS menagerS vetusteS , la litteries pas tres confortables. la bache du rideau sur la terrasse claque toute la nuit .J''ai ete supris par l''attitude la la proprietaire qui nous a imformé d''une erreur dans le solde de la location que nous avons versé en liquide , 11 jours apres notre instalation d''apres elle il manquait 100 euros hors lors de notre arrivée j''ai recompté l''argent et je lui ai demandé de verifier ."

The location of the villa...
The location of the villa is very convenient, with a fantastic sunset on the ocean. It is a 5min drive to the nearest beach (Monte Clerigo). The villa is fairly big and comfortable, the outside areas (pool, etc) are clean. However, as already mentioned directly to the owner, several things urgently need renovation/renewal: bathroom and kitchen fixtures (shower doors and shower curtain rails falling to pieces, very old fridge in both kitchens desperately need replacing, kitchen appliances such as kettle, frying pans, cereal bowls, coffee cups and glasses are either very old, cracked or non-existent).
