Great apartment

Excellent apartment that worked really well for us. On two floors and had everything you need for a good stay. Great views over the hills out to sea from the lounge. Our older teenage son loved the privacy of his own area upstairs. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful. We were lucky enough to be there during the festival for the local saint San Lorenzo which added to our enjoyment. There is a fairly steep walk down/up to the property from the road which won't suit some people but as long as you are reasonably mobile you will be ok. The road the property is off seems at first to be intimidatingly narrow, however even though we had a larger vehicle it worked out fine. Local people were used to and good at ducking in an out of the passing spaces and with a bit of patience everything was pretty easy. Great value for money and would very happily stay there again.

Magnifique vue

Appartement bien entretenu et agréable. Ambra et Tiziana nous ont donné de précieux conseils pour les visites aux alentours et les plages. Leur accueil a été parfait, encore merci ! À noter que l'accès à l'appartement comprend une centaine de marche et mieux vaut avoir une petite voiture pour arriver jusqu'au parking.

Wunderbar!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und haben uns bestens erholt. Die Umgebung, das Meer, Wanderungen waren großartig. Unsere Vermieterinnen haben uns herzlich empfangen und mit Informationen versorgt. Unsere Unterkunft war sehr schön, geräumig, alles vorhanden, was wir benötigt haben, die Aussicht war umwerfend! Jederzeit wieder!

Grandioser Ausblick von der Dachterrasse

Die Dachterrasse ist für uns das absolute Highlight dieser Wohnung. Man schaut aus ca. 140 m über NN auf die Bucht von Santa Margherita Ligure. Der Ausblick ist einfach spektakulär. Wir haben bei den warmen Abenden den Ausblick bis spät in die Nacht genossen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Kaffeemaschine ist eine Kapselmaschine. Die Betten sind gut. Die Fenster sind mit Insektenrollos ausgestattet, so dass man nicht befürchten muss von den kleinen Quälgeistern überfallen zu werden. Der Kontakt zu beiden Vermieterinnen (telefonisch und persönlich) war sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Wie bereits von anderen Gästen geschrieben wurde, ist die Zufahrt zur Wohnung auf Grund der sehr engen Straßen etwas schwierig. Man gewöhnt sich aber daran. Der zur Wohnung gehörende Parkplatz ist 200-300 m entfernt. Zum Ausladen der Koffer kann man näher heran fahren. Man muss dann noch ca. 100 m laufen. Würden wir die Wohnung wieder buchen? Definitiv ja. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Week in July

We had a lovely week in San Lorenzo Della Crozzo. Hosts were really kind. Even helping us to negotiate the narrow lane to get to the apartment. You can walk down the mountain to Santa Margherita Di Ligure but would definitely recommend getting a bus back up from town. Views from upstairs terrace are stunning!

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit traumhaften Blick aufs Meer

Der Aufenthalt bei Ambra und Titziana war sehr, sehr schön. Begrüßt wurden wir mit kleinen lokalen Leckereien und einem schönen Kräuterstrauß aus dem Garten. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles ist vorhanden und der Blick von der Dachterrasse auf Santa Margherita Ligure ist traumhaft. Ambra, ihr Cousin und seine Frau waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben uns viele Tipps und Anregungen für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Wir waren darüber sehr dankbar. Es ist einfach sehr schön dort und wir können jedem den Aufenthalt dort nur empfehlen.

Ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub mit einem sehr schönen Ausblick auf Santa Margherita Liguria

Eine sehr schöne und mit viel Geschmack für das Detail eingerichtete Wohnung. Sehr angenehmer und warmer Empfang durch die Eigentümerin, die uns viele gute Tipps in Bezug auf gute kulinarische Lokalitäten, die nicht von Touristen überfüllt sind, gab. Sie war sehr sehr hilfsbereit, wann immer erforderlich. Wer nicht im Gewühle des touristischen Lebens von Santa Margherita sich jeden Tag wieder finden will, sondern auch mal einfach nur die Füße baumeln lassen möchte, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Wenn man auf der kleinen Terrasse mit einem Buch und dem Blick auf Santa Margherita sitzt, vergisst man sehr gerne den Alltag. Wir haben uns wunderbar erholt. Der Zugang ist mit einem größeren Fahrzeug etwas eng, aber machbar.

Très bien

Encore une fois nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Tiziana. Nous apprécions particulièrement la région et avec ce logement idéal pour notre famille, nous avons la possibilité d'être en dehors des tumultes de la ville dès que nous le souhaitons. Calme et nature

Le logement est très confortable pour une famille de 5. La vue est imprenable sur la mer, conformément aux photos. Il est idéalement situé pour ceux qui recherchent calme et nature. Pour les autres, sachez qu'il faut plus de 30 min pour arriver à Santa Marguerita à pied et encore 5-10 min pour aller à la plage. La balade à travers la végétation est cependant très jolie. Nous recommandons de ne pas prendre la voiture pour aller dans les villes avoisinantes et de prendre les bus, environ toutes les heures.

Eine tolle Wohnung ,die sich wie ein Haus anfühlt.

Wir sind herzlichst von Ambra empfangen worden., die uns entgegen kam, da es nicht ganz einfach zu finden ist. Das Haus liegt oberhalb von Santa Margharita im Ortsteil San Lorenzo. Eine sehr schöne helle, freundliche und ruhige Wohnung mit atemberaubenden Blick. Es geht direkt vom Haus ein Fußweg nach Santa Margharita. Genauso gibt es fussläufig im nahegelegenem Wald, wunderschöne Wanderwege. Eine gute Ausgangslage, um die Umgebung zu erkunden,sei es die unterschiedlichsten Orte zu entdecken oder die Natur zu erleben im Nationalpark. Mit all unseren Unternehmungen war eine Woche zu kurz. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielleicht noch ein Tip, das Gepäck im Rucksack mitzunehmen, da es über Stufen zum Haus geht. Ein wirkliches Idyll, wunderschön erholsam.

Un cadre magnifique

Nous avons résidé en famille (avec deux enfants) pendant une semaine au mois d'août. La maison est charmante, propre et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. L'emplacement est super pour ceux qui apprécient la tranquillité (à l'exception du chant du coq), et la vue est magnifique, notamment depuis la terrasse. La propriétaire est très accueillante et disponible (elle parle bien français et anglais). Elle dispose d'une place de parking pour garer sa voiture mais il faut avoir une voiture pas trop large pour y accéder. Enfin, il est nécessaire d'être un minimum mobile car il y a un petit chemin avec des marches pour accéder à la maison. De notre côté nous avons préféré circuler en bus car il semblait très difficile de se garer sur la côte, au niveau des plages. Nous avons donc opté pour le bus pratique mais parfois un peu long au niveau de l'attente. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir !

Truly stunning! An incredible holiday.

My family and I (myself, my husband, my mother and my two daughters aged 6 and 8) had such an amazing holiday in Santa Margarita and it was made especially wonderful by Tiziana ensuring we had everything we needed! She even guided our car down the lane to show us the particularly tricky bits! The apartment was immaculate, and had everything we needed. My mother loved her rooftop room and adjoining terrace and our cup of tea up there in the morning tasted so much better with the most spectacular views ever! We couldn't have asked for more from holiday property and thank Tiziana for her dedication to looking after her guests. We are sure to return and miss the church bells terribly!

Un très bel appartement situé dans un cadre magnifique

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cet appartement calme, fonctionnel et décoré avec goût. La vue en surplomb que l'on a depuis la terrasse sur le Golfe du Tigullio est tout simplement fascinante. Nous avons adoré descendre à pieds jusqu'à Santa Marguerita Ligure (20 mn de marche) par un petit sentier bordé d'oliviers, et de toutes sortes d'arbres fruitiers. Charmant accueil de Tiziana et Ambra qui nous ont donné une multitude d'informations pratiques pour découvrir au mieux la région. Vraiment une excellente adresse !

Sehr liebevoll gestaltete und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Wir haben eine Ferienwoche in Santa Margherita verbracht und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt oberhalb von Santa Margherita und bietet einen wirklich traumhaften Blick auf die Stadt und das Meer. Wir waren an jedem Tag in der wunderschönen Umgebung unterwegs, haben uns aber an jedem Tag auf die Rückkehr in "unsere" Wohnung gefreut. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet mit drei Schlafzimmern wirklich viel Platz für eine Familie. Auch die Tatsache, dass es zwei Bäder gibt, ist für eine Familie sehr entspannend. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist unschlagbar. Tagsüber ist er schon schön, doch wenn abends die Lichter in der Stadt angehen, ist das wirklich grandios. Tiziana hat uns einige gute Tipps für die Erkundung der Umgebung gegeben. Sie ist eine sehr nette und entspannte Gastgeberin. Die Anmietung und unsere Abreise verlief völlig komplikationslos. In der Wohnung gibt es kein W-Lan, das ist für manche sicher gewöhnungsbedürftig, doch wir waren damit sehr einverstanden. Der Parkplatz für das Auto liegt ein Stück vom Haus entfernt, die Straße dorthin ist an manchen Stellen eng und man sollte unbedingt langsam fahren. Wir haben einen Opel-Astra und sind gut durchgekommen. Wir empfehlen diese sehr schöne Ferienwohnung gerne weiter.
