Ideal apartment for Beautiful Holidays in the South of France on the Mediterranean Sea.
Spacious and sunny apartment, facing the sea, feet in the water, wonderful panoramic view.
All shops and restaurants at the foot of the residence.

Large corner balcony 30 meters long.
All rooms have sea view.
The living room has 3 sliding bays opening onto the wide.
Each room (living room, kitchen, bedrooms) has views of the Mediterranean Sea, access to the Large Balcony by all rooms.

Beautiful Apartment F3 Spacious and Bright Sea Front , Totally Furnished, 2 bedrooms , living room, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc.), bathroom-shower with washing machine, separate toilet.

A deposit of 500 Euros will be requested when entering the apartment and handing over the keys.

Vacances radieuses

Appartement très agréable, très lumineux avec vue superbe (mer et montagne) par toutes les baies vitrées. Plage juste en face et près de tout commerces, restaurants et marché le lundi juste en face de l'appartement ! Beaucoup de visites à faire alentours. Zwiespältige Erfahrung

Leider haben wir negative Erfahrungen mit der Vermieterin gehabt - das hat unseren Aufenthalt sehr beeinträchtigt. Nach einem nicht verschuldeten Absturz einer Gardinenstange wurden wir deswegen in hysterischer Art und Weise angegangen und haben uns danach an die Agentur gewandt, da wir Bedenken hatten, unsere (viel zu hohe) in bar entrichtete Kaution zurückzubekommen. Fazit: Trotz guter Lage und Ausstattung nur bedingt zu empfehlen. Ohne franzôsische Sprachkenntnisse raten wir ab !

Wunderschöne geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit Traumausblick

So eine perfekte Wohnung, geschmackvoll dekoriert mit ausgefallenen Bildern und Plastiken haben wir noch nie buchen können.Die perekte Ausstattung der Wohnung reicht auch für 6 Personen. Wunderschönes Geschirr. Der wunderbare Ausblick vom Balkon auf das Meer haben wir den ganzen Tag genossen . Abwechslung haben wir in den netten Restaurants nebenan bekommen Danke dafür Nina, René und Patrice

Séjour idéal

L'appartement de Mme et M PEREZ est meublé et décoré avec goût il est très fonctionnel, tout est là, il ne manque rien. L'accueil est très courtois et les petites attentions à notre arrivée nous on fait grand plaisir. Quant à la vue exceptionnelle sur la mer, on en prend plein les yeux... Bref ce fût un formidable séjour. Vivement le prochain !!!

Superbe appartement

Magnifique location, bien située avec tout le confort. Les propriétaires nous ont ont très bien accueilli avec une gentille attention ( vin et petits gâteaux locaux ) Seul petit bémol mais qui n'est pas du fait de M. et Mme PEREZ mais de mon état de santé : il serait souhaitable d'avoir des barres de soutien dans la douche et les toilettes ainsi qu'un fauteuil large et d'assise plus haute! En tout état de cause nous reviendrons si mon état de santé le permet et nous n'hésiterons pas à le conseiller à nos amis

Un séjour au top !

Je recommande cette location à tous points de vue. L’appartement est très fonctionnel, très propre et surtout très bien équipé (wifi et télé dans chaque pièce, le bonheur pour les enfants! ). Il jouit d’un emplacement idéal sur la côte radieuse qui porte bien son nom… la vue du sixième étage est imprenable ! Nous repartons avec des levers de soleil magnifiques dans les yeux. Merci à Madame Perez pour son accueil chaleureux et ses petits cadeaux d’accueil.

Séjour très agréable à recommander

Appartement spacieux, ensoleillé et qui reste lumineux en temps de pluie . Nous étions 5 adultes au mois de novembre . Très jolie décoration bord de mer qui garantit une ambiance vacances . Parfaitement équipé, coupes à champagne comprises, sans oublier un cadeau de bienvenue bien agréable .

Superbe appartement lumineux, confortable, très bien agencé et équipé...et décoré avec goût. !!! Une Vue incroyable entre la mer et le massif des Alberes. Traumhafte Wohnung direkt am Meer

Das Appartement ist traumhaft gelegen mit einem rundumlaufendem Balkon. Alle Zimmer haben Balkontüren und sind wunderschön und sehr gepflegt eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung vor allem an Küchenutensilien ist nicht zu übertreffen. Die Vermieter sind sehr sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir haben traumhafte Wochen verbracht und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Vielen Dank an Familie Perez für diese schöne Wohnung!

Superbe appartement, lumi...

Superbe appartement, lumineux, confortable avec une vue sur la mer dans chacune des pièces. Equipement supérieur à la normal, tant pour la vaisselle, casseroles et autres instruments de cuisine, on se croirait presque à la maison. Et puis comment ne pas oublier la gentillesse des propriétaires et cette formidable région ou une multitudes de châteaux sont à visiter. Voilà, des vacances réussies et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
