The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining a small group or watching a football game on the big screen. The larger bedroom suite includes a sunroom that functions like a separate private living area for early coffee, reading or quiet time. The detached cottage is just a few steps away. Every room is equipped with wireless internet and a flat screen TV. Located just a mile off 7 South, we are close to shopping, Harp's grocery, mall, marinas and Oaklawn racetrack. Be downtown in ten minutes! It's the perfect getaway spot!

PERFECT LOCATION
We had such a great time. The weather was amazing and my daughter in law loved sitting on the dock. i was confused a little thinking the hot water in shower wasn;t working but we figured out the facet was backwards! i will tell you the light was out in the shower in detatched bathroom. We'll definitely stay there again. Thank you

Lovely Stay
We were in Hot Springs in February to attend our grand-daughter's wedding. Our plan was to rent the house for ourselves and our son's family. Unfortunately, due to illness, they were not able to attend. We had the whole beautiful house to ourselves. So,of course, we had lots of room. We found the bed comfortable, the kitchen spacious, the shower...lots of hot water. We weren't able to experience the lake due to the winter season, but the home is in a location where it is easy to look out and enjoy the view. No complaints. If we were ever to find ourselves in the area again, we would not hesitate to book again.

Thanksgiving celebration
My brother and his wife and my husband rented this house last year and decided it was perfect for our needs to rent it again this year. We grew up in Hot Springs and gather every Thanksgiving with family members who live nearby. We do not hold the large family dinner at the house, but find it very convenient for our needs while visiting the area.

Family vacation
The stay was good. The house was in a great lakefront location with all amenities inside and out for a good visit. I gave it a four star because of the cleanliness of the guest house. Surface cleaning was good but it needs a deep clean, baseboards and under the bed. Screen door needs repair. Bed also needs upgrade. I gave this info to the owners We would rent this place again.

Lovely home on the lake
We had a wonderful stay at this property with our family. Everything you need is provided. The views from the patio are amazing. There are even fireflies to watch in the evening! The home is in a nice area close to downtown as well asmany stores and restaurants. Thank you for hosting us.

Perfect spot to view the eclipse
Comfy accommodations for a family with adult children. Clean and well-appointed. Perfect hub for a trip to Hot Springs National Park and then to spend the day staring at the sky from the lakefront patio. House had everything we needed. Should we ever return to the Hot Springs area we would stay here again!

The house was perfect to accommodate me & my spouse, my brother & wife and their adult son. It was located convenient to family that live in the area and was very comfortable for our needs.

Nice waterfront view
Beds and pullows were comfy and view of the lake from the property was as pictured. The owners did respond to our comments/questions ina timely manner. However, if you rent this property be sure to bring several items that are routinely furnished at other VRBOs. There was no coffee (except pods), spare toilet tissue, bar soap & other misc items so we made a couple trips to the grocery store to purchase items we expected to be furnished. We've been renting Lake Hamilton properties for several years but this time we purchased additional insurance for the 1st time & were thankful we did! The 2nd day after dinner my sister ran the disposal & it made a loud noise so she turned switch off immediately & we discovered a small demitasse spoon inside, apparently left from someone else before our arrival. After contacting owners a plumber arrived, removed the spoon & we were left with a bill in the amount of $200+. We suggest future renters purchase the extra policy when staying at this location.

Beautiful Home
House has a beautiful layout. There is an abundance of reading material, so don't bother bringing any books. We did put together the hot springs puzzle, note to Future renters there is a piece missing lol. House was really nicely furnished probably the most comfortable pillows I've ever laid my head on. Artwork all around was a joy to look at. Highly recommend this property.

Really had two master bedrooms on each end of the house which worked out great. Also nice guest cottage for another family member. Enjoyed the view being on the water and also enjoyed the water. Correctly listed. Very nice getaway!

Our favorite lakeside getaway
After spending previous weekends here with friends, we brought the whole family for the week and loved it! The kids enjoyed swimming in the cove, and the dock made renting a boat for the day convenient. It’s a beautiful home, and the kids loved having their own guest house. Everything is well-stocked, and the hosts are extremely responsive and accommodating. Can’t wait to come back again!

Wonderful stay in Hot Springs
The house is as described. It is very clean, comfortable, and has all the amenities you would want. Our kids enjoyed swimming in the lake and it was an easy 20 minute drive to the historic Hot Springs. We would love to stay there again!

We had a great time. The house felt like home, the location was great, we spent a lot of time on the back porch relaxing by the lake. Directtv in all the bedrooms including the mother n law suite. We will rent this home again.

Weekend Get-away
We were in town for a dance competition at the Hot Springs Convention Center. This location was only 15 minutes from the convention center. We celebrated my daughter's 10th birthday while we were here. She loved fishing from the dock and actually caught a pretty decent bass! The house was clean and well-stocked. We will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect house on the lake
This house is beautifully decorated and sits right on the water. It has such gorgeous views from the back of the house and is such a short drive to town. The hosts were extremely accommodating and allowed us to get into the house over 3 hours earlier than check-in time. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience!

This house was perfect for our weekend getaway. It was nice and clean with a great view of the lake. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen fully stocked with everything you need for cooking. We would definitely recommend staying here and will do so again.
