Our unit is on the 14th floor. It is right below the penthouse floor. The view of the ocean is amazing.

The unit is right in the middle of the building facing east and nothing obstructs your view of the ocean.

Please note that you are responsible for paying directly to the resort the fees described in the Rental Agreement in addition to the taxes and fees charged by VRBO.

Resort fees: $43.95 plus tax per day. Cleaning fees on check out day $175. For other fees please read the Rental Agreement BEFORE entering your credit card information. If you dispute the fees described in the Rental Agreement you will be denied access to the unit.

Please note that the resort will hold $140.00 per day for Incidental Expenses. Your money will be returned if there are no Incidental Expenses during your stay.

- Guests are required to provide the attendant with their Name or Unit Number. Please note that umbrellas are not included.
- The cost for the above is covered by the Resort Fee.
