Winter or summer, lake, mountain, tranquility to meet for multiple sports activities and cultural activities related to heritage.
The house is very functional; the bay window of the living room allows to live in while enjoying the outdoors.
The area is very quiet, the house being below the road, traffic noise is not audible.
Access to the beach, shops (bakery, grocery store) are easy on foot (excellent breads and croissants) and to get to Annecy cycling is ideal ..

The first Saturday of August, the feast of the lake with large fireworks visible slopes around the lake.
