Beautiful Mountain Top Retreat (MTR) less than 10 mins from downtown Healdsburg!

MTR is a perfect starting point to Alexander Valley and Dry Creek wineries and a short walk to the banks of Russian River where you can float, kayak, paddle board or just lay in the sun.
Nested on Fitch Mountain, MTR is in the heart of nature. You are close enough to downtown Healdsburg (less than 10 mins by car) yet far away to enjoy some peace and quiet.

Enjoy a glass of wine while taking in the exquisite views from the backyard in a very quiet and relaxing environment.

Our elegant 3 story-home is limited to 6 overnight guests. There is a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen size beds, and one bedroom with 2 twin beds (each room is on a separate floor which provides more privacy)
Our gourmet contemporary kitchen is fully equipped for the chefs among you. Our 3 ovens make cooking multiple dishes a much easier task. Off the kitchen is a cute breakfast nook area for 4.

The open living / dining area at the top level makes it perfect to gather around a meal with friends or family. Enjoy your own space with a separate bedroom / bathroom area downstairs (middle level). The 3rd room (lowest level) is off the 2nd bedroom and shares a master bath that is located in the 2nd bedroom. Please note that in order to access the 3rd bedroom you must do so from the 2nd bedroom vus a set of stairs.
Our garage has been converted into a very fun game room which includes a pool/ping pong table.

There are activities to interest everyone, from swimming, to winery tours, hiking, biking, kayaking, playing games in our garage, and the myriad of top restaurants in town. Healdsburg historic plaza is a great place to start your day for a cup of coffee or to end it by visiting one of the many wine tasting rooms and restaurants.

Del Rio beach is less than a 10/15 minutes’ walk downhill from our home. The walk back to the house is uphill so be prepared. The parking is open but it gets full fairly rapidly so go early (you could pack your car with beach items and leave it there for the day and just walk / float down when ready. It's always so nice to have the car at the parking lot after a long day at the river.

We love our backyard and the coziness of our home. We love hanging out in downtown Healdsburg yet get a complete different experience when we come home. We are convinced you will enjoy it as much as we do.

- This is a 3 level home so there are LOTS OF STEPS which may not be ideal for someone with mobility issues or young children.
- It's a one way windy road to get to our home from Fitch mountain road.
- There is a minimum of 1 week stay for major holidays (thanksgiving, Christmas etc...)
- You do need a car to get around.
- There is off-street parking for 3 cars right in front of our home
