Lovely Beachhouse!
This is a very nice house, which was very clean and large. The deck was very pleasant to sit on and listen to the waves. Now this house is several houses from the actual beachfront, but it has a very nice view and like I said, hearing the waves roll in was a plus. It is a little pricey, but well worth the money spent for the week we stay.

Fantastic Beach House
We had a 10/10 experience. Host was very attentive to the details and everyone in our family relaxed and enjoyed their stay. Beach view is lovely and very easy to access. Extremely clean, spacious, and well appointed. Definitely recommend!!

This house is the gem of Treasure Island. The perfect view of the beach and ocean in the sitting area on the side porch. We loved having our coffee there every morning. Plenty of space and everything we needed for Fantastic stay. Thank you Jim!

Trip of a life time
The first night we got there, Tropical Storm Alberto hit and flooded the whole island. The owner was so helpful in this whole process. Even going to the house personally to check and make sure everything was safe and we were safe due to the storm. The house was amazing as well. Absolutely beautiful location.

Perfect stay
The house is perfect for a family or a group of friends. It is beautifully set up and doesn’t feel worn from the steady stream of renters. It is super clean, convenient and stocked. We would definitely rent again.

Great location, nice layout
It was a good place for a long weekend with family. The beach is close, the layout is good for a large group to get along. Only down side was the pots and pans were not good for trying to cook for everyone.

We had a wonderful stay, beautiful home. Had everything we needed. Very short walk to the beach. Owner made an effort to reach out to us to make sure we got into the home with no issues. Well will stay here again.

The house was exactly as captured in the photos and proximity to the beach was perfect. If we ever visit the Gulf again, we would definitely stay again at this property. The owner was very responsive to all inquiries and very accommodating. Definitely a 5 Star property.

Great Ocean Views
House was exceptionally clean. Great location and the covered patio was nice to relax on with a great view of the ocean. Host was very responsive during our stay. Overall a great house, only downside was mattress’s but wouldn’t stop us from staying here again!

Perfect place for family fun
We love this house! This was our second trip to this property and our 5 stay in this neighborhood. Great fishing and beach spot. Five big fat stars for this well kept and designed beach house. We will return.

Great location and beautiful house.
Jim was very helpful with any questions we had and responded quickly. The house is beautiful with the best porch in the neighborhood and a wonderful view! We had 5 adults and 4 kids and everyone had plenty of room. Definitely recommend it!

Excellent Property
This house has everything you could need! All the extras in the kitchen for cooking, totally open in the kitchen/living area allows for everyone to gather, tv's, games, convenient to the beach, enormous deck with plenty of room, friendly neighbors, clean neighborhood....Excellent communication with the management.... we had an amazing time and already thinking of booking again in the spring!

Great Property
Nice location and the beach is amazing. Just know that going unto Galveston is $2 on toll bridge each way. The house is spacious and perfect views from the deck. Comfortable and clean. Firestick didnt work most of time but not really a problem for us. Great place to bring the family and friends.

My had a family reunion at the house this past week and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The house had everything we needed. The only downside was the weather and long drives to the store, but other than that it was very nice. Thank you, Jim!

Wonderful home for a beach vacation getaway!
Our family of 10, which includes adult kids and 4 grands, take a beach vacation each year. This was our first year to rent this wonderful home but it will not be our last year to rent the house. We absolutely loved the house which was very spacious and comfortable in every way. The wrap around porch was amazing, and was used by all of our family often during our stay. The ocean views from any window in the house was a treat. The location of the house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood very near a secluded beach, which is just a short walk away. The owner is very responsive and pleasant to work with. Our family is excited to rent this home again next year for our annual beach vacation!

Exceeded our Expectations
We just barely made it back hom and catching up on some work and emails and thought I'd check in. We had 6 of us, including my sister and 3 of our adult kids. The house is very well designed and the open layout is just awesome, Similar to the other reviewers I'll echo the comments around being well equipped, very clean and very comfortable. The decking is just wonderful as are such plusses like the abundance of seating, BBQ and Washers game :-) We rented a golf cart which they delivered right to the house and eliminated any need to drive. Very nice touch by Jim (the owner) who called just to check in to make sure everything was good. Nice, very nice, and we are looking forward to a return visit.

Fantastic Home
The home was beautiful. The rooms/beds were perfect for our family of adult children and spouses and in-laws. The stairs to the house were quite a bit, but we had our parents take them slow. The views are wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics. The only issue were the mattresses on the full bunk beds. They felt like fold out couch coils. They were not comfortable! A two inch memory foam topper would be ideal. All else was in good shape. Enjoyed the good cookware. Would be nice to offer a re-usable Keuring cup for individual coffee but no biggie. Would definitely stay again.

What a great vacation!
We stayed at this home a few weeks after Hurricane Beryl came through so I was expecting some "unfinished" problems. I was very wrong! Besides the surprising amounts of sand collecting on the road, I didn't notice or see any unfinished areas. This home is very well-maintained, clean, and functional. When we walked through the front door (which is gorgeous), I felt like I was home. The home has everything that was listed in the amenities and was everything we needed. My husband, adult children, and very young grandchildren all stayed and were all very comfortable. The deck was so amazing and served every purpose, from hanging out watching the waves to reading a book in the hammock to grilling dinner for the crew! We stayed for 8 nights and always felt safe in the home and neighborhood. The beach was very close (two houses away) and was not very busy. The people we met on the beach and in the community were helpful and very nice. The community is monitored by a security company and their presence was known, but in a very passive way. During our stay, the power went out unexpectedly. The host was very responsive and looked into the reason for us. It was a small area of the community that lost power but it was back on in a few hours. The host had candles, lighters, and flashlights available and labeled the drawer so it was easy to find. I was very impressed with the "thought of everything" home. We will definitely stay again!

I have spent most of my life fishing the area and will be glad to help you with any fishing questions. My family and I love the time we spend at the house and hope you make great memories as we have.

Why they chose this property

Treasure Island is a very family friendly area that is very quite and safe. On our beaches you won't find loud parties, just families and fisherman enjoying the coast. We have neighborhood security and the Brazoria County Sheriff is very active in the area. Be aware that this is not a neighborhood for late night parties, loud music and disruptive behavior. The local security and sheriff react swiftly to residential complaints.

What makes this property unique

We are the only area in Texas with Bay, Offshore, Kayak, Wade Fishing & Marina all within eyesight. Bait, tackle and groceries are available within a few minutes of house
